It was really very disappointing we came from a long journey and have our literally literally I left my whole burger by just taking a single bite cause I ordered the grilled one and they gave me fried and staff blamed that they had informed us before it was really very bad I don't like to leave such a low review but it is what it is never wanna come back again neither even suggesting anyone. Such a rude staff with not at good service just wanted my time

Ordered online to be told its for pick up only. Why would i pre order fast food...its fast food. The very least i should have been told my food is ready...food been waiting for 30 mins.

The food is good no doubt but its only take away in wolves that takes soooooo long,,yes u might say fresh but its a slow motion,,,,will understand 5-10min but its always the case,,staff brilliant but they look confused all the time,,,,,will be much better if they work on the speeding process,,,over a year i was noticing this,hope it will improve

Both the burger and pizza were very great and the milkshake here is so tasty. It’s very appreciative that the whole Muslim staff are working so hard even during this Ramadan. I would recommend it for sure.

WENT IN THE OTHER NIGHT TO GRAB SOMETHING TO EAT & THERE WAS 4-5 GUYS & ONE GIRL & THEY GOT THF GIRL TO SERVE ME KNOWINGLY I'VE HAD A DRINK THEN WHEN I SLIP & SAY WITH SLANG BC REFERRING TO WHAT SHALL I GET & ALL THE GUYS COME ON TO ME WITH THE WORDS BC & MC WHY DID I SWEAR? I TOLD THEM I WAS THINKING OUT LOUD "BC WHAT SHALL I GET" I ASKED TO SEE THE BOSS & WHEN I ASKED HIM OUTSIDE IS IT JUSTIFYING TO SAY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BC OR MC JUST BECAUSE A CUSTOMER SAID BC? HE SAID IF HE HEARD ME HE WOULD HAVE BEATEN ME UP! LOL TO THE HQ I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS. YOU SHOULD ENVOKE HIS LICENCE & KICK HIM OUT! I COULD HAVE MADE A VIDEO, PHONED THE POLICE & GOT HIM ARRESTED FOR HIS THREATENING BEHAVIOUR & THEM SWEARING TO ME & POSTED IT ONLINE BUT I DON'T THINK THAT WOULD HAVE GIVEN JUSTICE TO YOUR LOVELY COMPANY MOTTO WHICH I DOUBT THESE PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF & I THINK HE IS KEEPING STUDENTS ON FULL-TIME WHO ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO WORK OVER 20HRS PER WEEK, THEY ARE ALWAYS IN THERE. It’s always a nice experience to have a meal at the MakHalal. Located just across the Wolverhampton bus station, my go to place to have lip smacking burgers.

Very terrible place to order, always mixing up orders of sandwiches and wraps. It has happened before, happening again and since it was a take away order I got home before realising and I called in straight away and I was asked to either come back that day or the next day at the same time of the previous day, i was so tired to go back as i am currently pregnant. I asked what should I do to the sandwich with me,should I bring it back the receptionist said no, something relating to discarding it. M back the next at the same time I was asked to come and this man here is denying everything M honestly pissed You literally made a pregnant woman sleep hungry and u are not willing to refund her money or her meal despite asking her to dispose the mixed order. Thanks But I promise not to come again. Thanks for loosing me and partner as your customers.

Staff eating in the kitchen while making food. Cold chips and burnt chicken nuggets. Ordered a peant butter frappe and was given vanilla milkshake 🙃🫠.

MAK Halal provided an outstanding munch box experience. The loaded fries were exceptional, the dinner was delicious and perfectly grilled, and the hot grilled wings were magnificent. The cheeseburger with egg was both filling and juicy. The service was fast and excellent, with Mr. Freed and his colleague being friendly, offering recommendations, and preparing the order promptly. The in store experience was complemented by a clean and inviting space. To top it off, the Lotus Biscoff milkshake at the end was a delightful sweet treat.

