Filthy place, poor service, tables not cleared and left dirty, staff rude by slamming down the meals.

The worst pizza I've ever had. I eat in Wetĥerspoons every week as I work away. And what I was served was disgusting, virtually no topping and I couldn't cut it the base was so hard. Not the usual Wetherspoon standard. Sorry

Brilliant atmosphere and friendly staff. Thank you to the honest staff who kept a birthday card safe for us after we realised we left it behind on our table. Good service, was speedy but drinks arrived after the food. Seemed a little short of staff behind the bar.

No eggs served with gammon and egg as they'd run out !!!?? Not enough cutlery for our family, wiped our own table

Service fantastic, location is amazing beautiful views. It's a Wetherspoons so the food and drink is exactly how I expected it, not 5 star but priced perfectly. Well worth a visit.

quite easily the worst of the 4 whetherspoons in bristol central. the team leader cannot manage a bar and served 5 people before me. you get better service from a nursery kitchen

I don't expect too much from a Wetherspoons given the price of the beers, however this one wasn't great. Bar queues were long and when we tried the table service on the app it was even longe, to the point where it'd been almost 30 mins and had to check with the staff the other had actually been received. Not sure if we were just unlucky with the service, but the person we did ask told us to sit down and wait 'there was a 15-20 minute wait for drinks'. She wasn't happy or apologetic when I explained we'd been waiting almost 30 minutes... Nice building and location though.

Good place to meet freinds and have a drink. Food is just OK.dont sit outside and eat because the seagulls will take your food.

Eating out as a vegan can be exhausting, even just saying the V word fills me with anxiety sometimes ! Not this morning in the V-Shed, I thought I had been given a meat sausage in my breakfast and the server went above and beyond to show me that this wasn't the case. They assured me it wasn't meat, explained that the supplyer had changed and even came over with a meat sausage to put my mind at ease. In a world where veganism is so commonly dismissed, this made my day

Very nice place for food and drink

Lovely staff and gorgeous food. I had a latte and a Freedom Breakfast, and it went down an absolute treat! Lovely clean pub, beautiful harbour views, and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Even though I arrived at 9am, everyone was on their best game. Well done, Spoons!! This is why you're the nations favourite 😍

Made multiple visits to the v-shed over the weekend, always busy, cheap and when sitting outside a great view aswell, had breakfast and a lot of drinks.

stale onion rings , cold chips and a oily burger. all in all wouldn’t recommend, go to stepped events instead

It's a Spoons, but on a Friday and Saturday they have a DJ and it's hella loud. Usually go to Spoons for a cheap drink and food as apposed to a rave

Huge indoor space, lovely outdoor space with a view of the canal. The only pain is the seagulls stealing food outside. Staff are super helpful, and polite.

Stopped in for a snack with my daughter before the Theatre. Managed to get a table looking out onto the water. It was early evening so pleasant atmosphere. We ordered using the app and member of staff was very polite every time she arrived.

A big Wetherspoons in a cereal location. Looking tired and dirty. But cheap and reliable.

Ideally situated after we had attended the siren event on the amphitheatre, nowhere is cheaper for a pint, and the evening vibe was buzzing.

It's a shame when you are stood in a queue they can't serve the people in the queue in order, and instead just serve any random walking up to the bar

Broken WiFi l, no joy on three different phones. No mobile signal. Couldn't order. Left Sir Tim would be unimpressed.

Went in on a Sunday evening, tables were cleared but not clean . Food was passable , would have been nicer if it was hot. Not sure why , wasn't particularly busy at 7pm. Oh well, you win some, you loose some.

The atmosphere of this place sucks my soul out and delivers it to the shadow realm. Some of the seating is crammed under staircases.

I can't fault the cleanliness and service we received, and the food was second to none,

Went in with very low expectations based on the reviews, but our experience turned out to be much better than anticipated. We ordered cocktails, nachos, and chicken wings. The drinks were reasonably priced and tasted great! The nachos could use some improvement, but the chicken wings were really crispy. Interestingly, the chicken wings tasted slightly of fish with a hint of lemongrass, probably from being fried in the same oil as other dishes. While it's concerning from a health perspective to use the same oil repeatedly, I actually enjoyed the unique flavor it gave to the wings. 😐

Cheap drinks from a spoons with a great bar and loads of space

Great little Wetherspoons in a nice location. Two of us there and ordered we each ordered our own paninis through the app. 1st one turned up, then the drinks, and finally the 2nd panini arrived after a bit of a wait. Unfortunately the 2nd one was wrong and was the same flavour as the 1st one ordered. Apart from that, a nice meal.

