Went in today to collect a cake and some biscuits, absolutely awful customer service walked in the Lady on the counter is on the phone speaking to someone. Stayed on the phone for whole time she was serving me. She even asked me to write the birthday message on the cake which I did

Well, I bought a fruit cake, colored sponge + cream + a raspberry on top. I'm not exaggerating one. And £4 . £4.5 if you sit down and eat. They also take the washing money from you. Regards.

I have never seen such disgrace. There was hair in my cake and they did not accept returns. Don't order cake from here!!!

Gozleme was dry this time round. I ordered two spinach and cheese swirls, they gave me biscuit type thing instead. Frustrating when I call, no one can speak English to help correct the order.

Ridiculously overpriced for mediocre food. They charged £15 for 6 pieces of desert, and the women serving had such an off-putting attitude.

I’m regular costumer, i will not give more then a star, the service is not good the manager she is so rude to the costumer she increases prices however she likes depending what costumer she has on front I will not recommend it to no one.

Staff welcoming and kind. Come here for Sunday early for gozleme. My weekly treat. If I lived in the area I would be here every day lol

the rice pudding tastes old like it has been sitting there for ages however the gözleme was nice

The most disgusting rice pudding (sütlaç) I have ever eaten. Theres nothing like rice inside. Tastes like a cream. This is definitely not rice pudding disgusting!!! I would never ever order from here again first and last time.

0 stars from me. Second time i have placed an order via just eat and they cancel it for no apparent reason. Will never order or visit this store again.

Went In This Morning Purchased Something To Eat This Morning Usually They Are £2.50 - £3.00 Max Well The Put Them Up To £4 Very Overpriced And It Was Cold There Are Better Priced Places Around

Lovely fresh pastries and cakes in Enfield! Also sell Baklava and other traditional sweets. Service is always friendly and helpful. My favourite are the fresh cake slices but I've got so much more I want to try! 😋

Today I went I brought a pastry called boregi the lady said it’s a special it apparently had halloumi, feta & parsley I thought oh that does sound special not had that combination before I brought 3 slices costing £9 I walked out the shop and took a bite there was small hair in my food I went back in and asked for my money back she rudely got defensive and told me no the manager won’t let! But there’s hair in your food it’s disgusting & unhygienic. I’ve had to dispose of the food because I don’t trust incase I choke! Waste of money plus there was no halloumi cheese inside stop false advising to sell food it was bland with no taste the worst boregi I’ve ever had!

I tried this place for the first time this morning and I was really impressed. The spinach & cheese golzeme was very tasty and the banana cake was exquisite & beautifully presented— just what the doctor ordered! Delivery was very prompt, too. Great start to the day— thanks.

Excellent service, good coffee and delicious baklava and a pretty terrace to eat and drink on. The only place worth a stop on this busy high street. They take real care.

Food is great don’t get me wrong but very expensive for just a Paratha type bread. It doesn’t have much filling in either. Please add a bit more filling if you’re going to charge £8 for gozleme. Thanks

The food was disgusting and no texture I ordered a rice pudding and they gave me something else to replace it , poor customer service I advise you don’t order from here I wish I could give no stars .

Worst cake I ever tasted we couldn’t eat it there was a weird smell and taste I couldn’t tell what it is. Baklava was really bad too

Love this place for all the friendliness, the welcoming staff and the outdoor seating is a huge plus. The atmosphere is not just what a place looks like but what it feels like and this place is definitely fabulous. It is also open late, so what else can be better?!

I've had many amazing experiences here, the coffee is delicious. Has an outdoor seating area. The baklava is to die for the pastry is so thin, light and crumbly just how it should be. The texture and taste same as when i had it in Greece. Exquisite fresh cakes that is also vegan and gluten free friendly. There is a variety you can order for birthdays. I had ordered a vegan and gluten free cake for my friends birthday previously and it tasted like a normal cake i could not make out the diffrence. I have recommended this pastry cafe to all my friends and family and would definitely recommend it to everyone else.

Baklava is amazing, as is the coffee, definitely worth the hours drive to get here! All freshly made, tastes divine.

Unable to social distance due to the small walkway. Staff not wearing a facemask properly. Hard to communicate and everytime I order the same cake, its made different and costs different prices. However, the cakes I order, look and taste delicious. I haven't tasted other options but they look like decent portions. Not sure of prices for the smaller bits but you can get an 8inch chocolate birthday cake for £18 with a message and strawberry's.

Lovely place to get away for some Turkish delight. Traditional deco with a traditional tea and sweets and a very pleasant lady behind the counter. A thankful little getaway from the hustle and bustle and of Corona life. It has become our local haven.

Ordered my son 2nd birthday cake from here said to the baker he wanted chocolate and he loves his cars bought toy cars and asked for him to design something with it which resulted to an amazijg delicious fresh cake !!!! Absouletly loved it and best cake ive ever eaten hands down highly reccomend and will come back again. Thank you!

I’ve just been to this place to buy Baklava and they charge extortionist amount of money for there cakes and baklava. I think it’s run by bunch of thieves, £22 per kg!! Gold costs less per gram!! Never again!

The quality and price of the cakes are amazing. The cake always tastes great and looks very attractive. It would be great to see if you can create a vegan version of these cakes! Either way, 5 star.

AVOID ORDERING!!!! i have order a cake a week before my nieces birthday. They told me 20 min before i was suppose to pick it up, that they wasn't able to do the design i wanted. when i came in. They just handed me the cake without a box or anything and had sarcastic smiles on their faces. i paid £120 for the cake and it was worth £30 max. didn't look anything like the cake i wanted. after we took it home and cut a slice we found hair in side the cake. WORST EXPIERCE EVER. DESTROY MY WHOLE DAY AND WE HAD TO GO AND BUY ANOTHER ONE FROM SOMEWHERE ELS.