They regularly get your order wrong at this branch of Mak halal and always refuse to make alterations and swaps on items even though every other branch of Mak halal I have ever visited don’t ever have a problem quite clear to see customer service or satisfaction isn’t a priority at this branch

Went on Sunday placed an app order for collection at 19:20 didn’t receive my food untill after 19:45 was told I was waiting for fries the two times I asked where my order was even though I could clearly see the guy making and bagging fries for many orders What then made it worse was the two most expensive burgers were cold and my Mac and cheese triangles too half the order was hot so clearly they left half my order lying round for 20/30 minutes also my burger was wrong even though I had requested on the app a substitution of cheese to pizza cheese and egg for hash brown which (every other branch of Mak Halal do for me no issues) I even called up soon as I placed the to double clarify my request which they hesitantly agreed to do but then still didn’t do it right I have visited this branch several times and They often get your order wrong at this branch additionally and always refuse to make alterations and swaps on items even though every other branch of Mak halal I have ever visited don’t ever have a problem quite clear to see customer service or satisfaction isn’t a priority at this branch I am the customer why is it so difficult to give me what I want like I even offer to pay extra But the biggest frustration is having half my order stone cold and then having to wait nearly half an hour after my collection time to get it

I prefer this place instead of MacDonalds and other bit franchises. The foods either not processed or certainly less processed than food from McDonald's and it's competitors. I'd like to see more all around the country. Try the difference it's way better 😜

Ordered multiple food items, chicken burger was ok. The pizza was cold and had no flavour, tasted like a supermarket pizza with cheap cheese. Fries were also freezing cold, hard and seemed stale. Beyond disappointed as it wasn’t cheap.

Ordered for delivery spent over £10 just for one meal they missed out my fries when I called them they said they can’t give me the fries I have to order again the staff was rude and not helpful and didn’t even apologise would not recommend this service especially for delivering food!

Great Food, Reasonable Prices but had to wait 40 mins to get a simple order. They focus more towards the online orders and less on the dine in customers. If Mak Halal wants to be the Halal Version of MacDonald's, they should scrap vibrating order devices and server the customers on the spot. This is a fast food restaurant, 40 mins is unacceptable.

Flyer came through my letterbox, so I thought I'd give it a try. Called in at 20.20 and ordered a chicken sandwich with no cheese as a meal. After watching 3 customers who called in behind me and ordered at the counter collect theirs, I decided to ask where my order was. 5 minutes later (32 mins in total), my burger arrived. I walked to the car and opened the burger. There was literally the smallest piece of lettuce l, so I took it back. After some clarification that all I'd didn't want was the cheese, they agreed to make me a new burger. The staff provided a new burger but didn't take their eyes off me all the time waited. This was not a great experience, and to be honest, the replacement burger wasn't great. First and last visit.

They need to shut down they dont even use gloves when you go in the have close look at how they making your food with raw hairy hands told the manger and he smelt like poo couldn't even talk to him his breather smelt so bad

I love this restaurant. It became one of my favorites in West Midland. The taste of the burger is so special, the portion size is perfect. They have kids' meals, burgers, pizzas, and others. I tried the smashed burger, which is their best one... I can tell it is one of the best ever. The staff are kind, there are plenty of spaces to dine in, there are places for families with kids area, prayer room and 🚻. Generally speaking, this restaurant is worth visiting and has delicious food.

Stopped here about 11pm on a Saturday night after a reunion with some old friends for some late night food on my way back to my hotel. So was a little concerned as to what I might get... Ordered a Half Pound Burger meal with a drink all for under £10.. Waited approx 10 minutes, but could see all cooked to order in front of me and all homemade with an open kitchen so well worth the wait!. The open kitchen looked exceptionally clean and the chefs immaculately presented. The burger I ate was probably one of the nicest and tastiest I have ever eaten. With me being in the industry for over 40 years I am very fussy and critical too. SO a big WELL DONE to all and keep it up.. I have told so many people of my amazing food .. with the praise being so well deserved.. I will 100% revisit even going out of my way...next time I am in Wolverhampton

Very clean and pleasant environment to eat, the customer service was everything! Then when my food arrived, the presentation was bang on and the taste was exceptionally flavoursome.

I tried the first time on the 1 anniversary 50% offer after trying walsall a few times which was every time a terrible experience, I was stuck at Birmingham branch but after having food today in wolves branch now i know where to go,even being as very busy day for them food was nice and well cooked but the way they managed qué system it was very frustrating for me but nevertheless I enjoyed food and be back again soon.

Placed an order for collection at 9:45pm using the Mak Halal App but I’m still waiting and it’s 10pm now. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to improve and have the order ready to collect by the selected time

Mak Halal has become a family favourite the food is always made to a high standard and the service we receive is exceptional especially by Shurti who on many occasions has given us a wonderful service with a smile she is very attentive and welcoming.

Weirdly gave everyone 30% off when I checked my receipt they charged me full price. Even if I had gotten the discount food is below par. I would avoid the burger and sauce up the street is much better
