Urban Tea House in Birmingham

Very quick service Very nice tea Only negative is not a lot of boba

I ordered passion fruit boba from this store via uber eats and got a fly kind of insect floating inside the drink. It is so disgusting and disappointing to get an insect while you are drinking it. I got vomiting after few minutes. A nightmare truly.

The flavour was too potent, too sweet, and the tapioca pearls were boiled for too long. Also, I drove around ladywoods trying to find 'urban tea house' only to find out its not even the name of the place.

I wait for order morden 1.5 hour's when driver drive around city , when I ask driver uber he don't know about my order and give me someone else order .I void this place and drivers .

I ordered through uber eats, the prices are reasonable. The mango fruit tea had enough taste and sugar in it however the lychee fruit tea had no taste at all I also got the Brown Sugar Daddy which was very tasty and the tapioca was made perfectly

the tapioca tea was alright but the tapioca was crunchy.. which is definitely not how it’s supposed to be. disappointed!

I've never had a worse bubblegum milkshake and the £5 cake slice was smaller than a dixy one that costs £2 XD
