Really Pleasant Relaxing Atmosphere , especially nice as the Sun was out so full of Happy people eating and Drinking , great interaction from all the Staff Definitely a place to visit Next time I will definitely have Lunch after seeing what delicious food 🍽 was being served ❤️ 🍹

I know it's not important but it is the only pub in the bay, that I have found, where you can buy a simple pasty to go with a pint. But as well they have a great menu. Staff are friendly and polite. Wonderful place. Situated in a Great setting on the waterfront. Bravo.

There was only us 4 in there due to ti.e of year, drinks were fine

Had a lovely sausage, bacon and egg sandwich on a sunny morning. Really tasty and the bacon was excellent! They serve breakfast until 12, which was just what we needed.

Stopped by for a sandwich for lunch. Adequate sandwiches, okay beer. Unexceptional is the word that springs to mind - it was alright.

Always had good food and decent priced drinks, especially for the location of the bar. Staff are extremely polite and chatty..

Popped in Tuesday night for an early evening drink. Wasn't overly busy which suited us. Had a couple of drinks each and then then wife ordered a bowl of chips. They were stunning. Staff were polite,helpful and covered all bases.

Had lovely BLT and latte. Service was quick price was very reasonable and a lovely atmosphere apart from the cheeky seagulls 😃

4 times in 4 days we went to vaughns great cocktails great atmosphere good food!

Very unimpressed. Bought drinks for the family, when we stopped a can of drink fell out of our bag, we put it on the table and was quite bluntly approached telling me I can’t drink that here. I’ll have to move!!!!! After just spending £25 on drinks, we found this extremely blunt, rude and bad customer service. Will not be returning. Ever

Had the jacket potato, well cooked and presented. Staff friendly, lots of variety on menu. Can sit and see the harbour when you eat outside. Beware the seagulls.

Great place for a snack and a pint and watch the World go by.

Very middle of the road all around. Chef humming the same song on repeat became grating.

Lovely experience were attacked by seagull awful but waiter was so kind and quick to clear away broken glass etc

We come here every year and always come here for drinks as it is right by the Harbour.so this time we came for Breakfast and what can I say Amazing cooked breakfasts. The Chef is amazing cooking our breakfast to perfection and Staff are amazing to.

Just popped in for a beer because Offshore was absolutely heaving. Had a Poretti lovely Italian craft lager.

Stopped in a couple of times while we were in Torquay for a holiday. It's nice to sit harbourside with a cold beer on a sunny day.

20 of us walked in this fabulous restaurant for breakfast, the service was so fast for so many people, they were really friendly staff, great food all very hot , highly recommended thank u

The food(ham salad and prawn sandwiches)and service were excellent. The tables were cleared promptly and wiped.

Arrived in Torquay few days ago and left our house with no breakfast so we decided to get one from in here. As soon we got through the door we were approached by a lovely lady exceptional manners. We sat and ordered our breakfast and it came not too long of a wait and it was delicious. Would recommend 👍

Sign says sit and wait to be served, sat for 20 minutes while others were served and not us even after the staff seeing me take a seat won’t be retuning.

I went there with a friend yesterday for lunch and we couldn't have made a better choice. The prices are amazing and the food was delicious and filling! I had the falafel wrap and it came with chips and they brought us some sauces for free! The staff is also very professional and super friendly and the food was served quickly. AND the toilets where super clean. I'll definitely go back and try their breakfast menu as well as other lunch food!

Fantastic bar with an old school vinyl disco.we had a blast, wonderful staff made us so welcome.

Brilliant bar and restaurant providing exceptional coffees, teas, beers, wine, spirits and a vast menu on Torquay's fabulous harbour side. Owners, Darren and Ali plus all the superb staff are always willing to help. Excellent table service. Also supply plastic glasses for take away alcoholic drinks on busy times. Great entertainment outside on Wednesday evenings with the Vinyl Avengers till the end of August. Brilliant nights! Well worth a visit and highly recommended. Enjoy!

Went here a few weeks ago. Greeted by Eunice as we walked in, who is one of the friendliest greeters I have ever met. She instantly made me feel welcome. Nothing was a bother to her. I loved her for the person she is. As they say first impressions always count. The other staff were also very good. I can't wait to go again .

As Torquay residents we've been here to Vaughans several times now for lunch and now breakfast, and have to say that every time has been perfect. The waiters and waitresses are very efficient and friendly. Our waiter today was Richard who is very customer friendly, as was the lady that also served us. The food is excellent. This morning we walked down to Vaughans and had the sausage and bacon baguette and the egg and bacon baguette. It was delicious!!! . It's a beautiful sunny aspect sitting outside at Vaughans, enjoying breakfast watching the world go by. We would highly recommend Vaughans Bar.

Not the Vaughans I remember! I decided to grab a coffee and a breakfast sandwich after walking my dog to Torquay on a sunny March Friday morning. Staff were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Not only taking my order at my table in good time, after been given adequate time to read the menu. My food and drink came in very quickly, hot, fresh and delicious. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you. Views, atmosphere, quality, #ProudtobefromTorbay, complete escape from the norm. I could have been anywhere in the world, with the amazing weather and location.

Fantastic hospitality Charlie the host was amazing Very friendly funny & told us the best places to eat & even phoned the restaurant for us & booked it.

Woukd only allow us to have a small table for two to share between three because they said they ciukd get more people in. It doesn't matter that we couldn't all eat lunch, as long as they could get more people in. It's going to get worse guys.
