Opening times are wrong. They claim to open from 12pm but that's not true. Wanted to treat the kids on my little ones birthday, got there for 1pm and they still weren't open even though they say they open from 12. Their phone line also doesn't work!

Visited several times. Can't say it wows me. Time before last the freezer was down so couldn't even do ice cream!!? Think the freezer still not great as makes a lot of noise. Sounds like your sat by a ice cream delivery lorry with it engine running whilst eating your sundaes! Also failed to put all the toppings on what we ordered. Makes it an expensive dish for what you get. The ice cream pictured isn't from utopia.... But does show what you could get for less money from an alternative parlour, which although is a fair drive away, in would sooner drive to than visit utopia

Always amazing desserts at this place. The new Black Forest ice cream is out of the world. Service is always amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful. We come in and grab something every time we are in Fareham!

Utopia is exactly that, The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always happy to oblige. It's cleanliness is second to none. I cannot fault it at all, and look forward to many more gelato sundaes ❤️

Absolutely THE BEST ice cream! We travel a few miles for our ice cream here. Lovely friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble and the desserts are amazing too. These are better than we have had abroad and.on cruise ships!

Nice thick milkshakes, the coffee was really good, its a little expensive but worth it in my opinion (around £7)

This place has the best desserts and staff are always very friendly. I always stop buy and get the Lotus Biscoff milkshake which tastes amazing, would highly recommend! The service is very quick and fast!

Ethan and Eden are always great here the milkshakes are amazing never disappointed and both the guys are always serving with a smile and the store is always immaculate as well defo my new sweet tooth stop

This place is awesome. And so cool that they are open late. Nice place for a quick cheap but of fun. Also, seems really well managed. The boss is really friendly and great with his staff, everyone happy and smiling. 5 stars, second visit, will come again.

We went to sit in and eat our desserts here after we had dinner out nearby - the food is quite nice but the lengthy waiting time of about 45 minutes was absolutely terrible. I’m sure they prioritised the Just Eat and Uber deliveries first. It was very surprising though with the amount of staff they had working in there at the time that they were not able to serve quicker as a 45 minute wait is just not good enough. Paired with the fact that the fake suede seats were absolutely filthy and food stained (I felt like I was constantly sat on food) and the floor and tables were covered in food, we were not impressed. Just a tip - if you are going to serve food, do not purchase pale suede chairs that food can get stuck too and instead perhaps just get plastic ones…it would be much more hygienic! I’m also currently pregnant and the fact that they didn’t have any toilets in their cafe and were open until late after the shopping centre was shut was just terrible! So I had to go traipsing over to one of the restaurants/bars on the other side to see if I could use their toilet! I’m pretty sure it’s also illegal to serve food to eat on the premises and not have any toilet facilities. Based on this, I would not go back as I’m sure I could find a cleaner dessert parlour with toilets for future!

So we have been trying to go here for a while....didn't realise they don't open till the afternoon. First off, I'm not a dessert person. Not even a waffle person BUT my 9 year old daughter is. As a daddy daughter night out we headed for Ugopia. First off the smell, there is nothing that's comes close to that fresh batter cooking smell, it draws you in. Friendly welcome, round a seat and we where off to the races. The menu is STACK with everything you can think of and more. Waffles Crapes Sundias Cookie dough Milk shakes Cakes Snacks and so much more. Before I knew it I was in biscuff heaven. The waffle was crisp, light and fresh. Stacked with toppings and the soft serve OMG the soft serv with so thick, it was stiff ferm even after we had finished. We had 2 Waffles to eat in, Cake to take away, and anothwr waffle for later, not even £30 spent!! Bargain. The staff where friendly, welcoming and polite. 10 outta 10 will 100% be back. Amazing, keep doing what you do!!

Really good value, good portions, plenty of toppings, nice light waffles and the milkshakes are good too. Arguably better than the bigger chains.

The time it's taken for them to make a waffle and deliver it 10 minutes away is ridiculous, if you've got all day to wait for them to make your food, then order from this place 👎🏻👎🏻 cold waffle and melted liquid ice cream to top it off, great 👍🏻

I recommend the bubble gum milk shake, and the Biscoff milk shake.. my son and daughter loved them! We were met with a very welcome smile, the customer service was on point.. 100% will be returning again soon 😋

Nice little Desert shop in the town, good service and great ice cream options. We did request a fudge cake with ice cream but they were out of stock :( Had a scoop of Belgian chocolate ice cream with a coffee and it did not disappoint! Reasonably priced too.

