Lovely food , initial confusion over menu . Menu printed on the table as well as in on paper!! Confusion was soon forgotten when the food turned up!! Very very good

Come for dinner Sunday evening. Service started lovely but one girl with the red hair kept walking past our food when it was done. I even went to get my food myself I could see the other girl working packing lots of deliveries I didn’t want to bother her. When a member of staff told the girl with red hair I see her laugh and said oh well. This is not the members of staff you should be having for your business, the other girl think her name was page was very caring about the situation very helpful would be back if she was my waitress.

I would like to congratulate Laila for her exemplary customer care. Laila was so attentive, professional, polite and courteous, I just can’t praise her enough.

Lovely food, I had a pizza, my husband a burger and the kids had chicken nuggets. All was lovely!! Great environment, great service, great food!! Will be back soon.

Me and my partner have just been to burger amour /dough and Co for dinner. When ordering there was no pizza,beef burgers or onion rings. So that was okay we decided to order the chicken breast fillet burger ,with garlic and herb sauce and cheese ,when it arrived I had two chicken goujons in a bun that had a peice of lettuce in it literally ,with just plain Mayo clearly had run out of that too but didn’t want to disappoint anymore and hoped I wouldn’t notice ,it honestly looked like a two year old had made it. Secondly my partner ordered the four cheese pasta which we both tried and was so confused and amazed it tasted of literally nothing maybe had also run out of cheese I mean if there was any cheese in it there definitely wasn’t 4 cheeses in it,the blandest pasta have ever tried,the food overall was awful and would AVOID eating here as the amount we paid ,for what we received is appalling !!! However I would like to big up our waitress laila who was incredible ,and so nice and considering your restaurant was open had literally no food ,and probably telling customers all day what she hadn’t got in stock,was super smiley and so nice and is an asset to your company .

Ordered 5 pizzas took 3 hours to be delivered, 2 missing extra toppings 1 was undercooked, and one with a burnt base . 3 phone calls . Really disappointed 😔

DO NOT USE We called at 5.30 to enquire delivery times and confirm delivery could be made . Order placed at 6.10pm and waited 3 hrs for a delivery of 5 cold pizzas ! 1 was raw , 1 was cremated and inedible and the other three were missing most of the ingredients. We called 3 times whilst waiting and we’re constantly lied to about where our order was . Diabolical

The food was great, loved the pizza and the fries, the service was great as well. They were open late and let us sit down and eat at10pm, had a lovely time, will be back I ordered the bbq pulled pork flatbread. It was really good

I'm more leaning to a 2.5 score. Ordered in person and took to my accommodation literally 30 sec to 1min away. The dough is nice and light, flavour is good, chicken plenty but a little stingy on the pepperoni- nothing major. Oh, it's the protein one. I'm lost as to how this pizza can be cold, ....well...tepid at best. I have a wood pizza oven in my garden. They always come out piping yet not burnt. It's clear the pizza has seen the oven, but how is it barely like warm. Tastes lovely, but for 1 small coke, 2 dips and a pizza. I'd expect more for 23 quid. If that was a family of 4 at 100 quid I'd be very angry. As I'm writing this, I'm eating and the chicken is cold. Like colder than the rest. Not sure what to advise folk reading this, but hopefully it's useful.

Early evening spent here, food OK but service bad, asked for flat bread with meal this came out 12 minutes later, served desert waited 10 minutes for our spoons, said run out of milk so not sure if we could have coffee, then paid cash to be told they don't have change, they said to pay with card, when asked what if we don't have a bank card" we was told " with a laugh don't know, we paid by card asked for our money back, when I checked it was 10.00 short, the waitress was called Megan, polite but definitely very inexperienced, I do waiting and looking after people and the staff under me would never be allowed to serve in this way, they need proper training, people are paying for a service and that's what we should get 💯, looked after, not sitting around waiting for cutlery to eat with while they are chatting. Shame as food not bad.

