Doughlicious in Birmingham

The service from the staff was friendly and nice, and the burger tasted fantastic. It was a shame that the only sauce available for French fries was mayonnaise, but they were still delicious. Perhaps the biggest advantage is that the view outside the supermarket is really nice.

The worst McDonalds I have ever used and I Travel alot and use lots of them. The food comes to you cold, the fries are either over cooked or under cooked never normal, the burgers look like they have been put together by a blind monkey, missing items off order, can't get table service right at all, the staff that work there obviously do not want to be there, its just somewhere to go for anpay check at the end of the month....the Manager definitely needs some kind of re-training as this is down to him/her. I will be honest I have been there 3 times because you try and give anyone a chance or 2 bit will never step foot in there again....its best to close ot down and save the brand some money.

I don't know why I order from this branch, every time there is something wrong! This time, it was a quarter pounder with cheese - it came with no cheese, no pickles, no sauce.. and the fries were stone cold - not lukewarm.

If you haven't try this place you losing it. They have the best customer service thanks and the food is 🔥