Beautiful desserts, took my daughter there, we ordered warm cookie dough with ice cream, couldn't eat it all but the staff gave us a takeaway box and gave My daughter a glass of water and ice as she found it abit sickly lol. Lovely staff there...very beautiful decor, definitely going again

Absolutely amazing, waffles warm soft and fluffy, cookie dough just right and loads of toppings! Kids and adults alike thought the desserts were amazing, polite and courteous delivery driver too!

2 stars as I found 2 pieces of plastic in my Buenos milkshake, not v impressed. We had to up the price for using plastic bags but it's free as a topping for ur milkshake.

It was just a cheeky ice-cream on a weekday evening for my son. Always a great place to go because of the staff, they're really good.

Ordered before without issue but let down last tine I ordered, only half filled cup for a sundae with wafer on top and charged £9 for privilege! When phoned to say this is not like what we usually have staff were rude and said don’t care if we don’t order again! Will be sure to spread the word to avoid!

Awesome. Must try. Clean, friendly, and huge puffy crispy delicious waffles. Fruit fresh and plentiful. It's definitely a regular family treat.

There is no parking i had to leave my partner in the car and walk across the high street to get here (maps did not direct us to parking anyway) i had a freshly made hot SNICKERS waffle and my partner had 3 scoops of gelato.. there was one of our choices out of stock however plenty others to choose from really tasty ice cream and the waffle was unreal!! Also loads of different choices of cans of soft drink here.. the restaurant 8s decorated beautifully and its very clean and well laid out.. the staff were also very welcoming quick and friendly we would go back next time i would try some cake as they looked so good!!

Utopia has finally opened for dine-in and the experience didn’t disappoint. The staff are friendly, everywhere is extremely clean, and the decor is fantastic. The Biscoff cookie dough is incredible - highly recommended! You’ll spend more here than you’d pay for a desert in a pub or restaurant but the portions are generous and the better quality of the ingredients makes it worth every penny.

Lush lush lush!! Amazing portions, and tastes amazing! I tried the Maltesers and the missus strawberry and fruit.. both superb 👌 Would highly recommend if you fancy a sweet treat.

Utopia Desserts have the best milkshakes anywhere, and they are better than 4 other leading brands we've tried. Their customer service is second to none. And they always greet us with a friendly welcome. They go above and beyond to please their customers. Their cheesecakes are amazing!

BY FAR THE BEST DESERT DELIVERY IVE HAD 😍 pregnancy craving fixed and then some good quality great portion sizes didn't scrimp on icecream either waffles arrived hot and icecream arrived well frozen lol unlike other places fruit was fresh and cookie dough didn't last 2 minutes around my kids but you can take that as a compliment will definitely be coming back and can't wait !!!!

Ordered two waffles using JustEat, they came quickly and were very tasty!

Ice cream is very small delivery is expensive for just around the corner. Ordered a 3 scoop sharing with my son was only given a 2 scoop. Very expensive and small ice cream tubs. The ice cream was nice though. Costed £18.50 for a 3 scoop that was only a 2 scoop a 2 scoop and a 1 scoop. Won’t be ordering again.

Great desserts and very friendly staff

The deserts here are absolutely amazing! I much prefer this over Sprinkles, the portion sizes are spot on and our delivery was 15 minutes early and hot on arrival with a very nice delivery driver :) This will always now be my go-to! So happy we finally have a deserts restaurant in Fareham that is 1) delivery and 2) perfect!

The gelato is delicious and great value for money. The staff are very friendly and the place has a nice atmosphere. Can't wait to go there again and try more - the menu is so big! Edit - I went back here and tried one of the sundaes, it was amazing! Love this place so much!!

Looks great from the outside, can't wait to try what they have to offer, looks like amazing dessert options 😋 Finally managed to try something from their menu, opted for muoy Bueno which was a delicious Crepe with melted chocolate, kinder Bueno and a serving of ice-cream. Presented neatly for takeaway. Well worth a visit! Covid safety in place is very good.

A great addition to Fareham Town Centre, good selection for when you feel like indulging in a naughty treat, well priced a d good service.

Wonderful service and beautiful desserts! The cookie dough comes with a glass of milk which I thought was adorable! And my crepe came with cream and a side of ice cream! Prices are very reasonable and the interior was very very clean. Will be going again!!

Really delicious desserts & lovely staff. The shop was very clean and the staff were mindful if customers. The prices were very reasonable. We had a soda float each, a cookie dough and a waffle. Absolutely would recommend!!