Cheap is about the only thing good about this place. It's really run down and dirty. The food quality is very poor . If you're a dog lover boycott, they even ban dogs from the outside seating area, and this is the same in all weatherspoons. Why

You know what you get when you visit a weatherspoons, ok food , good polite staff , always handy when you stay somewhere overnight , they open at 8am for breakfast and cheaper than hotel food

Nice fish and chips on a good price as always! The refillable hot drinks mug system is my favourite thing here.

Cheap pints with full pourings with massive pint glass. Reasonable pubs to visit. Most entertaining.

It a nice place to visit during the day, if you have earplugs. But it can get very noisy so it’s not ideal for someone with Autism.

Had a fried breakfast. Usually very good in Weatherspoons but this one was badly cooked unfortunately.

Large size Spoons over three floors. Service on the app can sometimes be lengthy with the drinks. Food often arrives before the drinks. Right on Bristol Harbourside in a nice location.

Popped in for daytime drink after a long walk, served immediately, sat outside overlooking the water. Very nice, could easily have sat there all day, and wetherspoons prices - what's not to like.

I only go for breakfast when friends visiting. It is good value and good food although the food is often only warm rather than hot and is served on cold plates so it gets cold very quickly. Improve that and you get the 5 stars.

One of the best 'Spoons we've been in. I love the way they keep the atmosphere of the old building and build around all the quirkiness. There are stairways at weird angles built on columns that seem in the way but add to the charm. The food is the same as every Spoons, meaning it's good and reliably tasty. Loved it

Weather Spoons for the young uns, okay during early afternoons but becomes a nightclub later on. I do think tho it's location on the harbour side is not being fully exploited. Would be so much better if it had panoramic views from big open windows to see the great views.

Went here for breakfast and the food was awful. Not too surprised that the veggie sausage was really bad since that can be hit or miss. The two plain fried eggs were also bad since there was no salt or pepper anywhere. Hash browns seemed to have gone from freezer to fryer also without any salt. Floor was very sticky. Once a few more people came in the stickiness became very noisy. Disgusting and funny at the same time.

It's a spoons, it has the app, the drinks are cheap and the food is good value.

So at 17:15 on 06/10/2023 we ordered the smalls plates any 3 for £15.33. Back home we always get the chicken bites, wings and pizza. Anyhow, today I just wanted some cheesy chips (I orderer side of chicken gravy to put on it) The chips are only £2.60 approx so we never order that with this deal because of value for money but cheese on there would justify a couple £ more. Anyhow- my 'cheesy- chips come with some flakes of cheese on!? I instantly said to the waitress it was supposed to be cheesy chips. She took them back to put cheese on and chef on shift refused and said to her "that is how cheesy chips are served". So I will just share the image of this 'chefs' definition of "cheesy chips" and leave it at that. Image will speak for itself.

Dirty tables toilets we disgusting

Really cool idea but could really do with a dancefloor, you can only really dance on the bar which is limited and the music is so loud you can't really just sit and chat. It's an awesome day but it's executed a bit badly. It can't seem to decide whether it's a bar or a club..

I only tried the English breakfast and I enjoyed it. In addition, you can have a hot drink, self-service and you can refill as much as you want (1.56 pounds). Ideal for heavy coffee drinkers in the morning and for having a typical breakfast!

Never a let down - even on a bank holiday, the staff were pleasant, the food arrived quickly and was excellent and very impressed with the support of Prostate Cancer- an example to others!

I had half a chicken and mashed potato with gravy but forgot to cancel peas as I'm not keen on them. Very tasty. A pint of Doombar went down well. It wasn't too packed and lots of people sat outside. We found a table for 4 at 12.30, no trouble.

Total opposite to my earlier review of Spoons in Kingswood. Friendly staff, good, fresh food, genuine buzzing atmosphere: juxtapose to Kingswood, one hundred percent 💯
