Visited on 11th February. Lovely crepe to take away - tasted good. Good service. Only thing that could improve the site would be outside seating

Popped in today and had a red velvet waffle , honestly was so AMAZING, would definitely recommend anyone to come and try the food, and there’s so many different choices of ice cream 10/10

Delicious crepes!! Attentive service! Didn't realise it's a family run business - their branding is so professionally done - I assumed they are part of a chain! Wow! They seem to have a great variety of items on the menu. Crepes we had were absolutely delicious! I'm definitely coming back for more!! One criticism is that it lacks a bit of an atmosphere. It's too "empty" decor wise. Just tables and chairs. Boxes for food packing are stored in the main dining area.. And the air was filled with a refrigerator noise?.. It's more of a practical "sit and eat" kind of place - rather than a dining experience in its own right. They also do Just Eat - that's if you fancy a takeaway!

Absolutely mind blowingly goooood! I take the kids here but don’t normally indulge myself. This time I did though! And it was phenomenal. I had the ferrero Roche cookie dough. Lush. Thank you

I absolutely love my pancakes always delivered on time or early no complaints about that absolutely no fault will definitely always order from them

Food was cold, ice cream was basically milk and my chocolate was all in the lid.

Considering this is for a dessert which is ice cream it takes so long to get to you, really really slow delivery, took nearly an hour, they really need to speed the service up.

Delivery 45mins late app said it had been delivered but it hadn't so I called store to be told it will turn up eventually and it's the apps fault it's late and apps fault it says it's been delivered. Guy on the phone had no idea and was useless.

I rate this place but please try and play happier songs

Really good value, good portions, plenty of toppings, nice light waffles and the milkshakes are good too. Arguably better than the bigger chains. Edit: Aug 2024. Really need to clean or replace the chairs. Not nice. Dropped a star because of this. Still great deserts though

My order was 7 minutes late and I called the restaurant, but no answer. Apart from that, the quality of my cookie dough and milkshake was great.

Utopia it’s so nice, good choices from cookie dough to milkshakes to waffles …. Food always tastes so good and never lets me down. As usual it’s getting a 10 outta 10 from me

left a previous review stating order did not arrive and then of course it then arrived. Can't fault Utopia they were just busy

Very dissappinted i ordered chocolate covered strawberries crepe yet i received one with bananas on it and i cannot eat bananas

My daughter and I waited for our ice cream in the shop. The serving lady acknowledges us as being the next customer. Another Mum and her son came on for ice cream. We are still waiting patiently. Then another family came in. When we should have been next, the server went straight to the family at the till. I was greatly vexed attention this point, and left with my daughter no ice cream but my £10 still in my purse. Needless to say we will not be going back. Thank you Utopia Desserts 🍨

I tried a different one. Bueno. Bu I would prefer the Eaton Mess by a mile. I had the strawberry milkshake, nice but I would prefer the coffee milkshake.

Visited several times. Can't say it wows me. Time before last the freezer was down so couldn't even do ice cream!!? Think the freezer still not great as makes a lot of noise. Sounds like your sat by a ice cream delivery lorry with it engine running whilst eating your sundaes! Also failed to put all the toppings on what we ordered. Makes it an expensive dish for what you get. The ice cream pictured isn't from utopia.... But does show what you could get for less money from an alternative parlour, which although is a fair drive away, I would sooner drive to than visit utopia

Unfortunately the strawberries on the crepe were past best, so disappointing as always been so good in the past.

Second time I’ve ordered and second time it’s been wrong. How hard is it to make a waffle with 3 toppings on it? Ordered a waffle with strawberry, banana and Nutella and the Nutella was missing, so it was just a dry waffle with fruit on top. Tried to call and just kept ringing out. Useless.

Absolutely lovely had the white kinder bueno and strawberry cheesecake crepe was lush 😍😍

Eton mess is my favourite. The waffle is aft and the meringue sweet and lightly crunchy. The food is always fresh and the milkshake is just perfect.

Utopia didnt put near enough topping, much less than usual on the waffle whoch meant it was really dry and not great value for money at all. The crepe and shake the others had were lovely they said but they felt sorry looking at my waffle 😟.Delivery was all good by Just Eat

The desserts were lovely. We got a sundae and a waffle. The waffle was full of fruit and the sundae had brownies, biscuits and ice cream was very nice would order again

Their food is always top quality they even put extra goodies in my order when an item was unavailable!

Opening times are wrong. They claim to open from 12pm but that's not true. Wanted to treat the kids on my little ones birthday, got there for 1pm and they still weren't open even though they say they open from 12. Their phone line also doesn't work!

I am unsatisfied with my recent order. Timescale said it would arrive at 15:15. Actually arrived at 15:47. Barely any toppings on my pancake and waffle. And was warm almost cold

Normally they are great. This evening I received the wrong shake and was sent red velvet cake instead of Victoria sponge. I normally wouldn’t mind but I don’t like either.

Always amazing desserts at this place. The new Black Forest ice cream is out of the world. Service is always amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful. We come in and grab something every time we are in Fareham!

food is always absolutely impeccable but the prices have gone up and the cookie dough in particular is now wafer thin! not on!

Sent out the bueno brownie with just crumbled brownie on it, dry, no sauce or bueno. Did send out another one when we called but took another half hour.

Utopia is exactly that, The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always happy to oblige. It's cleanliness is second to none. I cannot fault it at all, and look forward to many more gelato sundaes ❤️

Honestly the cookie dough was tiny for £10, and £6 for a vanilla milkshake that wasn’t great either..I won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely THE BEST ice cream! We travel a few miles for our ice cream here. Lovely friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble and the desserts are amazing too. These are better than we have had abroad and.on cruise ships!

Nice thick milkshakes, the coffee was really good, its a little expensive but worth it in my opinion (around £7)

We love this restaurant, food is always so good and the portions are huge! I had the gold bar milkshake which was quiet sickly after a while but still delicious.

This place has the best desserts and staff are always very friendly. I always stop buy and get the Lotus Biscoff milkshake which tastes amazing, would highly recommend! The service is very quick and fast!

Ethan and Eden are always great here the milkshakes are amazing never disappointed and both the guys are always serving with a smile and the store is always immaculate as well defo my new sweet tooth stop

We love the desserts from this restaurant, great sized portions and delicious. Delivery can often quite slow so try order earlier than you want it, usually around an hour or so.

Food arrived which is better than other dessert places locally… however very small portions for price. Bought a ‘nutty’ Donut, it was just a dry plain donut, dipped in a cheap chocolate sauce. For £3.99 per donut, I expected something nice but this was disgusting unfortunately. I’m put off ordering desserts now.

The food and drink was delicious!! Definitely be ordering again!!
