Fantastic food last night! I couldn't fault anything!

Chicken burger was cold and not a fillet burger it was strips of chicken . Chips have changed like cardboard and under cooked. Shame as always had a good meal here

Got a delivery today. Chicken is stone cold and looks anemic. Chips and cheese have a slight warmth to them. Also delivery driver just dropped it at reception rather than calling me or updating the justeat app to let me know he’s even on his way. #stillhungry

Very expensive for what it is, chicken is sometimes good, but 9/10 times it is less than average. Chicken burgers are over £6 now! Spicy hot wings are dry and chewy. The spare ribs use to be very good but now they are disgustingly poor quality and lack flavour.

Can't give zero stars. Waited an hour and a half to be not sure where your order is. Person on phone rude!!! Driver rude!!! Basically laughing at us saying it is what it is and that he's hungry too. Minus 10 stars.

I used to love this place but when I last had chicken and chips I was poorly for a week after. The chicken was slimy and chewy and I had a horrible painful stomach ache

Had a decent pizza here, not exceptional but more than good enough. Service was friendly and timely.

Went in, guy said he didn't take card which is fair enough and gave me a QR code to scan. Scanned it and ordered my food for it to say error but it took the money out of my account. Guy told me there was no order done and they couldn't do anything for me so was £20 down and i had to leave the shop. Absolutely disgraceful. Will be telling anyone know to avoid this place

Fantastic service, I was greeted with a smile straight away by two kind gentleman’s, I ordered some chicken pieces and wings, everything was so fresh and tender !Definitely will be back

Ordered a pizza this evening, it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had from a takeaway in a long time! The cheese stuffed crust was amazing. Delivery driver was friendly as always and the food was lovely and hot. Thanks guys!

The staff were rude to a young girl and the chicken we ordered was not cooked and really pink.

went back in today. Very impressed with the changes, wings were fresh, great tasting, hot n crispy. The place was clean I ended up ordering 3 meals. Glad to see improvement. Very average fried chicken. Only fried chicken shop in town. Had chicken fillet burger meal, not tasty at all. Definitely nothing to rave about. Tables and floors dirty, open bin, filled to the rafters. Not a food lovers haven at all. One taste of a chicken piece and I was put off. Didn't finish my meal. Not impressed and definitely not going back. 🤮

An honest review, I'm working in thetford so a takeaway is always on the cards , so let's start , I ordered ribs , wings and chicken with chips , so where do I start , here we go. The ribs I opened up and through straight in the bin. Chicken wings dry and tasteless. The chicken wasn't too bad , not the best but all in all OK. Best of all , the chips , spot on. Would I eat here again , no never.

Addicted to the Dominos I have tried a pizza from Chicken USA like back in the days and honestly I’m very happy with todays meal I have had. The chicken wings tasted the same as the first time I have tried in 2006, well done to the Chicken USA team. The customer service was excellent.. highly recommend!

I did order a quarter pound burger meal and a half pound burger meal it had cheese in there and the menu should say it comes with cheese not a good response from them as they did tell me it comes with cheese even though the menu does not state that and there is no option to say about cheese or no cheese they told me I would have to buy them again and their chips were cold and hard I'm not having from them ever again as I'm disgusted by them

Really bad pizza toppings, looked like Scrooge did it, not alot of salami for your money, three pieces cut in half but you pay £12 or £13 for it. Won't be buying from here again !!

Waited an hour and a half for a food delivery, got no apology and a stroppy delivery driver, sorry but not using usa chicken anymore in the future.

The worst takeaway. Arrogant staffs and does not bother even if your standing there for more than 10 minutes. Absolutely disgusted by the service. Keeps the chips fried and cold and refries them over and over again.

Waited absolutely ages for food, no appologies. Seemed more interested in the orders from hungry house than from genuine customers who come in to the store. Should have got a free bottle of pepsi but that didnt happen either. No wonder it was quiet!

Best take away in town! Foods amazing and the staff are so friendly speedy delivery!
