you can’t cook worst take away in U.k so far ! Chicken 🍗 pieces raw and salty ! Service don’t understand when taking orders and close to busy nightclub should be busy dead 😵 place wish I never walked in if I have poison tomorrow I will be contacting services ! Absolutely tops...food is always hot staff friendly and priced fairly great food

This place is appalling with regards to the on line service.I ordered a large kebab which cost £9 only to receive the equivalent of a small kebabs Absolutely won't be ordering from here again.

It says I have my order but I haven’t received it

Ordered a pizza from here this evening and ate two slices before realising that there was mold on the bottom of the pizza. Not very happy.

Food was late and order was wrong.

Literally give me the wrong order not for the first time usually good but literally charging me for food I didn't have and what I got was poor

The order was wrong and missing items, the driver got lost and when the food eventually arrived it was stone cold, when I asked for a refund I was told the manager would phone me...I'm still waiting for this phone call, never had a problem before but I will NEVER order from here again! Very disappointed!

45 mins late no answer when dialing number , no food received

The food has been good no complaints there. The constant f××k ups is beyond a joke. Then they lie and say your wrong even tho they confirm your order back to you. Wow never again

The order was 30 minutes late, however, I understand it’s a Friday night so it was likely to be a busier time. Food was lovely.

Usually love this place and have ordered many times for collection and delivery. I ordered some hot wings on my way home today. Sadly, I took one bite and realized they were cold in the middle. Knowing it wasn't the norm, I took the wings back and asked for a refund. The staff member that processed my refund was less than polite and rudely stared at me as I told him "I like this place, please check what you're serving to people". Don't think I'll be back for a while, other recent 1* reviews say it all - avoid.

I was in this place on 02/09/23 around 11 p.m. to buy a pizza for a quick breakfast the next day. After receiving the order, I immediately tried it and felt a strange taste, but I ignored it. In the morning, when I started eating cold pizza, I realized that it was raw!! I definitely don't recommend.

Ordered pizza from variety waited over 1 hour cheese was gone off they need to pride in there food!!!!! 25pound to chuck in the bin!!!!!

I urge anyone to check there pizza bases lift it up and look for mold, 2 times they've done this and brought a second pizza burnt the base well so the mold was cooked absolutely vile!!! Off meat and feeding people rubbish to gain profits avoid at all costs

Bought doughnuts for mothers day, they took my money, called to say I couldn't collect (even though it was in open hours) said they would deliver, but never did and now won't answer the phone. no doughnuts, no refund

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I feel I’ve wasted money 3 times now. I gave them a third and chance and explained my issues. The staff are great including the delivery drivers. Top notch. But I’d have been better off and happier making a cheese sandwich. Pizza… worst ever in my life. Asked and paid for extra pizza sauce. However there was less than a normal portion on the pizza. They’re also stingy with toppings and cheese. Talk about dry. They did however make the kebab crispy as requested yet no lemon juice which I paid for and that makes the meal perfect. Had just one slice of the pizza and stodgy garlic bread, then the rest went in the bin. Even the dog wouldn’t eat it. First time I ordered with a friend and he got chicken which was pink the middle, so I advised him not to eat it as could make him very poorly. Massively disappointed and will never order again. They have, however offered to refund just the pizza… let’s see if that happens. People who ‘cook’ do it for a living and if they can’t get it right then they’re in the wrong job.

Had KFC style chicken and have to say it was rather delicious, quick delivery and friendly staff 👍

Love the mix kebab on the fresh nan bread, steak and Donna meat , salad chillies salt and lemon or with sweetcorn relish . Straight out from Nakasha night club or The Cat. Or home alone. A good night treat. I would never says no, especially the dessert , waffles is freshly made and it delicious with icecream . Definitely to share

Used to order from here when I was a bit younger and I loved it, but now? I can safely say I’ll tell people to stay away from it! Could hardly eat the food The chicken tikka naan wrap tasted unbelievably bad, the chicken tasted very cheap, as if bought in frozen and simply warmed up. Could get much better on my weekly shop to Aldi. The chips somehow tasted like floor and the garlic Mayo was more like water with a hint of garlic. Milkshake was okay. However that chicken has my belly turning already! Unbelievably disappointed

Great food as always, desserts especially the cookie dough and donuts are amazing

Not particularly impressed. Chips were cold and tough, Chicken kebab was far too dry. Chicken wings were coated and fried in something that did not taste edible. 2/3 of order ended up in the bin. Tried to call twice however rings out and then goes to a full mailbox. There was nothing about the food that would shout try me again. We’ll try somewhere else next time.

Used to be great but in recent years has become awful!! They don’t care about their customers or their food and it really shows in the quality! Won’t be returning, much better out there

Amazing didn't expect the doughnuts to be warm what a gorgeous suprise they were yummy .. fab milkshake too definitely recommend and will definitely be re ordering

Absolutely vile experience. As I walked in, I witnessed a customer playing their fruit machine having put £2 in. Whether you agree with it or not, the machine simply wasn't working. Both boys behind the counter mocked him, belittled him and let him leave having effectively stolen his money. My friends and I then ordered food which, whilst being cooked properly was clearly prepared in an area which hadn't been cleaned in months. I would have to question the cleanliness and hopefully the local authorities pay a visit for public health. Maybe great when on a night out but when you consider where the dodgy tummy or food poisoning came from later, it was probably here.

Great tasting but big spilt in the plastic cup and with melting ice cream not good. But fast delivery and nice desserts.

THERE WAS A SNAIL COOKED IN TO OUR PIZZA! Ordered a large meat feast as we have done many times before, the pizza itself is very good. However finding a snail in the crust isn't something you expect. Absolutely disgusting and will never order from here again.

Never had such bad customer experience in my entire life. Extremely rude and threatening staff. Especially one lad wearing a track suit and some silly hat with eye goggles on it, thought he was kano in Top Boy or something. Served a very small kebab (in the smaller size container), when we ordered (and paid) for large, asked if we wanted salad, got given a few slices of onion, kebabs were taken into the back suspiciously before serving. I felt like we offended them with no idea what I'd done wrong have walked in looked at the menu and placed an order. Disgraceful.

FAST food, tastes great. Put a big order in for a hungry party, everything exactly as ordered. Not a single complaint

Very poor service. Reasonably priced but you realise why when you are treated with complete disrespect and served extremely poor quality food. Used this takeaway for a long time but recently it has gone downhill fast. Burgers tasteless and doner meat overcooked and hard. Food not delivered after 90 minutes and when i called to find out where it was, i was told it was just leaving the shop! No apology and couldn't seem to grasp why a customer would like an update when food was going to be more than 40 minutes late. Avoid.

Used to love this place. Now awful. Quiet Sunday night, it got to 1hr 10mins and still no food. Rang and they gave the old 'it's on its way' garbage. What do they do in over an hour when there's literally no one around in Nantwich Town? Useless. Never using again.

Placed my order at 19:30 order hasn't come for over an hour and a half what a joke this take away is! The person on the phone then lied and attempted to tell me it had only been half an hour! I don't know what he was smoking behind the counter but I'd want some of that.. jokes aside I would advise anyone away from this take away

Great service and great food! Large portions and arrived exactly on time. They even went out of thier way to deliver to me whilst I was fishing at a lake they haven’t delivered to before. Wonderful service guys keep up th good work. The left over pizza is even great for breakfast!

Been using Variety's for awile now. Pizzas are always excellent and the service is brilliant both take away and delivered. Would recommend to my friends and I have.
