I want there with friends to celebrate my birthday and it was a great time at vbo the music was amazing the atmosphere was excellent enough space for parking I will recommend vbo is a place to go and enjoy

The food is nice. I can't really fault it apart from it being ridiculously overpriced but is in comparison to other sisha lounges. What I hate about sisha lounges in general is that you are forced to buy sisha even if you don't smoke and never have. What annoyed me about this place, though, is that they didn't even light some of the sisha pots. Even when we asked them to, they said, "Hold on, I have to get someone," and didn't return. Looks like they took back in to use again. It's not a bad place, but it's definitely not up there.

I kid you not. This club is on top of the game. Their hospitality is very good and I have visited again over and over. I got a "fab'tastic" gift from them for my birthday, lovely ambience. Their customer service is 7 stars. Even after driving away, they were still willing to assist with bits and pieces, and at their own expense. What more can anyone wish for. We were at VBO for a private party and while that was great the club didn't do itself any favours by the way they treated the guests. The guests were older than their usual patrons but they treated us as if we were the same! They wanted to do physical searches. We had a gift for the birthday boy and they wanted us to open it up and show them the contents. We refused and eventually they let us take it inside. They were even trying to charge people who got there after 11pm. The drinks were expensive. For the spirits we got a miniscule amount and they charged £12.00 for a small glass of prosecco. I've paid less in the West End! I don't know what experiences other people have had there but it's definitely a place to avoid. Saying that the party was great. We put the appalling attitude of the staff to one side and made it an occasion the birthday boy won't forget. VBO if you're using the top floor of your venue for private hire you've got to improve on the customer experience. You viewed the night as a chance to make money luckily the host came down and sorted it out. I would definitely have to think twice if I was invited to VBO for a private event.

Very nice experience, and the people that runs it are super friendly. A very good lounge and night club to relax and enjoy the evening.

I'm never going to VBO again Never ever! 1. Service is extremely poor. 2. Very dirty - I was given stupid plastic cups after buying a bottle of Glenfiddich. 3. The plastics cups were very dirty and sticky, I complained, guess what they did, the use toilet tissue to wipe the cut for me. I had to go into the toilet upstairs to use hand soap to clean the stupid plastic cup. 4 it was extremely expensive, imagine Glenfiddich and Mattel same price £110. Now I don't even mind all of that ontop of the place far out. 5. DJ was crappie and the hype man was useless. Imagine playing - "you done hit my car" at 1am. Last time I was there, it was DJ mind the Gap, he made the difference. 6. The place is too small ontop £10 entry. DJ upstairs played a bit better. 07/06/2024. Honestly I was expecting better. Nah....... Man!!! If they see me there ever again, they should deny me entry.

The venue is overheated ,some of the staff said this is at the owner's request so that people buy more drinks.No tap water available after consuming alochol,which should be easy to access for safety reasons ,like driving. Music is good ,the fog atmosphere smoke was making us cough and causes eye discomfort. Upstairs is smoke free which is easier to breathe in,i have asthma.

Very nice place to hang out at on a weekend. The place is soo jam packed with party hungry people and it provides us with fun away from home. Nice music and 2 section, depending on your mood for a crowd or for a quieter fun filled experience.

Great lounge to hang out. The music is fire 🔥. Location is not bad either. There's free parking around. Food is ok but I can't comment much as I only had the grilled fish and yam dish. It was ok but I've had better. I believe it's free entry till 11pm. That I will have to double check. Didn't use their toilet so I can't comment on that. Overall, great place to visit.

The best afrobeats night club in and around London...

What a great experience. The security was the best treat us so well. The bar staff very friendly. Music was good and a nice mix. Will make sure I go again.

I paid full price to get in to the venue then realised after 5 mins I needed to get my inhaler (asthma) they would not allow me back in. They were happy to take my money but are not good at fulfilling their commitment to customer satisfaction I will not recommend this venue - Staff on the door are rude

A bit crowded but the music and vibes were good, I didn't have any food, just DRINKS!

