Tried this shop for the first time and had a bad experience. Bad quality product. Extremely Undertopped. Barely any cheese on pizza. Dough was very hard to chew. Portion of the topping is very low in comparison to the price of the pizzas. There are a few other pizza places with similar prices and way better product quality than what I was provided here today. I'm definitely not ordering here again.

Very dissapointing service came 10 mins after they had said food would be ready for collection yet still waited over 15 mins to be served while watching lots of orders go out to delivery drivers, no apology/recognition of how bad service was.

Decided to order from this place and give it a go what a disappointment. Ordered a pizza and also there vegi kebab and chips and a portion of fries. When the delivery arrived Pizza was stone cold made well before time and just left, the portion of the kebab was half where was the rest .? For the price of £12 odd you would expect and full box not half and the fires stone cold. No wonder the shop is empty. Will stick to my regular Punjab Pizza …

didnt recieve free chips with order as per app, called them who said wasnt showing on reciept just kept saying sorry but nothing to get the chips to me which i felt was poor customer service, pizza was also lukewarm, had to reheat in microwave before eating. quality of pizza was alright though once reheated

Been ordering from here since 2017. Great vegetarian and gluten free food. Some of the best takeaway pizzas and burgers I've ever had, and for a reasonable price.

The manager has no concept of listening to a customer. All ways talk over you. my order is wrong. 80% of the time, food tastes like the cardboard it comes. Workers who take your order can not even understand simple English, which makes ordering much longer. MR SINGH'S IT IS FROM NOW ON

Genuinely so grateful that these guys offer both vegan and gluten free options. As someone with a gluten allergy and also not a great tolerance for milk, this is a god send takeaway option. They have also called to check my order is correct previously which is much appreciated.

Delivery was one hour late, not the restaurants fault, but I got a £3 credit from Just Eat. When the pizza finally arrived it was inedible because it had been sat in the box for such a long time. Disappointing experience!

It's really great to see a quality veggie pizza place in the area! I really enjoyed the food here (I had a medium pizza with a drink). Really tasty and I didn't have to wait too long at all. Slight criticisms: the chap who took my order was efficient but not the most welcoming. I also found the music to be unnecessarily loud. In addition, the Bluetooth connection wasn't great, so it kept jumping during each song. This made my dine-in experience a little bit less enjoyable than it should've been. Overall, though, I would visit here again.

Absolutely excellent we visited here and the customer service from start to finish was awesome. We met the owner who met and greeted us and I think all the pizza place like Mr Singh and Panjab pizza you need to take a leaf out of there book and follow the way these run the business. Delicious food. Prices in line with competitors. Newly refurbished and looks nice although i always get delivered or collect. Favourite food is the peri chips and the naan (paneer, chicken or mixed). Milkshakes and pizza are nice too. Can park on the forecourt or on the street outside. Staff are friendly. Seating outside and in, plus a seated waiting area if you're taking away

Absolutely amazing food! The vegan food is great and the pizzas are some of the best I've ever had. I would highly recommend the chocolate cheese cake. The staff were very welcoming and the decor is nice. We had a meat feast pizza, a whopper, loaded chips, chocolate cake, and a key lime pie (all vegan).

We’ve been coming her for years and they never disappoint, we came today for the first time since the refurbishment and I’m blown away! I have coeliac disease, and the staff had so much knowledge and care when dealing with my order, were very informative on how they’d prep and deal with my food, and constantly reassuring. Such a loving family run business. I’ve never experienced this level of care for my autoimmune disease At another restaurant before. The food was AMAZING! Pizza was perfect and so delicious, and the fries were crispy and soft😍. My husband had a bbq chicken non gf pizza, was served on a wooden chopping block, my GF pizza was prepared, cooked and served in a foil tray so no cross contamination, absolutely amazing service. If you have coeliac disease, a Gluten intolerance or have a GF diet, this place is an absolute MUST. We drive 45 minutes for this pizza as it’s just so good🫶🏻 They also have GF&Vegan desserts too😍

Ordered a vegan tandoori chicken pizza with vegan loaded fries and vegan chocolate cake and custard (vegan). Food was amazing and the vegan cheese was so creamy and tasty. The best ive ever had. The vegan cake was amazing as well and the custard was so creamy. Highly reccomend. Please share what brand of vegan cheese you use as it is very creamy and rich.

I ordered through Uber eats and made a mistake with my order so called up frantically for help. I didn't get her name but she was so lovely and engaging. Happy to help! The gluten free range is brilliant and the food we ordered was delivered really quickly. We phoned to change an order and the lady on the phone couldn't be more helpful. This is now out go to pizza place.

Just ordered large pizza half and half around 8.40 p.m.and they made the wrong one.Upon calling back staff seemed not to care about and said sorry we are shutting and I said that’s unfair cause I didn’t get the order as I wanted and I said I ll defo review about it and the girl over the phone said u can.The girl over the phone was ruthless and seemed to be more caring about wrapping the day as she goes it’s 9.30 can’t do anything.It was a wonderful place at the start day by day their service is going 👎.I had few issues during my last few orders as well.Won’t be ordering again as they only cater what suits them.

