In this store they need to seriously address the way they replenish their aisles. Shelves on Saturdays have a lot of empty spaces. Fresh pastries like croissants etc for two consecutive times I shopped were absent, products are also moved all the times which makes it hard to find things. As for queues the waiting time is far too long at the tills or the otherwise.

I actually live nearer to the Sainsbury's in Crown Road Enfield but I come here because it's a better experience and better atmosphere This Sainsbury’s seems Ok, I've not encountered any bad experiences with customer service, I've had a few little niggles with the self check, but on the whole, it's okay, Plenty of parking, good variety of food Etc,

Visited store yesterday pm, discovered the connection to the local cab company not working. Went to the customer service desk, spoke to a harressed staff member who was dealing with vapes ect as wellas trying to answer queries. She tried to ring Swift cab number but was cut off at least twice. In the meantime my son was outside with the full trolley.....and discovered by trying to ring them direct Swift are permaneltly closed! Why has the dirct connection not been disconnected? Have others had a similar problem? We eventually called an UBER for journey home.

Only 1 checkout opened 6pm on a Monday evening!! At least 6 people queueing for it. Went to self scan, 3 items didn't scan properly and had to wait for staff assistance. Also 2 of the self scan tills weren't working.

But YIKES their customer toilets are ALWAYS filthy, usually blocked and the used sanitary product/nappy bins are overflowing onto the floor so obviously not emptied daily. Yes the customers must be pigs to make this mess but WHERE ARE THE CLEANERS AND HOUSEKEEPING STAFF? Any supervisors on duty? Customer services? …. Hello?

Two female members of staff (one at basket self checkout & other at customer service) should receive customer engagement training. I found both to be ignorant and unhelpful. It's a shame as other staff here are usually very helpful

30.5.24. long long queues at the tills, all tills open ( see Sainsbury's you can staff all the tills when needed, but choose not to most days??) Customer announcements ' apologies for the long queues at the tills this is due to failure of the smart system and card payment issues, cash payments preferred' really, than god some of us still use cash rather than relying on our smart phones or card touch pay methods. This Sainsbury's store has been steadily getting worse over the years, and while the staff are excellent and helpful, there just isn't enough of them. Most of the time there are excessively long queues at all the tills most days, so 1 star review is justified we feel for this badly run store. Gents toilets also dirty and smelly should you feel the need to use them whilst shopping.

I have being visiting this sainsbury's store since it first opened. It was always a nice inviting place to shop, where all your grocery needs and much more were met. However, in the last few years or so i have watched it deteriorate in to a poorly run establishment the butchers, fishmongers chemist/ pharmacy and deli have all gone. The bakery is poorly managed and doesnt offer much variety of choice, the shelves throughout the store are never fully stocked and products are in random places, which makes it so difficult to locate what you're actually looking for, which is so frustrating! Even the sandwich, quick meal deal area, is now located at the back of the shop? Pointless and inconvenient.(nothing quick about grabbing a quick lunch/snack) Most of the staff members are rude, unhelpful and look miserable and seem to have no customer service experience. that's if you can even find a staff member. Honestly what has happened to this store? It used to be an excellent place to shop and a pleasure to visit. Now it feels so depressing, unwelcoming, very stressful and a miserable place where you just want to escape from! Well that's if you can get out, with hardly any tills open and gated self service exits which are tempomental makes it quite difficult to even leave!! its got to the point where I'm now considering alternative stores to shop at. Management you really need to start taking measures to improve this store and train your staff members. Before you lose more of your loyal paying customers. Such a shame 🫠

What happened? My family and I have been using this Sainsbury's since it opened and it used to be a nice store. Now they never seem to have more than two staffed tills open so the queues go down the aisles. The self-checkouts will inevitably throw up errors and the staff are so rude when this happens. Today at least three items on a self-checkout wouldn't register as being placed in the checkout area. When the staff member came over to "help" for the third time she heavily implied it was my fault and was rude about it. As well as this they recently (March 2024) introduced security gates at the front like it's a prison. The entry gate doesn't always open so sometimes you have to wait. Also if you've just popped in to collect an Argos order it's difficult to leave the store.

Big sainsburys supermarket with a lot of amenities within. Tu clothing is a large space to browse. You get 3hr free parking with snow places but can get really busy at times.

