Just returned from a 5 day stay from this excellent hotel. Cannot find any faults from entering the doorstep. Everything runs like a well oiled machine. Comfortable bed excellent food good choice at breakfast . same at the evening meal.good entertainment. Would definitely return.

Amazing redecoration of the Costa Babbacombe. It appears they are going for a theme that can only be described as Labia. Most blokes probably won't be able to find the light. A mixture of soft and warm pinks adorn the walls. Banging coffee mind, so there's that.

Very nice there, pleasant staff, which makes a change these days, nice and relaxing. Would recommend.

Staff and service very good. Food great, entertainment acceptable. But the rooms -- ours (no 36) was a single with a double bed in. The (excellent) walk in shower bathroom installed such that you had to climb over the single chair to get in the room then use said chair to store your case on top of the wardrobe! We were a large coach party and we were not the only ones with this comment.

Fantastic 4 day break - rooms were a little dated - but bathrooms were amazing! Staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

We went for a family roast dinner The food was very good for £12 including a dessert, choice of 2 from 3 meat , veggie options available ,and the hotel made a dairy free pudding for my granddaughter who is lactose intolerant.woyld of like a bit more meat but it was good meal and staff was excellent.

chairs and tables blocking all the entrances and no gaps for anyone to pass they lucky health and safety came out they would shut the hotel down as they breaking the rules reported it to the bar man and he just wasn't interested never will visit here again.

I was here from 25th to 29th November 2024 with 17 friends from a low vision group based in North Birmingham. The hotel is superb. . bright newly furnished and newly carpetted. The food is delicious... the service impeccable.... Competent and cheerful and sensitive to the low vision patrons. Entertainment is professional and such fun Simon is totally amazing. .

One of my favourite breakfast or lunch spots. I have never had anything other than perfect service and brilliant food. I would definitely recommend 😍

After taking a group we enjoyed our week,rooms staff and food was good but what let it down was the dining it seemed you was rushed to get down to get a table ,if you wanted to eat a little later it was hard to get a table to sit with your friends.

The bar staff were amazing, very warm comfortable hotel. The food was good, so many options. Good view from the windows overall very happy with my stay would come again very soon.

Upgraded my single room to a sea view room. King size bed in this, patio doors. Could not fault this. Very happy with this

Excellent hotel, lovely food with a buffet with 3 choices for main course and dessert in bright and airy dining room. Location was excellent overlooking the sea. Staff very friendly and went the extra mile to help if needed. I have mobility issues at present so we booked an assisted room which was a good size with everything we needed and plenty of storage space. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely 3 day stay here. Breakfast was good, dinner was OK, only salad or soup for starter, the mains weren't bad, puddings were OK, would have been nice to have cheese and biscuits as it was all so sweet. The service and staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly. We had a room with a view and a balcony which was lovely. The entertainment was ok, and a bonus not many hotels have entertainment. Mostly elderly people here, but as I am one of those, I blended in well. We would definitely return.

A group of 26 people stayed for five days over the bank holiday. Very warm welcome from the manager with great explanation on how the hotel runs etc, Food was very enjoyable with a good selection both at dinner and breakfast. But what made the holiday so enjoyable was the staff, nothing was too much trouble and so very helpful and pleasant. We went on the Wednesday to the Babbacombe theatre. Walking distance from the hotel, excellent show and the other nights enjoyed the entertainment provided by the hotel. The manager even came and saw us off on the morning when leaving. Certainly will be coming back. Thank you all😊

We are local residents who use the hotel on a fairly regular basis. It's a friendly place. Good dining experience too, super-friendly staff, and a pleasure to dally there.

A very good welcome on arrival room was very clean staff were very friendly and efficient food was excellent entertainment was also very good would not hesitate to go again both me and my partner were very well looked after.

Welcomed by a manager on arrival and welcoming hot drink. Updated to a room with sea view. Most of the hotel was fine. The bed was comfy but would have benefitted by a chest of drawers for clothes storage. However, for me, the restaurant was quite a let down as they did not cater for my dietary needs ie gluten free food, no red meat and dairy free. There was a night when there wasn't anything suitable for me and I went without dinner. The next night was the same, luckily I had provided my own! I won't be returning!!

You cannot fault the staff's service at all. The food was amazing and I'm very picky. The dining is self service with a chef carving at dinner, the breakfasts are cooked with every kind of cereal, porridge, yogurts, fruit salad.... plus full English, lovely shower in rooms too. Special thanks to David the manager. Just a lovely hotel to relax in with Costa coffee shop also joined on to hotel.

Lovely hotel situated on the cliffs overlooking Babbacombe Bay. Beautiful views from our room. The staff were lovely, the included bottomless breakfast is amazing. We also sampled one of the three course meals on offer at a reasonable price and it didn't disappoint 😊. There is entertainment laid on in the show bar every night. A great experience all round.