After booking this restaurant and finding out that it only opens at 4pm , we booked a table for 4pm as we were going elsewhere later and didn’t want to eat too late, we arrived slightly early and had to wait for it to open, we were the 1st ones in through the door, we had a voucher which my wife had purchased through Red Letter Days , for a 3 course meal and a drink for 2 people, after giving the voucher to the waitress and ordering our food, we looked forward to our meal, a few other people arrived and sat down but there was only 3 tables out of the whole restaurant that was being occupied, so after waiting 45 min for my wife to have her starters arrive I was quite annoyed that it took that long as I did not have a starter as my starter came with the main meal, my wife ate her starter and we waited for the main meal, by 5.15 pm our main course still had not arrived, I approached the waitress and said to her that we had been here since 4pm and been waiting for our food for 1 hour 15 minutes, her reply was well we have had big takeaway orders come in and we only have 1 chef tonight, I said to her that this wasn’t good enough and was unacceptable, she then walked off, after another 15 minutes our meal still hadn’t arrived, I told the waitress shouldn’t you be serving the customers in the restaurant 1st before doing the takeaways , there was other people in the restaurant that arrived after us and got their food although 2 of them sent it back as it was wrong, after another 5 minutes still no food and the staff were standing around in the corridor chatting and just ignored us, so enough was enough and we got up and walked out, no one tried to stop us and ask us if everything was okay. It seems to me that the staff didn’t care about customer service and didn’t really want to be there, I did go on dough@co website and wrote a customer review but got no response, the one thing I should have done was get my voucher back as we didn’t have the meal, so now we are without the money or the meal, I have put all this in the review on dough@co website but they obviously don’t read them as I see that some of the reviews on here do get an answer and are told to email the website, don’t do it they don’t reply, bad customer service, we have got in contact with Red Letter Days to try and stop the payment to them and to tell them this was the worst experience we have ever had and that they should take them off there experience list, Red Letter Days are now investigating. I would not set foot in this restaurant again , poor management and customer service, now I should have guessed that something was wrong when there was only 8 people in the restaurant.

We went on a Monday night so perhaps not the best to comment on atmosphere as there were more staff than customers. However the staff were friendly and welcoming. The fries accompanying the burgers could have been shared by 3 which was handy as the burgers were small with supermarket style guacamole. The "chicken burger" comprised of 2 chicken nuggets. It was tasty enough but not what I'd expect from the marketing. Maybe we should have stuck to pizza.

The pizza was amazing!!! It was doughy and light and the mozzarella wasn't too stringy. The inside is very clean and the style of the place is industrial looking. You could even see the pizza oven. There were only two waitresses at the time and day we went (Wednesday at 19:00) however, they were fast at serving us and extremely nice/friendly. The atmosphere was good and they played music in the background. I definitely recommend this place to eat!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One item missed from dessert. Told them, went to chef who's answer was sorry forgot. No reduction on cost.

We never received our order. After an hour and fifteen minutes one of the waitresses told us our waitress hadn’t hit send on her iPad and our order hadn’t went through. We were told it would be another fifteen minutes before everything would be ready. We ended up leaving and going to the local Chinese. Terrible, terrible service.

Have eaten a couple of times here and all in all it’s been pretty underwhelming. Today however took the absolute biscuit. Straight off the bat the women’s toilet was filthy. You’re not exactly busy in there so I can’t see how it could have gotten that bad. Food was sent out and my companions sweet potato fries were almost black. But for me especially it was the young girl that bought the bill. I mentioned to my companion about me not having work on the weekends in a private conversation. The waitress piped up in a very bitter tone ‘well it’s alright for some isn’t it’. Perhaps I could have mentioned to her how I had been a chef for 8 years. A grill chef at that and a kitchen manager. That I worked every damn weekend for those 8 years pouring over a hot grill sometimes for 14-16 hours a day and I certainly didn’t send my customers out burnt, substandard food!!! I could have told her this, had she not flounced off straight after her sarcastic comment. Perhaps train your staff in how to be respectful to their customers! I won’t step foot in this restaurant again.

Absolutely delicious food for my birthday meal. We both had 'The Vegan One' pizzas which tasted so fresh with a generous amount of toppings. We could definitely tell the difference in taste coming straight out of the pizza oven 😋 I had the gluten-free base. We also ordered a plant-based burger and fries to share because... It was my birthday so why not 👯‍♀️ and the delicious burger did not disappoint! Vegan cheese and loads of toppings inside. They also have gluten-free burger buns. Great service too! Thankyou

The worst pizza, family dinner experience ever. The waitress was new on the job (2 weeks although not her fault she was new). No alcoholic beverages available. (license issue). The pizza was very bland and had lots of open areas where no sauce, cheese, or any other topping was placed. Diet Coke was served at room temperature. No ice was available. 73.00 GBP for four adults and one child. I could’ve purchased better pizza from Tescos, and for a lot less money, Needless to say…..never again

Absolutely brilliant food, our first time in Thetford and decided to pop in for food. I had the tomato pasta and my wife had the pulled pork flat bread . The food Is five stars,Staff friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back again