Never have anything on the shelves during key shopping times. Staff are friendly enough but overworked and understaffed. Whats with having to use a coin to get a trolley? Who carries cash nowadays? Surely there’s another way. So instead I have to lug around a basket because yet again I cannot access the trolleys because I never have any coins on me. But my biggest gripe is how in 2024 the WiFi is as good as useless. There is zero phone reception in their store. No problem I’ll join their WiFi. Nope I need to fill in a form and wait for an sms code before I can connect. But I have zero cell connection so cannot receive that sms. No problem there’s a button to press and I then have to fill in another longer form before I can connect. 20 mins later I’m still not connected, cannot access what I need online and out of frustration dump my packed basket on the floor and leave for M&S instead. Sainsbury’s get with modern times please.

This is the Sainsbury’s closest to my school and i’ve been visiting it for about 7 years now. The staff have become lazy and rude. During my visit today, I wanted assistance as my items weren’t scanning as a meal deal. Only one staff member seemed to know what she was doing however she lacked a sense of urgency as well as the rest of the staff members I encountered. I was greeted and asked ‘what I wanted’ by one lady and another lady kept on ignoring me. At the end of the ordeal, me and my friend spent around 30 minutes in Sainsbury’s Winchmore Hill when our intention was only to pop in for a few bits. This store has gone very downhill. Not to mention staff members at this sainsbury’s also whisper under their breath. I’d rate this store a 0/5 if I could

This place is terrible for serving, only has 2 tills open despite the size of the store, and as my mum is disabled, she has still stand in a queue way down on isle before getting served, along with all the older people on the queue too, the need to have more tills open!! Depressing experience all round. Such a drab, life sucking interior - feels like something out of the 70's. At the auto tills, there is ONE person servicing about 15 tills, doing all the age verification, refilling receipt paper, resetting the continual ’unrecognised item’ red lights etc etc. 2 mins to scan shopping, 5 mins spent waiting for them to get round to our till. 2 days before expiration date the blueberries I bought there were mouldy. Contacted them via their website and was told my complaint and refund cannot and will not be processed, unless I provided my address and other personal data, which I refused to give them, as I don’t think it’s appropriate and definitely I don’t think it’s necessary in order to apologise and send a digital voucher for the value of the blueberries that ended up in the bin. Despite all the money Sainsbury is making and the great responsibility they must assume towards their customers, they don’t seem to be bothered by the fact that I could have gotten a food poisoning had I not seen the mould before eating. Nope- they’re just “following their procedures” which apparently is “No address details, no apology or money back for the poor quality mouldy product we sold you”…

I must say the staff encountered today were exceptional. They went above and beyond when I'd lost my 79 years old aunty with mental health problems whilst looking after my disabled mother. I thank them immensely for their professional speed with which they acted. However, the same can't be said for sainsbury's security who was asked several times by the manager to look for my aunty but he kept insisting that he had been asked to look for a lost key. Obviously doesn't have a clue about priorities and therefore shouldn't be in security profession in my opinion.

Never enough staff recently, most tills shut and each time I visit queues are 4-5 people deep. Many of the shoppers are elderly or have young kids and so the length of the queues is unacceptable. Self scan never works, always sends me for a rescan, doubling the time to check out. Despite this being my local store I’d like to avoid, especially now the pharmacy has shut down too.

The tavern offers a warm relaxing atmosphere , enough to shake the autumn chill at night. We arrived, greeted and served immediately. Now onto what everyone that loves food wants to know. The fare was above average, Unfortunately the steak and Guinness pie was sold out. Which although a disappoint was not a problem as their menu is quite extensive and appears to be of good value. All in all a 5 star review ok maybe if every detail was taken in 4.5 stars there's always room for improvement. Staff very helpful , polite, engaging and friendly. It was like a home tavern not a chain.

I used to love Morley's. The food was always great. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been disappointing. The quality has dropped, with meals lacking flavor and freshness. Service has also become inconsistent. It's a shame to see a once great place go downhill. I hope they can improve, but for now, I can't recommend it.

This place looks really nice from the outside. Inside the young staff are relatively inattentive. My order was double charged without apology he said just contact head office and they will resolve it. After much phoning around and emailing I was told to go back to the shop. The same shop staff on another day said they couldn't do this until the manager was back And wouldn't be back for a while which meant I had to return another day. I returned on another day and the manager did refund me and did apologise. But what a damn nuisance. The cakes look nice but they're nothing special at all if anything a lot of very sugary ingredients. Very heavy. More profit focused then quality food. After all the hassle some sort of goodwill gesture might have been nice even having given the runaround and I had made large orders in the past to cater for small parties and group meetings. But you learn your lesson. These brands as they grow give up on customer service and focus on numbers. This is one number they can't count on anymore.
