We had the Italian job and Hawaiian pizza this evening with extra cheese and the pizza was absolutely delicious and amazing service with a smile. We ordered on our way there and it was ready so quickly and also got a free drink. 5 stars, it was really amazing. Highly recommend. Thanks italian job, it will be hard to find another pizza place as amazing as yours.

Ordered a burger and a wrap from here for delivery, the wrap, onion rings and fries were cold because they came unwrapped in a pizza box, the wrap was extremely oily and the filling was very unbalanced. One mouthful just salad, one mouthful enough sauce to make you almost gag. The burger was one of the worst I've had in a while, the brioche bun tasted burned, and the burger patty didn't taste right at all. The odd meat taste overpowered everything else. I am going through a process of trying every restaurant which will deliver to me in NR20, and sadly this is not one that will get my custom again.

Fuming... advertise you deliver to an area and yet immediately cancel the order and claim you can't deliver. You shouldn't be on just eats offering services you can't meet or don't provide. I now have an incredibly upset and disappointed child and no food... not even a phone call to discuss an extended delivery time or to apologise... it's bad business to upset customers, especially new customers, with false advertising... the speed you declined the order makes it absolutely clear that you have no interest in customer service and falsely posted delivery areas. Never again. In response to your reply... That's why you should state there's a minimum order or even courteously call the customer... I could have increased my order... there's no minimum order on your listing for delivery here. Other places do list them. Having looked at your previous reviews, this is pretty much the response I expected... rude... but that's fine because responses like yours show the truth... you have zero customer service skills, and it's the customer's fault that you offered a service you're not prepared to provide... the error is yours, and still you're blaming the customer... you should have called... it's your bad business skills at fault

We ordered a selection of pizzas from the Italian Job, Personally we absolutely hated having to go through the order 4 times on the phone but I do understand that the order intake team is probably comprised of bottom set Sue's. She was fantastic on approach, answered the call with glamour and shine, maybe we simply ordered too much like the foul pigs we are!? The pizzas were delivered hot and the ingredients were tasty and plentiful and we shall be back for another slice of the action in no time. X

Always great tasting food, it's our go to on just eat when we're having one of those can't be bothered to cook days. Delivery normally comes before the estimated arrival time. However if main roads to your property are closed or blocked they do seem incapable of using a map/GPS to use the back roads, they will just cancel your order which has coursed disappointment.

Ordered on a whim, and pleasantly surprised. The order arrived within 15 minutes maximum. Had the mac and cheese with bacon, still lovely and warm. The pull on the cheese was perfection! Ryan tasty meal. Thank you.

We went for a quick lunch . Food was good , we order one of the pizzas , very big and delicious. The only less good situation was the starter of bread with cheese came to the table after we already had the pizza 🤪😁

My friends and I went there a week ago, and we have a great experience- the food came quick as there wasn't a long waiting time, and the food portions were very generous and extremely delicious. I had the Mac n Cheese which was one of the best Mac n Cheeses I've ever had. With such a wide ranges of food choices from mains to sides and desserts, and incredibly friendly service, I couldn't recommend this place enough :)

Third time me and my fiancée have brought food off of these in the past two weeks, the food is very well made and tastes lovely, the macaroni cheese (my personal fav) is a very decent sized portion and tastes delicious. Would recommend to a lot of people! Oh and one more thing, the delivery time is great also, overall good takeaway and service.

Always have a lovely meal from Italian job, I've tried a variety of things and wether it's pizza, steak or burgers it's always enjoyable! Portion sizes are fantastic, nearly always have enough left to save for the next day. Delivery is usually always early, food is hot and delivery drivers always polite and friendly. I order regularly 😊 no complaints.

Incredible taste and portions size! Their coleslaw is smashing any even home made salads!!! Super quick, super tasty and big credit for a discount ordering online. Well pleased and definitely will be coming back.

I used to live my pizza from this place, it was once the best Ham & pineapple pizza available… sadly, as the price goes up the quantity of topping goes down. It used to be that every bite of the pizza was plentiful with the ham and the pineapple. This last pizza had at most three pieces of pineapple per slice… oh well, no more pizza for me.

We order off these on just eat if we fancy a lovely kebab or burger always amazing food quick service and always hot 100% satisfied every time

I can't recommend Italian Job pizza enough there food is by far the best in town very good portion sizes Now for the staff what more could you ask for they are so very welcoming apon collection for your food and make you feel very welcome they have a very modern and comfortable seating area where you can wait for your food or if you like you can also eat there to For the drivers again what more can I say so friendly to customers the food is always on time food pipping hot I would highly recommend Italian job to anyone there food,staff ,drivers are second to none!