Well the place was almost empty, apart from one couple, first off we tried to order drinks, i ordered a 0.0 beer, sorry we don’t have that, even though it was on the drinks menu, only two bottled beers, so we had those, one Aperrol spritz, and one mojito only to be told you will have to have them with no ice as we don’t have any ice, cocktails with no Ice really!! We then tried order our food only to be told that we can’t order of the table menus, we don’t do that anymore, you have to build your burger, so we then had to rush our choices, the pizza was good but nearly cold, with very little topping, the burgers were good but was told that we couldn’t have chunky chips as they don’t do them in this restaurant even though they were on the menu, sorry but this is the first time we have been to the thetford dough & co, in fact any dough & co and i am sorry to say that it will probably be our last its very hard to recommend something that is really not very good,. I can see this becoming the next boarded up place in thetford, they really need to sort the basics because this was a very disappointing and poor experience, and was not cheap either. The only saving grace was the waiting staff who were at best highly embarrassed, at having to say sorry we don’t do or have to virtually everything we asked for, I would have to say “really don’t bother” with this place, based on the experience we had , shocking !!

Excellent food and service! Very rare to have actual service where you are checked on and everyone seems to be happy you are there. The food was exceptional and exceeded expectations. We had burgers, Mac N Cheese, and a salad. Definitely will be back.

We visited the Thetford branch, we phone before arrival for any availably. They said perfectly fine. Upon arrival we were sat at our table. Service was slow, we ordered our drinks, hardly any drinks were available. Which for a Saturday night is unacceptable in my opinion and this was considering it was still early in the night. After looking Through the menu and all deciding what we would like, we came to order food, and then was told we have no pizza or flat bread, this wasn't said on the phone and neither when we arrived. So after having to make another decision on what to eat the staff was in no hurry to retake our order. Finally after making the placing order, after a long wait on food, considering there was only about 10-15 customers, food took more than 45 minutes. Once food was served, we noticed we order Chucky chips and normal fries were brought out. I questioned this, only to be told they don't have any chunky chips. Lastly we ordered a starter that came with mozzarella, but funny enough it wasn't on the plate. Really Disappointing experience and is a shame as the menu look good.

Service started ok but was marred with stuff not in stock, understandable after a bank holiday i suppose, then after taking orders and writing them down 2 of the orders came out incorrect, instead of apologising and sorting it out, the staff huffed and puffed and then took an age to put the order right. Eventually after the rest of us had finished our pizzas the corrected orders appeared, still without apology. The worst thing was at the time to pay where the staff told us we needed to hurry up to get the payments sorted, and then threatened us that if the payments were incorrect the last person to pay would foot the bill. (Which happened) and that if people didn’t hurry up then they would void all the payments and have us do the whole thing again. Really not necessary as we as customers were nothing but nice and did not complain once. Avoid!! Pizza express is only next door!!!

Amazing food, friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere.

Pizza base was probably pre cooked, it was warm not blistering hot. The tomato sauce was uncooked and the cheese just melted. So, so disappointed, when you're a customer paying £15 X 4 the least you can do is make it fresh. Looking at the pictures here this isn't always the case... so I've no idea what happened. Will never go back. Update: we took two pizza halves home and cooked it ourselves. Was very good, so what happened we don't know.

The pizza was delicious! The burgers hit the spot after an afternoon spent at the fair. It did take a bit longer to receive our food than I expected given that there were only 3 other tables of people in the whole restaurant. It took over a half hour.

Lovely food and brilliant service. A sibling i went with was given a pen and paper to do some drawing which was very nice. The food was lovely and the price was quite high but you get what you pay for with delicious fresh ingredients and well plated up dishes. would love to come again

Very poorly treated by the waiter, he did not bring us the complete order and when we asked for it, oil spilled into the glass with the drink and he even apologized, very disappointing

NEVER AGAIN! 2 hour wait. Pasta and cheesy garlic bread stone cold. Garlic butter may as well have been normal butter from the fridge, zero garlic taste.

Had a quiet meal with my wife. Was a Thursday evening and very quiet which I like. We had garlic pizza bread to start, then I had a burger and my wife had a pizza. Burger wasn’t huge but not a bad size. Pizza was very nice. Service with a smile.

