Excellent food as always and hot

The paper delivery bag arrived ripped open, leaving chips falling out. The food was cold and the drinks spilled all over. To make matters worse, it was entirely the wrong order, complete with someone else's receipt.

Food was late & stone cold by the time it got here complete waste of money , driver knocked door whilst on the phone shouting in another language down the phone, couldn’t speak English to ask me for code, just froze and told him number.

The food was unacceptably stone cold! Very poor considering the store isn’t far from my home. When reported I was offered a refund of under £3 when my order cost over £20. This is unacceptable!

Order fid not arrive i contacted reagautant and they said r They had no drivers. Order needs to be cancelled. Pleaae can a redund be processed.

5th time in a row the location data has been wrong and my food has been sent to the wrong address even though the delivery address shows where I am, driver keeps being sent 15 minutes away. Didn't get my food again even though it says delivered..

Food was stone cold including the tea. Not sure this is a fault of just eat. Seems like mcds are leaving the food to sit for too long and their tea or the hot water machine isn’t working,needs to be sorted

Ordered 4 burgers 4 fries and 2 mcflurries and received 1 burger 5 selects 1 large fries a milkshake and a McFlurry how can you get an order that wrong

Order was placed at 8pm, it arrived at 9:05pm. It would've been quicker to go and collect it my self, making the courier pointless. Both drinks have spilled in the bag, ruining the muffin and the mcflurry in there. The 2nd time in 3 days my order has been overly late and damaged/cold.

delivery driver went past address, then had to go out and find him, suppose to be door to door.

Awful quality, usually get a high standard but really disappointed as the fries didn’t taste like they were properly cooked and the hot chocolate tasted like pure brown water. Disappointed overall
