Asked for utensils.... received NONE Also item on the menu isn't what you get!! Chocolate concrete and custard....it's not just that it's with milk chocolate which is not specified. Over was very late I would avoid this place if you like to receive what you order and have it on time. Didn't end up eating the dessert as I was looking forward to a normal concrete and custard! LATE MISLEADING MENU STAY AWAY

Placed order on just eat and refused to refund as order never arrived. Had to get a refund from just eat in the end. The owner is also very aggressive and abusive and refers to people As blood and also takes great pleasure in shouting at you down the phone and hurling abuse. Shocking customer service.

Do not order from this place!! Ordered on uber eats waited over an hour for food just for them to lie and say I cancelled it when I didn’t! So was also charged for the food but didn’t receive anything then when I tried to call restaurant the number was saying not in service.

Sainsbury's 19 Selly Oak Shopping Park, Aston Webb Blvd, Birmingham, B29 6SJ, United KingdomThe service from the staff was friendly and nice, and the burger tasted fantastic. It was a shame that the only sauce available for French fries was mayonnaise, but they were still delicious. Perhaps the biggest advantage is that the view outside the supermarket is really nice.

Tay Road Unit 10, Frankley Industrial Estate, RuberyFood stated it had been delivered at 7.50am at 7.46am, never received food nobody even drove on to the road at all, did not accept the order and have never recieved the order baffled as the order had an authorisation code. Did not come at all no refund has been processed yet
