Best chippy in enfield never had any problems with the food

Food was delicious as always. Fish fresh and hot, batter crispy and chips nicely cooked too.

Well this place is like ghost house I ordered fish and chips chips was ok But fish was undercooked when I asked them the man with blonde hairs get rude Will never ever go there very bad experience It’s better to have fish from Lidl or Tesco somewhere rudest people

We only ordered a medium portion of chips. Large arrived and they were really nice

lovely hot food , good portion size you get and fresh fish and chips was lovely and a large sausage also tasty. Would order again from them i have been and eaten their from their shop for 4 years now and recommended always friendly.

The chips could have been cooked a little longer, and wings and prawns cracker was ok but the rest of the food was cold.

Love this place. Always very clean, really nice people. Updating my review today, Sun 25 Feb. Don't know what place " M M" in the reviews below is talking about. I am one of the first people to use Kim's chippy after they took over . I have never seen any customer leave getting a portion so small, and I've been in there many times . If anything the portions are larger than most places. Try them and see for yourself. Great service really nice people.

I wish I could give zero starts. First time ordering from this place and the sausage in batter was terrible. Batter was old must of been out for a long time. And the chips. Please see below a picture of large chips for £4.50. This must be a jokeeee !! First time and last time ordering from this place !!!

The quality was great with the fish being freshly fried, with decent sized portion and was delivered promptly I was however, disappointed that they did not use a thermal bag with the food in a paper bag being taken straight out of the box on the back of the moped this meant that the food was not hot with the exception of the fish and burger which were both in cardboard boxes the rest just wrapped in paper and with the cold weather meant they get cold quickly (either that or they were sat on a co

Awful. Not the first time I have bought from Kem's but definitely the last. Stale hard chips, greasy thick batter, very small piece of fish. They should be embarassed sending out orders like this.

Very disappointed with the food. We pre-ordered 3 x fish & chips just before the shop opened and when it arrived it was clear that the previous day chips must have been used as they were so so dry - it was clear they had not been freshly cooked. Such a shame and disappointing as when have ordered previously, had been good. It ruined our afternoon.

The food was horrible. The chips were reheated but delivered cold. The cod roe was mushy. The batter on the wings was nice but the actual chicken was nasty almost like they were off. The saveloy was cold and bland. The chow mein was so dry it made me choke. The only good thing was the deep fried snickers. Also my wife was up all night with a bad belly and cramping and I have had the worst indigestion of my life. This place has honestly put me off of trying new places. I want a refund. I never waste food but this I couldn’t even feed to the dog

It was ordered to come at 6 . From getting the text to say if was on its way it took 25 mins and it was cold.

Unfortunately this time the food was not great the battered sausage we soggy and not cook for long enough the chips were also under cooked and the curry sauce was like water with no taste it would not stay on the food very disappointing

There food is horrendous the chicken burger was pink inside and the fish wasn't cooked properly, great I'm going to have to take the next few days of off work.

We ordered 1 large portion of chips, which was not to their usual standard but just about ok, 1 large sausage, which was not fresh. It was hard chewy, cold and did not taste good. 1 whole roast chicken which did not taste good and was undercooked. We noticed a little pink in the centre so had to put it in our oven. We have been using their service for years and are are always happy apart from this one. I guest we are all human. I would still recommend using them. Their food is usually great.

The fish I enjoy it wa crispy at both ends the beef rice I not tried tht seem OK steak and kidney tht obvious the chips was OK maybe nex time maybe ad salt and lot of vinegar to fish and chips put it together instead of separate tht wat it like with fish and chips if put salt vinegar to get the smell of it wen box open

Food was a bit disappointing this time round,usually everything is really nice but this order had the batter around the fish soggy not crispy and the butter inside the roll was just thrown in on one side and left not spread out over both sides .

This is the one of the best fish and chips we have had and rate it at 9/10. Great service nice hot food & great value for money. Thank you Kem & wife Tony & Laura