Think this place will be shutdown soon if they dont sort the basics out. So i decided to order online and pick up from the restaurant as staying local on buisness. I actually visited last year and the food was perfectly fine nothing exciting but did what it needed to do this was the pizza side of the restaurant. I ordered a single meal which included a burger,fries,drink and side of mac & cheese. 45mins text came through arrived at 35 mins lady greeted me then told me they didnt have a particular filling for the burger which was fine and wasnt that bothered . She went to tell the chef then came back to tell me the two dips i ordered they didnt have i mean one was tomato ketchup for god sake i was bit annoyed but she offered 2 other ones and i was happy with the.. Waited another 20 mins so this was coming up to 1hr of waiting for food now...baring in mind there was only 2 tables in the restaurant and a potential another takeaway order i could see at the hot plate waiting to be picked up. Owner i believe came over with my food and gave me some extea dips which was kind and i noticed my drink was missing so grabbed his attention when he came back round and off i went. Get to my hotel to realise the fries are missing and at this point im like its not even worth going back for some potatoes.The burger bun is practically burnt and the meat so chewy i couldnt even eat it and the mac & cheese was just not what the pictures show online and tasted like a 5 year old had just added some grated cheese to some pasta I hate complaining but this really needs to ge addressed for a restaurant to he not busy and then cant even deliver the basics its just poor form.

The restaurant was empty of customers when we went on Sunday evening. Had a long list of ingredients they didn't have for what was on their menu - almost asked them to list what they did have! Speedy service and food was nice, but for a first experience of dining here it wasn't a good experience.

A lovely evening meal out with friends! Even though the venue was empty (they must go great home delivery!) we had a lovely meal, which we all enjoyed, and the young lady serving us was pleasant and attentive! A recommended venue if you want a nice meal!

My partner and I tried to eat here Saturday night. Was ignored when we walked in so had to go to the counter to ask to be seated. The staff knew nothing about the the table we had booked, and it wasn't ready. Sat for 35 minutes, the waitresses avoiding our eyes. No one even asked if we wanted to have a drink to start let alone to take our order. The other customers around us were waiting ages to pay or having to go to the counter to ask where their food was that they ordered ages ago. We saw the guy in the below review come in, and the uninterested staff knew nothing about his online takeaway order! We gave up, walked out, went over the bridge and got a Dominoes pizza instead!

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the food so cannot comment on that. Ordering through the website is a mission in itself. Good luck staying patient! Don’t order online!! I had ordered take away and went to collect, upon arrival I was told that the wait would be over an hour (despite my email advising 45 min wait), therefore, an hour and 45 wait in total! A table of 4 were complaining for having to wait for 40 minutes for their drinks! I noticed many tables of customers not actually eating. Whilst standing watching the pizza chef stress out, clearly not able to cope with the orders, I decided to cancel my order but was told by the manager that she will TRY to push the order through. Try being the operative word! Whilst waiting for the manager I noticed she was now taking orders?? Did she not want to tell me if she fast tracked my Pizzas?? Or do I just stand there whilst she bought herself time?? I asked a young lady to cancel the order but was advised that as it was an online order it could not be cancelled. She directed me to another chap.. Steve (i was advised he was the Bury St Edmunds manager who was working in the Thetford branch, who was very understanding and helpful) offered to give me a credit and when I ordered next time, advised that my order of the same value plus two beverages will be given in lieu of not collecting my order today. I am hoping that Dough&Co will honour this agreement when I order next time. Steve left my ticket behind the desk in anticipation of me ordering next time….. let’s see if doesn’t get thrown away by the cleaners!

The first pizza wasn’t fully cooked, but sent it back and got another one which was amazing! The staff were great and we got a free pudding!! Which was awesome :) !!

I had the White One which is a delicious carbonara topped with generous ham, seasoned mushrooms, clean smooth white sauce and aldenté pasta that all marry together for an excellent filling meal. As an avid gym goer I take great care with my calorie and macro intake. So I was delighted to see the nutritional information on the menu. I will certainly be returning. Thank you Dough&Co for an excellent meal. ✨

We came here before going to the Light Cinema next door recently. I had thought it was "just" a pizza restaurant but it had a much bigger menu than I was anticipating. A lot more choice of food available eg., burgers, pasta, salad etc which...

A very warm welcome. Good choice of food. Food was very good. We use this restaurant after the cinema next door and have never had a bad meal. Shame it was so quiet as it's fairly priced. Maybe some ambient music.

We went tonight for dinner and oh my gosh can only say good things, food amazing, staff friendly and very happy. Lovely food very slow service but otherwise a nice meal out

My daughter and I were brought here by her boss as a birthday treat. It is hands down the nicest food I've had in a long while. The burgers were amazing.

We had absolute wonderful meal staff were all very nice to us and food was very very great my 4 year old grandson loved it there the lady who served him was amazing and drew a picture for him. He loved his ice cream but said to her why is there a flower in his ice cream made us all laugh. we will be coming back thank you all

Ordered rosemary fries, some greasy cheap McCain style fries arrived minus rosemary but with a chunk of raw meat in the edge of it. Sent back and same bowl was returned with a sprinkle of dried rosemary but minus the raw meat. The pasta arrived for mains and that was very nice. Waiting staff were very friendly.

