Valentinos Pizza & Kebab in Cheshire East

Usually fab but pizza was slightly cold and later than was expected.

Dreadful.place! Been avoiding for some time as food is awful and the time before I last ordered I arrived to find that following my telephone order, nothing even started on the grill and not a single thing being cooked for any other customers, so no excuse! Complained and was met with total indifference. Then, out of sheer laziness, thought I'd give them a try again this evening with another telephone order and what do you know, arrived to find nothing ready or even on the grill. The place didn't have a single thing cooking! Worst service ever from a takeaway and surprised they are still operating. Fingers crossed it goes under and someone else takes their place because it's just a total disgrace! Avoid avoid avoid!

The popcorn chicken was abit undercooked- abit soft and Chewy - usually it’s nice and crisp and a good texture.

Found hear in my burger all the cheesy chips, no cheese corn on it the kebab as well numb bread taste and felt like it was off. Don’t think I’d ever ordered from here again.

Delivery was fine, garlic bread just had one sheet of overcooked cheese on top of it, the chips were soggy and cold and the cheese cake was frozen solid.

Delicious food as usual but ordered a meat feast and it had a BBQ base which we didn't order.

Over an hour late and when it arrived was wrong order and cold.

Pizza was ok but forgot the drink, was told by driver he forgot it and would return but he never did.

The pizzas are amazing and are consistent in taste and quality. Fab job boys 👍

Driver told me he was the owner. Got extremely close to my face, told me he didn’t appreciate me ordering on just eat, took a photo of my front door and told me he would decline any future orders on just eat from us. Why are they on just eat then? Also they’ve spelled their own number wrong on the leaflet they’ve left in businesses around the village so that’s why I used just eat

Disappointed this time. It’s frustrating when places don’t have consistency in the brand of food they use. Ordered chicken strips and was given some dry, peppery, nasty things that are not the usual ones. They also forgot the sauce I paid for. The past two times ordering from here have been great so was a little surprised :/

Delivered on time, food was hot and tasty

Order estimated between 18:30-18:50. Arrived 18:05 so either 25 or 45 mins early depending how you look at it. I was in the shower so obviously took a few minutes to answer the door. The driver rudely said we won’t be delivering to this address again unless you order through our website. I pay delivery. Live 3 minute drive away so it’s definitely a profitable journey. There are plenty of other takeaways but I was being loyal to the village. I’ll take my custom elsewhere in future.

We’ve always enjoyed the consistency of the quality and delivery time of this restaurant. The pizzas were amazing.

Best takeaway in disley & the area. All so nice & reasonably priced food. Food is also insane! Doner meat isn’t greasy at all, would choose it any day over other takeaways! Nicest group of people & family!

I got a takeout burger from here a year ago and it wasn't too good. However I decided to give it another try recently and ordered a pizza. The pizza was awful and very very very salty, and I was sick all the next day. Avoid this place!!!!!

Pizza was bog standard, pretty much what your paying for. The cheesy chips were a wast of time, just chips with cheese sprinkled on them, when the cheese gets had it turn it into a nasty looking block of chips so I'd avoid them.

Decent food, forgot main part of the order though. But rectified it fairly quickly so good service.

food was so late my son fell alseep. What did come was was cold. I rang an asked for refund to be greated with a point blank No. I've waiting 85mins for cold pizza

Pizza was ok but was disappointed because it was not the same type as pictured. Was expecting proper Italian style due to images on just eat but got standard pizza that I could have got elsewhere. Felt they misrepresented themselves

We’ve ordered several times and will again. The pizzas are good, with a good amount of toppings etc., just we have found the last couple a bit too salty.

As always, the food was lovely. I even got a free spicy pepperoni pizza for some reason 😁 I always ask for an alteration to my vegetarian pizza, no sweetcorn, pineapple instead and the guys always make it perfectly. 5* food, my favourite treat- away!

Excellent pizzas from here although the childrens Margarita was burnt this time instead of the lovely melted cheesy it usual is. Just about got away with it, ours was fine. I’ll put it down to a one off and just mention it so hopefully it won’t be be T time. Otherwise nice food from here.

Overall the food was good however as for value for money that’s a different story. £7.50 for a mixed kebab which you would expect for that price a large kebab on Nan but no, a small pitta bread wasn’t impressed and won’t order again

Last couple of orders have been really disappointing- I’m not sure if the chef / cook has changed, but definitely something different about the pizza now, really not good sorry.

Everything tasted good and ordered form here on many occasions but tonight my pizza was missing the ham and pepperoni on the valentinos special that we had made, it spoit the pizza for me as the best flavor comes from the pepperoni in my opinion.

Got sauce on the kebab when I asked for no sauce as it doesn’t have the option to say no sauce, so I put it in the notes and still got sauce on it rest of the food was great otherwise

One thing that is clear is they care about the food. Pizzas are outstanding. Keebabs are delicious. All neatly presented, piping hot and full of flavour. Delivery driver is friendly. Highly recommend.

Lovely kebabs, the chicken and shish is very tasty, the pizzas are also delicious. Not had a bad meal yet and the delivery driver is lovely and very friendly. I am definitely a new regular customer, it’s recently been my go to after a late finish at work

The food was a bit late but not unexpected on a Saturday night. Sadly the vegetarian pizza had an extra topping of prawns!!!! A call to Valentino’s resulted in profuse apologies and a replacement pizza being delivered. Obviously a mistake but corrected to my satisfaction. Thank you

A bit late and a bit cold tonight..... I do appreciate it’s Saturday and don’t mind it being late but don’t enjoy when it’s not hot. Great pizza, really tasty though and wouldn’t be put off, just need to find a way of keeping things hotter when busy!
