Front of house staff is excellent, lady on tills is world class customer service. She possesses all director level skills and must be acknowledged and allowed to progress efficiently and on an upwards trend. Always working with a smile and is very good at her job. We the directors of a large company demand and require that this staff member be treated with utmost honours and respect, if not we will head hunt her and fast track her to board level. Thanks you

Very delicious and good quality of food

Very friendly and decemt staff, helped us to select better choices, served timely as per the choices we desired. Good for families to visit, no noise, decent environment. Loaded fries and chicken burgers are great and delicious, beef burgers are a bit costly for the price and given taste. The staff gave us a separate prayer room when we asked. Also has separate toilets for males and females. Location is near bus and train station around the corner in city centre. Good for am eat-in or take-away after hanging around.

Slowest and worst staff ever seen, some decent amount of people inside kitchen but always seen having gossips insides. Also worst customer service, staff always in angry mood. Common guys at least a smiling face cost nothing. For manager please educate your staff special male staff.

I order lunch from here via ubereats at work. Always comes fresh and on time. Please try and put extra dips, though 🙏🏽

I been there 2 times food was average even service very slow. First time i place an order and they took 40 to 50 minutes to prepare it. 2nd time arround 25mins. Sitting area is not very clean.

I was with my family and we where stuck by the close of (bus station and train station ).The staff help us in all our needs and they were so kind to us.They help us when no one helping us.Even they give hot water for my baby to make her drink. ❤ ❤ 😍 💖

Slow service, giving priority to till orders over kiosk orders

First of all, the people you work with are not respectful. Secondly, the restaurant is very dirty and not clean, and your food is not fresh and you are not respectful. On the phone, they hung up twice because they do not know what they want to say.

Really nice staff and a very clean restaurant, the mango drink it’s so good & refreshing and the burgers & fries 🔥🔥 & reasonable pricing I also got their chocolate fudge cake , Ben & jerrys chocolate brownie ice cream & their very soft Oreo milk cake I will be back !!

Best grilled chicken in Wolverhampton

I ordered a hot shot parmo, which came with 1 jalapeño on it, not hot at all. The food also came cold, and the parmo also didn’t have any marinara/ tomato sauce on it ? Very let down, also soggy chips ? Why do they never have crispy chips ?

Visited for the last time today, previously you got points and then after a certain amount of orders you got a free order, then they changed it to YOfoodie, i was one order away from a free order, contacted YOfoodie by email if this gets transferred over no reply, sent a follow up 1 month later still no reply, went to do a online order today for collection to find i am now also being charged a 60p service charge, no issues with food or staff but this i think now takes the mick and will not be visiting again.

Ordered from pizza and burger from here pizza was great but the chickem burger had been deep fried and the oil was not left to drain out from the burger which had made it soggy, low standards

Double cheeseburger 🍔 was very tasty

First time eating here and I left satisfied with a full stomach. The cutie at the counter was pleasant to talk to and served me well. After I order my food, she gave me some buzzer thing that vibrates to notify you when your food is ready. The food was very good and I’d definitely go back there soon. The also have extra seats upstairs in case you want to go there with your friends. Highly recommend!

I watched Wolverhampton's soccer game and ate it while waiting for the bus! It was tastier than I expected and it was nice to have it until dawn. Recommended for people returning to London or other cities by night bus after watching the game.

It was really very disappointing we came from a long journey and have our literally literally I left my whole burger by just taking a single bite cause I ordered the grilled one and they gave me fried and staff blamed that they had informed us before it was really very bad I don't like to leave such a low review but it is what it is never wanna come back again neither even suggesting anyone. Both the burger and pizza were very great and the milkshake here is so tasty. It’s very appreciative that the whole Muslim staff are working so hard even during this Ramadan. I would recommend it for sure.

Very terrible place to order, always mixing up orders of sandwiches and wraps. It has happened before, happening again and since it was a take away order I got home before realising and I called in straight away and I was asked to either come back that day or the next day at the same time of the previous day, i was so tired to go back as i am currently pregnant. I asked what should I do to the sandwich with me,should I bring it back the receptionist said no, something relating to discarding it. M back the next at the same time I was asked to come and this man here is denying everything M honestly pissed You literally made a pregnant woman sleep hungry and u are not willing to refund her money or her meal despite asking her to dispose the mixed order. Thanks But I promise not to come again. Thanks for loosing me and partner as your customers.

Staff eating in the kitchen while making food. Cold chips and burnt chicken nuggets. Ordered a peant butter frappe and was given vanilla milkshake 🙃🫠.

MAK Halal provided an outstanding munch box experience. The loaded fries were exceptional, the dinner was delicious and perfectly grilled, and the hot grilled wings were magnificent. The cheeseburger with egg was both filling and juicy. The service was fast and excellent, with Mr. Freed and his colleague being friendly, offering recommendations, and preparing the order promptly. The in store experience was complemented by a clean and inviting space. To top it off, the Lotus Biscoff milkshake at the end was a delightful sweet treat.

They regularly get your order wrong at this branch of Mak halal and always refuse to make alterations and swaps on items even though every other branch of Mak halal I have ever visited don’t ever have a problem quite clear to see customer service or satisfaction isn’t a priority at this branch

Went on Sunday placed an app order for collection at 19:20 didn’t receive my food untill after 19:45 was told I was waiting for fries the two times I asked where my order was even though I could clearly see the guy making and bagging fries for many orders What then made it worse was the two most expensive burgers were cold and my Mac and cheese triangles too half the order was hot so clearly they left half my order lying round for 20/30 minutes also my burger was wrong even though I had requested on the app a substitution of cheese to pizza cheese and egg for hash brown which (every other branch of Mak Halal do for me no issues) I even called up soon as I placed the to double clarify my request which they hesitantly agreed to do but then still didn’t do it right I have visited this branch several times and They often get your order wrong at this branch additionally and always refuse to make alterations and swaps on items even though every other branch of Mak halal I have ever visited don’t ever have a problem quite clear to see customer service or satisfaction isn’t a priority at this branch I am the customer why is it so difficult to give me what I want like I even offer to pay extra But the biggest frustration is having half my order stone cold and then having to wait nearly half an hour after my collection time to get it

Ordered multiple food items, chicken burger was ok. The pizza was cold and had no flavour, tasted like a supermarket pizza with cheap cheese. Fries were also freezing cold, hard and seemed stale. Beyond disappointed as it wasn’t cheap.