I had my birthday bash at VBO last nite. It was great. I had too much fun. Free entry before 11pm. The DJs are great. The food is good, especially the fish. The decor is nice. The only problem my friends and I had was with a staff member who claimed to be the manager. She was rude and gave us attitude. We arrived and saw her. We asked for the manager and told her that we had reserved a table. At this point she got up from the table she was sitting on and told us that was where we would be sitting. The table was dirty and we told her we needed a big space as we are many of us. She went on to say with an attitude that she’s the manager and that was where we would be sitting. I found it odd that there was no reservation sign on the table. She didn’t even apologised. We were eventually moved to another table afterwards the real manager intervened. It was later that we found out that she was not the manager. Apart from that it was good music, great vibes with great friends.

Jumpy lil place, aesthetically pleasing...

It was a good night, but to much dry ice and they killed the afrobeats downstairs for a good while before they opened up the top floor to other music. A better mix needed, away from that had a great time, pity its so far from where I live in South London

If you want to go clubbing in London, VBO needs to be first on your list. I love how down to earth the owner is & how amazing the VBO team is. From hosting birthdays, to eating in, to clubbing, these guys absolutely know how to make sure that you didn’t miss a good night sleep for nothing. The DJ & music is on point - from RnB, bashment, Afro beats etc, the music alone would take me to VBO. If you love dancing, you will shake a leg till your muscles are aching. But my new favourite thing about VBO is the food 😋 😋 😋. We went this New Year’s Eve & sat down to eat & I can categorically say, 🧢 to the chef. Am a foodie so it’s hard to be impressed but I was definitely pleasantly surprised with the food. You must try the fish which by the way comes with plantains & yam. You must also try the peppered beef 🤤 especially if you like spicy food. We started with suya which was soft & well seasoned. Guys - VBO is 🔥. Every time we have been to VBO, we have a table & I can tell you, I love how responsive the & professional the VBO team is. Last but not least, the actual crowd at VBO is definitely one of the reasons I have gone back. You won’t find any under aged people, I haven’t seen any immature or overly rude individuals & hand on my heart, I have never felt unsafe. Overall, VBO is a winner in my books.

My friend had her surprise birthday party at VBO Exclusive Lounge... Guys, the service and hospitality we received there was one of it's kind, the staff were friendly, my goodness, what about the Sound system, oh my, it is Topnotch. I am not a Fan of Tilapia fish, but guys i did take away of it😋, i trust you know why. Inshort VBO, get ready to have us again and soonest... we are coming again and again.

We had a surprise birthday party for my sister at VBO, the atmosphere was fantastic, the Service was excellent and professional, the food was very tasty and worth the prize, the toilets are cleaned to a good standard, the music was amazing. We had so much fun with friends and family. VBO is the event place to be. One million thumbs up for them 👍🥂🍾

Had a wonderful night experience. The Dj is very good and kept on my dancing 🕺 although while the management was up to the tasks and not forgetting the security guys.Thump up for you all.

Vibes good. But DJ was not making the tune play long enough.

VBO staff would benefit from a proactive engagement on customer service and effective communication. Health and safety issues : fire exits were not visible to customers. Good consideration should be given to able access for individuals less able to stand for hours on end. Access to management support left little to be desired : it took an amount of time to get information from the on sight manager. The process was duplicated by the presentation of two personnel. Conflict resolution training needed to foster good relationship between fee paying customers and VBO management. A good point: The security personnel were very professional and conducted their task with due diligence to dignity and respect of the customers. VBO has the potential to be the best BAME social hub in London.

Shisha was electric Shisha with low battery and we had to wait for 30 mins to get it changed and when they changed it it was still low battery. The flavour was dead . The food was not worth the price .

The place was too hot due to many people dancing. There was no air conditioning or fans .. otherwise lovely club.

Drinks are limited, no diet drinks! Water overpriced. Structure poor VIP downstairs everyone else upstairs. Not enough room, music wasn't great, other similar types of clubs are better.

