Disgusting customer service, lady was so rude and unpleasant whilst serving us, would advise to go elsewhere, was there with my toddler grandchild who said thank you, she just turned her back on him and walked away , no way to run a business. Definitely not value for money either. Thankfully everywhere else we went in Helensburgh was so friendly and welcoming

Wow, what horrible and disrespectful service. I was shocked to be treated the way I was. Absolute disdain. No customer service in the slightest. I purchased ice-cream, coffee, etc for a myself and 2 kids. The bad attitude of the staff absolutely shocked me. We will not return again

Excellent service and food. We had a pleasant conversation with the owner. The Bible waffle cone was to die for. Looks strange but is a very nice combination. A must try

Great ice cream horrible and abrupt lady behind the counter. The way this lady spoke to the foreign tourist family in front of us was not pleasant. The family then came in for a replacement as the child had dropped their cone only to be told that it wasn't the lady's fault. The family came in to buy a replacement and a no point asked for it for free. The young man scooping our ice cream was pleasant and friendly and while scooping the same lady told him not to put too much in our cones, paying £5 for two scopes I expect my monies worth. Really really enjoyed my two scoops but when down this way I would go elsewhere.

Great flavours. Huge portions. Sitting area outside, at least when we came. Scottish tablet ice cream was yummy! We all had different flavours so we could try them all.

Went whilst on holiday!! Nice selection…my son kept wanting to return to get homemade waffle with ice cream!! Portion size huge!! Lady serving very nice. Would visit again!!

Great ice cream and lovely gentleman behind till who was very pleasant and kindly offered us a free replacement ice cream after the first was ruined by seagulls outside the shop

After a leisurely stroll along the prom, popped in for a couple of pokeyhats. Good selection of flavours. Sat across the road at the start of the prom and thoroughly enjoyed them

Lovely ice cream. Shame about the atmosphere. Took our two kids and our friends and their child. Sat inside and bought plenty yet still refused use of the toilet. Staff not friendly and unhelpful even towards the kids.

Went on a business trip so wanted some good ice cream but shame about the man serving who was very rude and unhelpful.

Popped in one Sunday after a lovely walk. We both had a large waffle cone with 2 scoops. Was gorgeous ice cream and the cone was good too - not too hard. Will defo be back when in the area again

Busy ice cream shop - great sign as a visitor to the area! The ice cream was great and the staff were friendly.

This is a fantastic addition in Helensburgh for locals and tourists, something for everyone with a fantastic staff team

We popped in here after we visited the chippy, the selection of ice creams was great and a few flavours I've never seen before like Scottish macaroon. The portions were on the small side though for the price of £2 per tub. Worth popping inn!
