Alsager delight in Cheshire East

Avoid… waited 2 hours for a delivery and had to cancel as was going to work, was promised refund… I’ve asked about the refund 4 times now each time i was told it will be refunded tonight and still waiting 2 weeks later

The staff essentially ignored us. Took ages for the food to be cooked and when the food was ready they handed the food tied up. When we opened the food there was no salad or sauces on either burger. Also the chips are not good. Very poor service.

Steak from steak kebab had gone off. Clearly leaving product out too long or not storing correctly. Do not eat. Chips very greasy. Tried contacting but websites WhatsApp link states that the number does not have WhatsApp, email address also incorrect.

Always order from these last night waited 1 hour 26 mins food was cold chips like rubber and delivery diver didn't even have any chance 2 give me won't use these again sorry

Ordered ham & mushroom omelette chips & salad arrived 90 mins after ordering rang twice to say was on way took another 30minutes to arrive for driver to ring couldn't find us had to then go find him to collect got it with no salad food was aired couldn't eat it had to reorder food from elsewhere

Alsager Delight it is NOT!. Avoid at all costs . Pre ordered take away as a treat which should have arrived at 17.55. Hadn't arrived by 18.10 so rang to see where it was. They said it would be with us imminently and assured us it would be hot! Arrived at 18.20. Chicken Tikka was lukewarm, butterfly king prawns were certainly not king and had not been butterflied. They were coated in soggy anaemic breadcrumbs and were cold. Lamb Korai was at least hot but spinach (extra paid) was conspicuous by its absence as was garlic on the garlic Naan which was just a plain Naan! All in all a dreadful meal. Didnt enjoy at all neither did my husband and we will certainly not be using them again.

Wow! Just had an amazing curry! The best I’ve had in a long time and that includes those in highly commended restaurants. Amazing value for money too, had the special offer. Will be ordering again for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One word ‘delicious’ not had a curry like this in a while around stoke defo a top contender keep up the good work guys

Wow what can I say, cold chips tasted like they were a day old and refried then left out to go cold, the lamb kebab stank, one bite and it went in the bin tasted like it was weeks old, bland tasteless stone cold food, how can you get this stuff so wrong.

Food is great and portion size best in alsager iv tryed them all this is the one. Just a bit slow on delivery

Poor food tonight, mostly the curries are hot and tasty! Tonight’s was bland and very unappetising! Disappointed.

Normally love this place, good value, great portions etc, but latest time over an hour late, poor quality, blamed the driver when I rang up to chase.

I have always found the food to be good, and they will deliver no matter the cost of your order, even as low as £4.00. It is very easy to pay by card, with a link sent to your mobile phone. They are very friendly and helpful. Cannot comment on parking, kid friendliness, wheel chair accessibility as I have only ever had food delivered.

Just had a delivery, waited a while for food. Kebabs were cold and small chips were warm but tasted like cardboard wouldn't recommend

The best takeaway in Alsager? Quite possibly. Certainly the most generous when it comes to portions. Only ever had the pizza but certainly no complaints here and the value was remarkable.

No stars this place is the pits ,food took over hr to come ,suppose be salad on mine and hubbys think wind blew it off on delivery ,called up to tell them that don’t want food as awful and wouldn’t give refund ,stay well away ,read the reviews on Google not their website ,wish we had ,would have put -5 on stars if could

Deliver the curry nearly 2 hours later gave me the box half way up the stairs box collapsed because they hadnt put it together right curry and dips everywhere because of there carelessness just wouldn't except responsibly absolutely disgrace carpet now knackered

If the words 'The Runs' was in the dictionary, this takeaway would be right underneath. I keep telling myself to stop ordering from here as after every takeaway my stomach is destroyed. STAY CLEAR if you have a weak stomach.

55mins to deliver not 5mins away. Sorry I cancelled but I don't do sweaty food. Pathetic delivery service n customer service too avoid at all cost.

Food used to be really good but the last 3 times we have used them the quality is not very good but the worst thing is there timings. Last 3 orders have been well over an hour late everytime so won't be using them again. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Rubbish, ordered online and 2 hours later still no delivery, phoned twice then told to call 8n for a refund, no explanation why our meal was not delivered.

Delivery was very slow 1.45hrs from order when the food was delivered it was cold and tasted really bad and not fresh

Just had curry, rice and naan delivered and it was amazing. Very tasty food and very quick delivery. Cheers guys will definitely be returning

Terrible meal tonight...£31 spent and each meal was not good ...cold food soggy kebab meat all around not good..very disappointing I'm afraid.

Brought wrong food. Then they sent the right food 20mins later cold. Ordered doner and got 5 pieces . Waste of time.

Been coming here for years and won't be anymore. The food we had tonight was appauling. Half portions of rice and curry and watered down korma Called to complain and all they said was we will sort it on your next order. Well sorry after a 2hr wait I wanted it tonight. Won't be using again

NO STARS! Stay well clear! Delivery took over 2 hours to be delivered I'm not even 10 minutes from their shop. When ever i rang to find out how long it will be for 40 minutes they kept telling me it will be there in a few minutes! When it did turn up it was stone cold. I'm giving them 1 star but if there was an option to give no stars i would. They dont even deserve 1 star!

Made a complaint to Alsager delight a couple of months ago because of the amount of orders they kept getting wrong and we accidentally ordered food from them again tonight through another site. We got our food dropped off by a 15-16 year old lad, who got into into a car which wheelspun up the road after dropping our food off. Our chips were hard and definitely re fried and the 'piece of chicken' we ordered were what resemblance a breaded chicken burger. Never had a problem with them until they continually got our orders wrong and we complained. Dont order off them... a bunch of cowboys.

Had a take away from here tonight.. I got 2 chicken burger things instead of actual chicken.. Got re-heated chips and cheese which were totally inedible.. We got it delivered by a 15 something boy at 24:00/00:00 who got into a car only to wheel spin off up the road.. This after we complained many months ago..(here is the complaint). Getting increasingly fearful that my favourite takeaway is becoming more and more disappointing.... We get mixed up deliveries, we get massive, and I mean massive irregularities around portion size.. What's going on..? The quality is great.. But I never know what I'm going to get.. Tonight I ordered a large kebab, but got a pitta full of salad with a few pieces of Donner drapped over the top..

Best takeaway in Alsager. Family have been ordering from here for a very long time. Excellent service, great food and friendly staff. The food never fails to impress us. I highly recommend it. There's something for everyone here. Keep up the good work

Had a few takeaways from here now and they've all been excellent. The service has been a bit slower than ideal (over an hour each time) but it was Saturday night, so I guess they're really busy, and the food has been worth the wait.

Surprised at the good reviews on here, worse Madras I have ever had, flavour was awful and my wife had a balti which tasted awful as well and she left it all which is unusual!

@gazza741 so the nice chap on the phone asked me to #rate my plate !! I have no plate to share as I ate it all , well too much for one sitting so in fridge freezer ! I ordered chicken tikka balti , mushroom rice n chips £9.80 delivered 👍 it all came very warm within 25 mins , lovely chap dropped it to the door 🚪 Curry was a little salty for my taste and hotter than a medium as not requested hot or mild , but very warming and moresome , ,,however the (small )tub or mushroom rice was the nicest rice I have had from any takeaway in alsager in many years 👋👋🥳🥳 #honestreviewfromaprivatechef @ Gazza741