All I can say is come and see yourself and enjoy the experience of VBO, just as the phrase " who knows it feels it" 😅 overall VBO is one of the best afro mixed club to visit and you will be well entertained . Music, food and atmosphere is topnotch 👌😍

It was a great vibe at VBO Exclusive Lounge, though I wish there was no birthday, so the seats upstairs could be accessible because I ended up standing with my heels for hours and nowhere to sit. But aside from the little hiccup, I had fun, and the DJ played some amazing Afrobeats song I danced to all night. Unfortunately, Google didn't let me add the sound in my video so you could feel the vibes with me, but you can tell I was having a blast with my lovely cocktail.

What can I say? It has a nice looking downstairs bar, seated areas, and two levels. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, double yellows everywhere, but you are able to park... I've never used the bathroom so cannot comment. All in all, its okay for a local night out.

Amazing vibes. DJs alway play the best Afrobeats. A great place to party. The smoke machine is over the top however, it needs to be reduced as it can be quite stifling!

Great place to dance the night away. Good music, mainly afrobeats and soul. Has 2 floors with different DJs. African food available. If you want seating downstairs call first or you can chill upstairs with any seat that is available.

Had a few issues with entry and the constant smoke machine was quite repetitive. Music was good with a nice mix of genres.

Not a place to visit if you cherish your life and safety. I almost got killed by a group of youngsters 2 days to Xmas. I booked the VIP section of the club, without realizing that it was reserved by some other group of youngsters. A case of double booking by the management who cares only about money. The guys came and met us at the VIP lounge and wrecked havoc! Beat one of us to stupor and attempted to smash a bottle on his head, thankfully the bottle was snatched from his hand before he could carry out his heinous act. We had paid over £400 on orders before this happened and also lost an iPhone. Total loss on the night was over £2000. I reported to the club owner who was lackadaisical and showed no concern. The boys remained in the the VIP lounge without being reprimanded. I escalated the case by calling the police, which made the boys to leave the club. I wont be visiting the club again and wont recommend until identity management system is put in place. I am still traumatized by the experience!!!

Tge service at the bar is so slow. The girls don't know their drinks. We left the place smelling like over used cooking oil. My one start is really for the good music.

Where do I start from. I wanted something savoury and authentic and so my brother brought me here. First red flag was when security told us we couldn’t go in with our jackets except we paid £2 to keep them in the cloak room. We asked if it was warm inside, they said yes. The trenches brain in me went off. These people want us to feel cold and drink more. Just as I thought, it felt as though the AC’s were on. Next, we ordered food, chicken wings (£15) 2 assorted meat (£18 each) 1 jollof rice (£8), 1 chips (£5) 1 water (£3) and 1 Guiness stout (£5). We cancelled the chicken wings before we paid, but I didn’t pay attention when I tapped my card for £72. I went to sit and did the math again and realised the girl knew what she was doing. Went back and confronted her. I tapped my card again for a refund which is yet to reflect on my account. I’ll wait until Monday before I decide on next steps. Why can’t Nigerians run hospitality business well. I won’t recommend this business to anyone nor will I make the mistake of coming here again. Oh, did I mention that we endured the cold in there for nearly 30 minutes before we got our food which was microwaved. Shaki tasted like logs of wood.

My birthday parry at VBO was very remarkable. My invites were all impressed about their services, safety environment, beautiful structure and classy. I had impresive services from the waitres, music was classy 👌 and fantastic 👌. It's recommendable

I was very disappointed when I visited club on Sunday. Not serving food and drinks in plastic cups. Was no people at all in the club and that was 11 pm.

