Keep an open mind before you arrive at this place and you will not be disappointed by the food and the experience! It’s not like a typical restaurant or cafe or even fast food mobile stall. The location is nothing to write home about - being on an industrial estate literally That said the food is delicious, served quickly through a little hatch, eat the food on street or in the car and you will feel like being transported to India. Flavourful, simple and delicious without any frills. Great food and great value, will have us coming back for more, when even we are travelling up and down the M1 past Leicester!

I am Gujarati and very fussy and picky on food I eat. I had given up on the like’s of Bobbys and Sharmilees of Leicester where consistency for food is all over the place. So I told the wife let’s be a little more daring and venture outside of our comfort zone. When we reached Bhel Puri place there was already 3 cars there parked up and one just parking so I thought busy place tends to mean good food. Varsha Ben was serving herself, very friendly and attentive to customers. We ordered dabeli, vada pav, sev puri and paneer. I told her we were taking food back to Loughborough but were told it was better to eat it hot and fresh which I agreed with. We demolished the dabeli with gusto it really was nice and ended up ordering another. The vada pav was more Gujarati style than Maharashtrian style but was very nice although a little spicey for me. The Paneer we took home and might I say it’s one of best chilli paneer I have eaten and for £3.80 a steal and a good portion. Sev puri was good also and my wife didn’t have any complaints. We had wanted Masala dosas but were informed they didn’t have any today. Best value for money and in the summer this will be the place where will bring friends n family for snacks. Don’t miss it

Been to new place recently open near fame. Order pau bhaji, panipuri and Bombay sandwich. Panipuri and Pau bhai were out tested like food made couple of days ago and they gave you to eat, specially potatoes. I told that Pau bhaji is not good it's out tested, they replace with Dabeli. Dabeli also made couple of days ago again out tested potatoes, peanuts also soggy not freshly made food. Panipuri's test were worse in my whole like I never eaten panipuri like this. It was rubbish and disappointing food. Sandwich were amazing 100% recommended. I would recommend if people love to eat Pau bhaji, panipuri and chats best place is Indigo restaurant for our Indian street food. To Varsha, if can't handle two places at the same time please be honest at one place provide freshly cooked food. Hope, you will take this as challenge and next time prove me wrong. Thank you.

After trying so many places in Leicester I was disappointed in not finding anywhere to eat a good pani puri. I tried pani puri, dahi puri and sev dahi puri everything was so tasty and purely homemade, unlokely other places where they use ready made pani water and imly sauce from the jar. The owner was very polite and chatty. Will definitely going again to try other things and have the mouthwatering pani puri again, really cant wait. The only negative point is that they dont do take aways. Would be nice to have a deal like 50 puris, a container with pani water, container with filling, dahi, sev etc everything packed separately so we could do at home pani puri, dahi puri sev puri. Work a little bit more on your marketing, the taste is amazing and you would go far. I only got to know you through trip adviser. Good luck Varsha benand team.

I often pass by this place when I'm working and it's so good! Varsha is so chatty and lovely, always happy and smiling. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced, and she often throws in little nibbles of new things for me to try, or to take home for my children. I particularly love the bhel puri itself. So fresh and tasty! I wish they still did the thali every day, but you have to order those in advance now. All in all, there's nowhere better in Leicester for a takeaway lunch.

Having thought of visiting this place again, we were there last friday evening. We had very satisfactory street food. We had Panipuri, Bhelpuri, Ragda Patti, Batata Vada. We enjoyed good food. We took panipuri, Bhelpuri as take away. I do not think they are fully organised to provide take away. They should improve and find proper container. It is a street food provider, so you eat standing there or in your car. For street food lover it is must.

we have been a regular at this place over the years, but you have to make sure when you ask for medium hot you got medium hot. at times when the wife is making the food she is too busy chatting and doesn't listen to what customers want from wanting medium pani puri you get extra hot then you have to buy water from them so thats additional cost, they have some really good dishes at decent prices but I think her husband makes the food better, the wife is she well she thinks she a model constantly doing her hair between orders. if you go I prefer to take my own drink and maybe some tissues as she is really tight you have to ask for a tissue, where as most street food would give you tissue as and when you want it. Also if you eat here its better to eat at the place rather then take it away,

I was exploring places where you can find Vegetarian Street food. In my research I came across this place, I decided to visit this weekend. I had difficulty in finding this place as where my navigation settlite took me, I could not find any restaurant. On phoning Varsha She asked me to come over the cabin. She was serving food from the cabin. No place to sit down. Street food available in the Street of Leicester! We tried panipuri ( puri stuffed with spicy water), Dahi-puri (Puri Suffed with spicy yogurt) and Dabeli (Street food from Kutch). We took package of Panipuri and a Thali home.

I was shopping with my mum and sister on Melton Road and we were looking for a restaurant that serves non-veg food. We came across Curry Fever and decided to give it a go and we are so glad we did! The restaurant is very clean and looks great inside. The waiter was very friendly and helped us to choose our food. The food was made fresh and was so tasty. It was definitely the best mixed sizzler we have ever had! We are very impressed with the excellent service and tasty food! We cannot wait to visit again and highly recommend this restaurant.

So frustrating, we ordered take away at 7pm NYE expecting a delay but over 2hrs later it's not arrived and they haven't answered the phones. They took the money and the customer service has been awful. Be honest, what kind of service is this? Very frustrated.
