Usta Pizza in Gravesham

Not the friendliest when walking in but the pizza is amazing! Especially the Indian pizzas. Out of this world. Though I wouldn't recommend getting anything else like a burger or kebab.

Nice pizza, sadly overpriced. If current owners were to maintain their old prices they would see more orders. Too many other companies locally offering a better price mean this is a rare treat rather than weekly buy. Update 23/07/21 told £20 on the phone when collecting 2 pizzas, on collection told its £22!!followed by a smile that would curdle milk. Put my notes away and paid by card on purpose. If there is a next time, honor the price or i walk away.

Surprised by all the bad reviews- the pizzas are amazing so much better than dominoes etc, and they do a deal where u get the second pizza for £2! Would highly recommend this deal

It's the worst chicken on my life

Burger was just about ok but the chips were horrible and the chicken kebab went in the bin coz it was inedible. The chicken itself tasted disgusting and the pitta bread was no better.

NO STARS! NO WAY! only reason it gets one is because i cant post unless i give at least one star??? How is that a true reflection?? The owner comes across as very ignorant. The lady making pizzas looked at me [her customer] while I was waiting for my order, I smiled politely and all I got in return was a really dirty look, like I had just ran over her cat or something... VERY OVERPRICED TOO I ordered doner kebab meat and chicken kebab meat and chips. Nobody told me they'd be putting curry or some sort of Indian spices on it Didn't ask for it, didn't want it and didn't even know it was on there until I started eating it,,,, I thought hmhmmm this looks a bit GREEN! Also, I witnessed the man serving me, put the old chips back in the fryer and refry them. Dirty disgusting practice for the sake of a few pennies. Won't ever go in there again and I recommend anyone reading this to only go in there if your feeling depressed or suicidal, you will come out feeling like an Olympic Superstar compared to those miserable sods! Absolutely disgusting. We went in 15 minutes before closing time and they were extremely rude. I understand they were finishing up, but where I work we close at closing time and then we still work after hours to finish up then go home. It’s still money and customer experience, my friend asked for her drink in a meal deal and the man argued back that there is no drink so my friend pointed it out on the board so he grabbed a random drink and slammed it on the table. Telling us to hurry up then give us dirty looks, didn’t put any salad in my burger and shooed us off. Food was undercooked and we left 5-10 minutes before closing time still so could have at least cooked it longer as been throwing up all day.

Just had most disgusting chicken donner .Meat was covered in chili and garlic sauce how I've ordered but chicken meat was old and dry and some crusty.awful. I eaten some of it ,no more than 50%including all salad which was fresh, when asked for refund lady told me how can I give you refund if you've eat it all.I said OK give me 50% refund which she agreed .I don't go there very often but food was never that bad. I'm not going there again.

Absolutely disgusting, rude, aragant and nasty staff! Made an order and it was fine and then they ring me 5 mins later saying they don't want to do the order as when I ordered 3 weeks ago from just eat from there mistake they got the wrong day for delivery so I didn't want it a day late and it's somehow my fault! Telling us on the phone bollocks to us! And being extremely rude after not doing our order! Now they have lost a good few customers never will I go/order from there again!!!

Disgusting my son and his friends had a delivery on Sat and all three of them spent the whole day throwing up and on the toilet . I don't think I've ever seen my son so sick . It's lucky for you that they had thrown away what was left as I would have been sending it off for testing . We will never order from here again .