Attended for a birthday and was my 1st time! The dj was on point location was good, parking not an issue. My only thing knack was the smoke being pumped into the venue/dancefloor, like it was ALOT lol to the point you probablycouldn'tsee where you were going! They need to ease off that! Aside from that, it was a lovely night out

I was asked to organise my boss Dr Jacqueline Wabara, All White Phd/Birthday Party over the weekend. Sat 17th Sept to be precise .The celebrant insisted she wanted me too book the ViP and 2 other booths on the ground floor VBO because it had a makeover in April and was it was white, Lush & it look was classy & aesthetically pleasing for the calibre of her 40 guests I had never met the Manager Amanda or the owner Victor' before ,but I was impressed with their communication & organsation Skills and general level of professionalism .Upon entering VBO ,the security were firm but friendly too .The African buffet at the beginning of the night was loved by all many said the Jellof rice was one of the best they tasted . .Dr Jacqueline and all her family and friends said they loved the venue ,the clean ,lovely decorationed Toilets , classy decor, the 360 Booth , the ambiance ,the speed food ordered came ,the classy crowd and the DJ / Music . Dr Jacqueline said her guests enjoyed the party so much that they asked if she can organise a one a month/ or quarter promotional event that can replicate the vibes at her party.

What can I say....the music was on point. The best DJays in town, Hope and Alvin! Kept us on the dance floor all night. The security men are very polite and courteous and the Manager, Steve (I think that's his name) a very lovely gentleman. Soft spoken and calm. The food was amazing and the toilets very clean. Overall a night to remember! Will definitely go there again and again and again...

If you are in London and you don't go to VBO lounge, then you just missed the greatest night ever. The Music , the Djs, the food, I was gobsmacked, never been to a club like that in London where ambience, music , vibes are all right. The afro beats, hiphop, all genres represented, the crowd decent and classy with a twist to dance all night. We went on a staurday still hunting those djs that made my night the best ever

Had a friends party...booked for 30 pple a month b4 d birthday. On arrival, we were the manager booked for just 10 pple. We had to go to Enish Ilford..where we had fun...the hospitality in Enish was on point.

Music was excellent djs wer amazing but staff there not friendly place is disorganised people there rude shouting at you to go out to go in to move move no customer service at all staff and security have to to do a communication course or just change security! Hope this place will get better so we can all enjoy clubs.

I booked tables for 30 people three weeks prior. I called the owner three times to confirm booking and he sent me the link to pay a deposit of £50, which I promptly did and he even confirmed a week to our event. He promised us the first three tables for our event, only to get there to be told by his staff that they don’t have our reservation. I called the owner that night, he refused to pick my call. Thankfully Enish was able to accommodate us that night, if not our night would have been ruined. I am so disappointed in their service and I think they are inept at running a club! I, and nobody I know would be coming there ever again! To think we came all the way from Essex, such a terrible service!! Do not go here, such a dirty environment, all their tables were broken and we had to leave a few minutes after we got there.

Nice atmosphere, friendly bar staffs and the DJ was on point, he made my night. They also sell food, I had suya (Nigerian kebab) which is really nice .

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Absolute rubbish place. You pay Mayfair prices for what is essentially a makeshift, out of town venue located in an industrial estate. £200 for a bottle of Glenfiddich 15!! Not including having to pay entry fee. There are much better places, in better locations with better vibes and ambience (and cheaper!!). Average music, dirty toilets, substandard service. Save your money and go somewhere else, it's a total ripoff!!!

A good Nigerian club with lounges upstairs and downstairs and with two different DJ, you can never get bored. If you miss home, VBO is the place to relax on fridays and Saturday

Was a good night . Good vibe . It's actually been improved compared to last time I was there for a feiends bday . The upstairs has been revamped ...has more space with better interior ...just like downstairs... And for the fact that it has two djs playing both upstairs and down is fantastic. Highly recommended

Omg, this is the place to hang out wherever you feel like partying at the weekend, the music and food is top notch. I love this place ❤️, the toilet facilities is always clean and smells fresh regardless of how frequently people use it.

I was sooo shocked at the location which was about a 7 min drive from me. The place was not very big but was a convenient size if you want a small gathering of maybe 100 people or less. The seating area is nice as it's near the dance floor. The DJ booth close to the people so you can make requests. They have a bar also in a convenient spot. Altogether a cool place to hang out. Definitely recommend it!