Unfortunately garlic cheese bread was very cardboard like texture, very chewy, couldn't eat so threw away :( Pizza wasn't bad and the cheesy chips were very nice.

I tried this place again after a few years away, however my large margarita pizza with extra toppings of mushroom and ham was nearly £19 which is a rip-off. Plus they no longer do the 'buy one get one free' offer for Tuesday and Wednesday despite it being advertised on their website- (this was one of the main reasons I came here). However I was told I looked this up on the old website, but really this should be taken down.

So Chloe said when I asked her how the food was “tasted like pizza” which is not bad I rekan the slices were too big, we had to count them smaller which was kinda long. There was lots of cheese on this cheesy cheese pizza. Chloe said the Dr Pepper was very nice. I had a Rio and it tasted like the last Rio I drank. Mum had to share the chocolate cake which she was not happy about but bun that hoe. Gracie had a whole 6 chocked nuggets as her dinner. Mad ting food was bare early I was standing by the window watching the gate and all of a sudden I heard the door knock and to my surprise there was one of the 7 dwarfs had obviously slipped under the gate but he was a sound lil guy. Overall I love Italian job big up.

I just had take away from Italian Job. Honestly the best meal I ever had. Friendly service as well. I highly recommend this place.

Food arrived very early but it was cold.. it’s a hot day today and if it was cooked and delivered within 30’mins of ordering it then it would be piping hot so I feel like the food was cooked yesterday and just “heated” up or something. Very disappointing.

Having not used the Italian Job for a couple of years after moving away from town, we had a pizza meal deal delivered tonight. Reasonably priced, hot on arrival and most of all absolutely delicious! Would recommend.

Bit to greasy on the steak and was mainly loads of fat on it and the chicken was abit dry.! Id recommend they slice the steak and chicken in the future and not put the wedges and onion rings in with greasy food. Apart from that it was nice..

Food is always amazing here! I have probably tried everything on the menu now and all of them come as if it was straight out of a restaurant (good portion sizes too). I have always been a bit cautious ordering things like baked potatoes, paninis, wraps etc but from here they’re really good quality and taste amazing! Never leave reviews or anything but I felt like it was needed here. My go to place for a take away in Dereham

Really unhappy with the quality of the pulled pork. Every pulled pork I’ve had before has had some kind of sauce with it. This pulled pork I found was really dry on top of the again dry jacket potato. Wouldn’t order again.

So much better since new owners have taken over. Doner meat was rather dry and crispy. Other than that the other meals where very delicious 😋 definitely ordering again except the doner meat 😃

We have had Italian job before and never had any complaints

Bought a pasta meal for £14 and chose garlic bread as the side. Yet the pasta meal for ten pound comes with garlic bread anyway. All I received was the garlic bread from the meal deal, and not the garlic bread that comes originally. So you basically spend an extra £4 for a can of drink.

Good food and reasonable price compared to other local takeaways, however the thin crust pizzas have recently got thicker and softer, which is very disappointing. Return to the thin, crispy crusts = 5* reviews.

Dreadful tbh order though just eat says its open order food get charged for it then cancels coz it's closed yet on website says its open not first time thus place has hot worse tbh last time order from here

Awful! Havn't used IJ for a little while, but having previously thoroughly enjoyed the food there, we ordered pizza this evening. Dreadful...prices up (as everywhere is), but quality very much down! I ordered vesuvio, normally nice & spicy. Now no spice, no flavour & barely any meat & extremely salty! Base is stodgy & unpleasant. Both my husband & I have been left with a raging thirst (too much salt) and very upset stomachs! Would no longer recommend! I did telephone to complain, response was shock & alleging 'nothing has changed!' 1 star is 1 too many tbh!

It’s not amazing here but the chips are always quite nice but my brother and sister in law had been sick after the burgers there and could not go anywhere the day after because they felt so bad so

We order from Italian job a fair amount, usually 3/4 times a month and its always good but this time I was very disappointed. We pre-booked it for a certain time and it came 30 minutes later, and our food had obviously been left out for a good while before it had been delivered because my chicken burger was nearly rock hard and my girlfriends burger was dry, its the next day now and we both feel sick and we've had to stay home. I hope this is the only time it's like this as we're reluctant to order from you guys again.

I ordered a meal tonight was absolutely awful I’ve been using this service over 10 years never complained but it was just not nice . I asked for next time a free meal after paying delivery on top too to be told I will give you £5 off I actually am totally annoyed as I can’t believe the buisness I’ve given over so many years I will never order from them again

I usually always not get all the items I requested. Was a real struggle to get all the right items last time thankfully I did get them all as the driver came out again. I won't be ordering again. And never got refunded for my last few items I didn't get in my sperate orders either.
