McDonald's in Birmingham

The worst McDonalds I have ever used and I Travel alot and use lots of them. The food comes to you cold, the fries are either over cooked or under cooked never normal, the burgers look like they have been put together by a blind monkey, missing items off order, can't get table service right at all, the staff that work there obviously do not want to be there, its just somewhere to go for anpay check at the end of the month....the Manager definitely needs some kind of re-training as this is down to him/her. I will be honest I have been there 3 times because you try and give anyone a chance or 2 bit will never step foot in there again....its best to close ot down and save the brand some money.

The staff is very rude. They laugh on the customer and poorest managent. Very bad experience on this site.

Food stated it had been delivered at 7.50am at 7.46am, never received food nobody even drove on to the road at all, did not accept the order and have never recieved the order baffled as the order had an authorisation code. Did not come at all no refund has been processed yet

This Macdonalds is only serving for delivery drivers not for costumers.

Food was cold and drink leaked everywhere

The double cheese burger was squashed as though some one had dropped it or stood on it. The grease paper used to cover the burger was a mess and not rewrapped properly as per one of the food technician in the restaurant. I am looking for a refund for the food quality and it's coldness. Yes the food was cold and supposedly it was done as soon as the courier got to the restaurant. But the food had been picked from the hot food shelves probably, so I will be seeking full restitution for my p.p.food

Ordered from this place twice. The first time we got someone else's order, the second time it took over an hour despite how close it was and arrived cold. Trust the negative reviews and do not order from here.

My milkshake was wrong with 2 different flavours in and all the muffins was poorly wrapped in packaging food all over the place, absolutely dreadful

Food was ordered at 6 ish and didn’t get to us til 7.35. All food was freezing cold and we had to reheat everything. The expected time kept changing every few minutes goin up and down so had no idea when our order was going to be delivered. Order cost over £50 and it was the biggest waste of money.

We ordered this around 19:00 and received it at 21:00. The food was cold and we had missing items.

Useless. The website picked up the wrong post code even though I entered it manually, and then tried to deliver to the wrong address. I couldn't get through to the food supplier so had to drive to the wrong address to intercept my order. Never again.
