This place is an embarrassment! Don't waste your money !

The burger was nice but the fries were cold.

food was very cold did not enjoy atall,,,,, not worth the money,,,,,

Complete wrong order delivered. Ordered more food then delivered so lost out

waited over 2 hours for the food, was going to cancel but no option to cancel, not happy with the service or delivery

ordered at 1645, arrived at 1735, food all cold, threw in bin, must have been sat waiting to be collected for at least 40 mins, waste of money, kids upset, will collect in future, if I go back.

Why bother they get orders wrong food always cold, using Northfield from now on or driving to Longbridge not bothering with frankley kitchen anymore used to be brilliant but not anymore

well once again the driver delivered to somebody else first so I had to wait for my food that once again is now cold and you can't warm up McDonald's chips so thanks another waste of money

Driver was lovely food was cold due to distance! long time waiting for updates of delivery might be a good idea to provide drivers with thermal carriers to keep food warm?

Food was an hour late and freezing cold

took nearly 2 and a half hrs to get my order delivered to me, I called kitchen and food had been prepared at 17.45 and sat there for an hr and half, demanded fresh cooked when courier arrived, girls were helpful but food was still stone cold and melted, finally got food at 20.05, absolutely ridiculous

Never got ordered driver ate my food

Waited an hour for the food to turn up and it was cold when it did. Obviously forgotten about and no way of contacting to cancel order or complain about delivery time.

My food was cold when I received it wasn’t impressed

food was ruined due to drink being spilled in the driver's bag. I have still not had a response from just eat in regards to this. Photos of ruined food and driver pouring the liquid out of his bag have been sent to them.

Ordered and confirmed at 9:36 received at 11:26. Really really unacceptable. This place should not be operating if food takes this long.

food arrived on time, courier was polite, however the food was cold, fries were shrivelled and the burgers looked like they had bounced around in their containers. My daughter didn't want to eat hers it looked so unappealing, so the happy meal went in the bin. on the whole a waste of money.

considering the branch is less than half a mile from my address my order was delayed for 30 minutes, driver was assigned but tracking had him sat outside the store for 30 minutes. called the store was told they were extremely busy yet google maps stated the store was not busy. food hasn't arrived yet but don't have high hopes after reading other reviews. will avoid like the plague in future. update: food arrived 45 minutes later than the first estimated delivery time inwas given. it was stone cold, the fries were like rubber pretty sure they were from the day before. ice cream had melted and was definitely not legitimate coca cola. driver stunk of cannabis !!!!!! I believe health and safety need to pay this branch a visit. !!!!!!!!!!!!

McDonald’s delivery kitchen standard getting worse, food cold on delivery, order wrong sometimes or missing items. Not ordering from them anymore rather drive and go straight to long ridge hopefully quality will be better

Absolutely disgusting by the time i received my food it was cold. To add insult to injury the hot drinks had come loose out the cup holder in the bag and all the hot drinks leaked into the food bag because of how the driver was carrying them. The restaurant never want to know. And if now do just ear!!!

The chips was freezing cold, the burger was cold and rock solid.. the McFlurrys was melted the drinks wasn’t full too the top and it was just all around unenjoyable

Cokes were as flat as a pancake, nothing missing which makes a change. Mc chicken sandwich looked like it was thrown together by someone who doesn’t have a clue. Will go and collect next time for sure

drink came half full/empty and the bag the drink was in was soaked, straw ruined so I'm guessing drink knocked over on the way.

Late & took ages to arrive. All the food is cold!!!!!! Disgusting

My food was never delivered. This is disgusting that delivery drivers are able to do this. Me and my young child have waited, then end up with no food. I’ve requested a refund but that doesn’t solve the problem now. & also doesn’t repay the delivery!

Wrong order delivered. When reported the girl said my order was still at the restaurant and I would have to organise for it to be recollected by couriers because it wasn’t their fault. I find that hard to believe when it’s the restaurant that hands over meals to be delivered. I want a refund on this order please. I will not be using just eat again and certainly not McDonald’s at longbridge, and will be voicing this on social media. Customer service is a disgrace!