I ordered first time a pizza and garlic slice which I added 3 . They charge me service charge, bag fee, delivery for whole order but I only received pizza. They offered me refund of 0.90p bulshit. Never going to ordered as lady said we only take one order for garlic bread and u order 3 . If can’t take more than one why there is option for more than one.

I had a birthday party at this restaurant recently and the staff were accommodating and helpful. The manager catered for the guests' dietary needs. The service was quick and the food was tasty. The restaurant is clean and I was allowed to put up birthday decorations and request songs during the cake cutting. Overall, my experience was very good and the guests were happy too. I would most happily recommend this restaurant.

The best vegetarian fast food that I have eaten any where not just in Wolverhampton but anywhere I’m in the country!

We had the chilli paneer pizza with curly fries, it was delicious and fresh. Service was great, nice clean place to sit in and eat.

Completely rubbish service. Took over 90 minutes to deliver food, and website info stated it was delivered over 30 mins before it actually arrived. The excuse they used was "we are really busy"... But guess what... So are plenty of other establishments, yet others are able to provide good customer service, and answer a phone call whe customers call. I had to drive all the way to the restaurant just to speak to someone about a delayed delivery. Not worth the money... Same quality food and much better service is widely available at other nearby pizza places

In fact it's my very first one (or second) but I couldn't let this one pass 👏🏾 It's the 2nd time we've visited and the food has been delicious both times! 😋 The first time we went was for a birthday family party. We called 5mins before we arrived to ask if we could have a small party there (because the other restaurant we wanted was closed when it was supposed to be open 🤦🏾‍♀️)... The owner was so accommodating and kind to let us have it there so last minute! 🎉 The service is pleasant, the facilities are clean, the environment is relaxed and as for the food.... so SO deliciously good! The vegan pizza is amazing, the burgers are great and the desserts are yummy! The wide variety is really appreciated especially being vegan; it's my personal favourite place to eat 😁 The portion sizes worked really well and we love our food (but everyone's different) 😉 The wait for food is about 20-25mins but they do inform you before hand which is helpful and the food is so good that it's definitely worth the wait 👍🏾 Best vegan food around! ✨ (I would have included more photos but it was that good, we forgot 🤭... I'll try to remember next time) Definitely recommend 💯

Honestly its a 2 out of 5, food tastes mediocre. But honestly the worst vegan cheese I’ve ever had and thats why it’s a 1/5. Vegan cheese is poor anyway, but this was by far the worst. No joke, imagine the look of a grey deflated small intestine with the texture of baby food. Proper rubbish. Zero flavour of cheese. Actually inedible.

First order as just found out I'm gluten intolerant. So fare I had the best experience and I don't feel left out. Thank you

Ordered from this place countless times and in my opinion the best pizza place in town. Staff always friendly, can order over the phone or using the delivery providers at an additional cost. They can also deliver. Lots of choices, the coriander and chicken pizza comes especially recommended. Lots of other choices if you don't fancy pizza like wraps and burgers. Go and check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Very over priced for the portion. Ordered a large and got the equivalent to a small fish and chips. Tasteless aswell. For a large i got soggy chips and the box was literally empty. If ur a meat eater, dont bother trying it. Just eat fish and chips. Can't believe I just paid over £13 for a box of dead food. Disappointed Update: got some sort of food poison since have had very bad stomach. On day 7

Great pizza, big portions, takes around 15-20min for a large pizza to be made. Would highly recommend :) Update: Price have almost doubled and the amount of veggie chilli chicken on the pizza has decreased. If you're going to increase the price, please ensure the food is consistent.

Very rude staff member. I arrived for a working lunch. Ordered pizza then I sat down at a table in the completely empty restaurant. He told me I was not allowed to sit and eat. Not the first time I've noticed this place seems like a private club. If you are not part of the club you are not welcome. Won't be back, better competitors near by.

Popped in today for some lunch after seeing post on facebook. Went for the vegan donner kebab & it was delicious. Texture, flavour,crispy cabbage everything was just the same as the meat alternative minus the grease and cruelty. Best vegan donnor kebab ive had will definatly be back

Where do I begin? Their pizzas are always of the best quality, you can get a meal within a decent price and their delivery drivers never fail to bring your food on time. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who hasn’t tried their food before. Also forgot to mention that they’ve compensated me with a free drink whenever my delivery was stuck in traffic with an apology note, these guys are my GO-TO for takeaways.

Ordered a delivery at 6.24 today 18th Feb 2022 & received it at 8.40. I understand they were busy but I got my order nearly 2.5 hrs later. No real sincere apology just said I could have collected. Im so disgusted, totally defeats the object of fast food. On top of that when i received my pizza it was just warm. Will not be ordering from here again!!! So disappointed. Customer service is lacking too.