What can I say about DOUGH&co. Very nice fresh cooked Pizza at reasonable prices. Good wine too.

Interesting little place. Good food. Good service. The pizzas are different, but not in a bad way - just not a pizza you would encounter anywhere else. The crust is cooked a nice golden brown with a bit of black - good coloring. Service was quick, and friendly.

Delicious pizza, came out great! I got so full! Very enjoyable. I'd recommend 100%. I've heard apparently the Mac and cheese is a no go, so I suppose beware of that! Otherwise great place!

2nd time we've been. Both times we had pizza. Very nice place with quick service and friendly staff. Both kids (8 & 10), one of which is an extremely picky eater, agreed that's this place was a DEFINITE keeper. Pros: Great food, friendly staff, quick service (although not busy both times we went), perfect location next to a movie theater, parking close by Cons: Only con is that the price can add up quick, especially drinks. As a family of 4, it was £75; pizza being 36, with 4 drinks and 2 starters making up the rest. Overall, for service and taste, it's a worth it.

A woman who was the manager or in charge of serving staff was lovely and so friendly. Another female member of staff was not, she came across rude and answered questions with either a blunt yes or no and a vacant stare, or said she didn't know. I see other reviews report the same experience, perhaps it's time to retrain this girl in basic manners when serving paying customers. She also forgot 2 side orders from our table which we had to ask for again, even though she had been writing everything down! Didn't make sense. The manager was very apologetic about this. That waitress definitely tainted the experience and indeed the atmosphere which the restaurant is trying to create. Apart from that, the food was delicious and the decor was lovely. My only criticism for the pizza was that mine was really smoothered in mozzarella, I had to remove quite a bit as it was becoming sickly to have that much cheese and I love me some cheese! I would come back but hesitant if that girl was to serve us again.

We thought we would have a treat and go for a more expensive than usual pizza. Two pizza's cost us £32.25. For this we expected excellent food. Our pizza's were cold, tasteless and the mushrooms were slimy. We complained. The manager was apologetic, offering to deliver fresh pizza to us. We did not accept this as we didn't want more pizza. We were then told we could have a complete refund. Over a week later and still waiting.

Updated. . .ordered a few times from here since and every time the pizza is very under cooked . The cheese isn't melted as if the dough was cooked then ingredients chucked on top after. Put this down to a bad experience once but this has Now happened 3 times. Changing from 5 stars to 3 Potential to be great but shouldn't be letting pizza go out so under cooked . Kids wouldn't eat the last lot we ordered.

Amazing pizza. The menu includes both "traditional" and some quite innovative pizza choices, e. g. Pear and walnut, or the "controversial" ham and pineapple. Dipping olive oli (plain, chilli or rosemary) are also great

Tasty burgers 🍔😋😍❤️ Friendly staff, clean, nice atmosphere and handy as it's next to the cinema. Perfect 👌🏼 been a few times now.

Absolutely incredible pizzas, very friendly and accommodating staff - they did seem a little understaffed but those that were there were brilliant.

It was empty restaurant on a Saturday night and here is why... We booked in here following seeing this chain advertised online and thought it looked like a great pizza restaurant with some good looking pizza. We arrived at 7pm on a hot Saturday bank holiday night and were a bit surprised to find the restaurant pretty much empty and looking a bit sorry for itself. We walked in and certainly didn’t need to book in advance so sat at any table. The service overall was a bit lacklustre with disinterested and not very engaging staff who didn’t seem to enjoy working here, the service was a bit un-personal and disinterested. Also the staff do not have any uniforms so just wear their own “smart clothes”. The menu was a bit confusing as you are given two restaurants menus on your table, one for Dough & Co and one for burger Armour. Also the menu for Dough & co does not reflect the online menu’s on their website, for example their website shows a large range of desserts including Ice creams, the menu we received in person only had 3 dessert options. The food was certainly not worth the price at all and I would argue not restaurant quality. For a £14 pizza in reality I received a small very thin weak based pizza, drenched in oil and a small amount of sorry looking meat toppings. The chicken and pepperoni were the very cheap kind you would buy in the pre packed section of a supermarket and not quality meats you would expect in a pizza restaurant charging £14 a pizza. The whole experience was just completely underwhelming at best and not worth restaurant prices, you would be much better ordering a £8 pizza from a takeaway and would get a much better pizza. I am not sure how the owners expect in 2022 this poor quality restaurant experience to stand out in these difficult times but it certainly needs to be trying harder than this!

Food was fantastic, restaurant was quite, staff were very helpful and accommodated changes requested.

Excellent service, and the dough is some of the lightest and fluffiest that I've ever eaten 👌
