Worst mcdonalds in south birmingham absolutely no service or manners from staff had to wait half an hour for a hamburger and a drink and had to go in for it even though we went drive through place needs shutting down

Been here numerous times and always try to avoid it but unfortunately it is our local McDonald’s. Abysmal service, always takes ages to get food whether that be inside the restaurant, drive thru or delivery, but today was the final straw waited 35 minutes in a bag after ordering at the drive thru- shocking. After complaining I was told they were waiting on fries, I could understand if the restaurant was busy but it was a quiet Tuesday night at 7.30pm, when we finally received our food it was cold. Often get given the wrong items, rude staff. Shocking, worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, it needs investigating as the level of service is atrocious.

Love this place, been here for the gran prix and the festival. Each time it's been a great experience

Just had 3 triple cheeseburgers delivered for me, my husband and our son. Uber collected them and delivered 4 mins later. They were freezing cold and nasty

Great McDonald’s but if you have take out check food before you leave.

Got to counter politely asked if they was still serving breakfast meal to be told by some "knuckle scraping I don't really want to be doing this job but it pays my wages oafh " that it's just finished so you can't have it ..... at least be a bit more polite you may get another mc Donald's star on your badge if you learnt some customer skills

The drive through service was good and I got everything I ordered.

driver took a detour longest way possible to deliver was tracking on the map was driving in the opposite direction maybe delivered to another customer first maybe? food was cold .

For the second order in a row, not only did I not get a straw for my drink, but the bacon on my double big mac with bacon, didn't have bacon, even though it came in a double big mac with bacon box.

Drive through really needs working on. Constant queues for breakfast! Be prepared to wait for at least 10 minutes in the morning .. 4 years on and the drive through is shocking, even after the dual order-point upgrade. Not only that, they should really provide microwaves with their orders. Always cold whether collecting, Uber Eats or Just Eat. Update 27th July: still naff. One day, maybe, either the MacLean's (franchise owners) will get their act together or McDonald's will move them on.

Kings norton mcdonalds is the worst! Everytime i go they never get my order correct. Went there this evening for a snack, ordered a cheeseburger no ketchup & a nugget happy meal. I get home to realise (i live a 30 second walk) the cheeseburger is freezing cold & the nuggets are in fact cheesebites. The staff are too busy laughing and joking that they are not focusing on their customer service, they are not friendly & constantly give wrong orders. I wont be going back to this mcdonalds.

Be very careful ordering from King's Norton branch staff cannot read & because of this it will cost you money I logged a complaint day of order told I was getting a refund on 29/06/2024 I didn't receive refund been intouch to get a refund they claim there is no evidence of my claim I screen recorded the message telling me I will get a refund but now saying I'm not getting a refund McDonald's make hundreds of thousands of pounds a year because McDonald's staff can't read & you get missing items

Wow!!! Just wow!!! If you went any slower you would actually stop!!! I wanted a Sausage Mcmuffin and a cappuccino on the way to work....there were virtually no cars in the drive thru....so i thought 'yeah I've got time to nip thru' boy was I wrong!!! Painfully slow!! Did you have to kill the pig first?!? Was the chicken on strike for laying eggs?!? I'd been warned by my parents about this particular branch....i figured they were exaggerating.....they weren't!!! In future I'll get up earlier and have toast!

driver was driving round for 15 mins instead of phoning for address .. then preceded to deliver the wrong order .. and when soeaking couldnt understand english .. kids are crying, me mams upset .. just eat need to do an english course for their drivers

Every time, I have had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for order, sometime longer, up to 25 minutes, and the last 3 times the order has had items missing. Worst Macdonalds, I've been in and have visited many ! Also they are cleaning around your feet with a mop while you are eating instead of waiting until the table is vacated or asking if you mind them cleaning around you !

the hat trick looks more like a joke trick the burger was dry and had been tampered with as half the burger had been put bk together the wrong way . absolutely disgusting!! sack the cook and employ someone who likes there job not a teenager who has no idea

Well what can i say, do the staff like working here? You wait ages to be served at tge drive through. The the person taking the payment doesnt even speak to you. Then when you collect you just get handed your food. After waiting. Then that person dont speak to you either...what are the stars for on your badge.....one for each customer you have ignored. KFC next time.

Fillet seems to be overcooked or held too long in UHC. Kiosk receipt didn't come out, toilets dirty and no soap in dispenser.

Worse place to come for food. Every time I come here always someone (delivery drivers) parked in the click and serve bays and this store does nothing about it, it’s hard to get round the drive thru and have to go in what’s a joke in its self or use the click and serve bays. Something has to be done about it and fast as see loads of people waiting or moaning about it

The service at this McDonald's is absolutely shocking. They seem to never be able to get an order right so I no longer order for delivery from here as I'm left wasting my time on user complaints to get a refund. This McDonald's has had a bad reputation for years. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went in to order. After nearly a half an hour wait they still did not get my order right. Ordered a galaxy pie and got an apple one instead. After sitting down to open the new hat trick burger, it looked as if it was thrown together from a distance. Absolute state and wasn't warm. Avoid this McDonald's unless you're desperate and don't mind a long wait to then receive a wrong order.

everytime i or someone in my family orders they always mess up and get the wrong meal, it also majority of the time comes cold and never fresh with it being late this is a shock as it should not have taken so long and now i am hungry as i haven’t had anything to eat.
