I ordered fried chicken and chips meal and a pizza and had it delivered. The food was really hot, nice and tasty. The delivery was quite quick, with friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Always busy but worth the wait. Food is always fresh and staff are very friendly.

WOW! Just had a meal deal from these guys. The place is absolutely IMMACULATE! And the food…well, I’ll never use KFC again! Thick big chicken pieces cooked to perfection. We hugely enjoyed our take away tonight and will be back for sure. Gorgeous dinner. Thanks fellas! Oh and food was ready bang on time. Superb!

Returned to the area after a few years away I work in a very established kitchen and cook a lot Al a cart menus and I must say this food is the best I've tasted in a long time pizza was perfection chicken and chips were spot on nice friendly people if your looking for a takeaway in Fakenham USA is defo the place to go will definitely be my local now on if I could give 10 stars I would!!!

Went to USAChicken whilst working on Sunday. Staff were great and chatty! Nice chilled atmosphere and in a very clean and presentable kitchen! Ordered a chicken kebab and tried out some of the fried chicken legs and fillets. Food was excellent quality, fried chicken wasn’t greasy or anything nasty like that; it was nice to actually taste chicken whilst was so juicy but had a good crust. The chicken kebab was cooked fresh and was so good with the onion and pitta. Plenty of gains for my job! Will head there again no doubt when around fakenham. Would recommend. Really good price too!

One of the worst takeaways . We were unable to eat it so it was thrown away. Chips were cold and soggy and the kebab was cold and very greasy

Food delivered wasn’t what I ordered it was stone cold took three hours to arrive and I was overcharged … not happy and would never recommend

ordered a chicken kebab, chips, four drum sticks and two breasts. we got 6 drumsticks , fries with shredded chicken on them and all cold. cost us £21 for this rubbish. tried to call them no answer and sent a text message complaining no reply. took nearly three hours to arrive too. never again!!!

Best takeaway by far in fakenham, love the 3 combination kebab, the fried chicken is amazing and salad with the kebabs always nice and fresh. Sometimes delivery can be quite a while but that's because it's so busy. Despite this food is always very well cooked and piping hot when it arrives and you are always told it could be a while on the phone. I've always said I don't mind a long wait as long as the food is well cooked and all there which it is! The chicken doner meat is my favorite and the prices to portion ratio is very good. Chicken and lamb shish is also cooked really well. Staff are friendly and will go out of their way for you. Chicken burger are a whole chicken breast, not a reformed burger. Always go here for food.

Used to regularly have USA Fried Chicken from the Thetford branch, never failed was always good. Left Thetford 11 years ago and returned last year to Norfolk. Moved near Fakenham and found a USA Chicken in Fakenham was what i rememberd bought back Memories. Good on you guys and Girls.

Fillet burgers are delicious and made of whole chicken breast. Really good for a takeout!

Lovely food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Only thing stopping 5 stars is the length of time taken to cook the food and sometimes to serve customers. Will be eating there this evening still though. Birthday treat! Lol.

i know its cheap but that was terrible. waited 1hr and 10 minutes for the worst chips ive ever eaten. dont even know how they were cooked so badly. garlic mushrooms didnt even have breadcrumbs. just a load of watery shrooms covered in tonnes of cheese. chicken burger was just about acceptable the best bit was the mayonaise. even my son didnt want the chips. un edible. the people who work here literally have no idea how to cook food at all. if it wasnt so cheap it give it a 1 star.

Clean premises, friendly staff and fabulous food.

Terrible service tonight and food was disgusting. Cardboard chips and the fish must have been in and out the fryer about 6 times the state of it. Certainly not edible
