wrong food was sent. ordered chocolate milkshake and was sent grimace shake and the cheeseburgers had gherkins on them

my food was completely wrong i called up they was nothing but rude. missing items wrong items cold items i would like a refund.

Get the freeking orders correct! Sort your customer service skills! Sort your phone lines, it's constantly on another call. I don't believe that's the case. If it wasn't for the young lady taking the order (very friendly) This review would be alot worse.

The food was poor. Cold fries. Service was exceptionally slow

Order feed the family. Only 4 burgers and 4 fries. And guess what. They only sent 3 burgers. Must be so hard for them to count to 4. Terrible.

Awful McDonald’s! Ordered on the app and went through the drive thru. Fries were lukewarm like they are on many occasions! I asked for some fresh fries which they did and made them look like they were overflowing. When we got home they wasn’t even half full and the hot chocolate I ordered was coloured water!!! I rang to complain and a girl answered the phone I told her what had happened and she seemed helpful at first! She placed me on hold for a good few minutes and then cut me off!! I tried to call back and it was constantly engaged! Absolute sham of a place! I will be contacting head office tomorrow to put a complaint in! The place needs closing down! There was also no cold drinks or milkshakes available!!!

Its says open at 5am on Google so why you not open?

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Service is always very slow, especially through the Drive Thru. Orders are often wrong and food frequently cold. Staff don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. Avoid!

As I was ordering my food the woman serving me laughed and then when I told her not to laugh at me she claimed that she never laughed , absolutely disgusted with the service .

I didn't get my order I got someone else's, he told me it's not his problem and to eat the food I got given, I had a £20+ order and the order he gave me was only selects and fries.

Ordered plain hamburger. Got home to discover it had had mustard on and they wiped it off. No use to me. Plain bacon double cheese was poor and cold. Absolutely naff. Both Maccies round here keep getting orders wrong.

Fast food more like slow food. Wait is ridiculous get told to wait in a parking bay for 2/3 mins 15 minutes later still sat there and then the order comes and isn’t correct anyway!

Got the order wrong yet again, it keeps happening with this branch and now we’re stuck with an upset 9 year old who doesn’t have the right dinner. The franchise holder won’t care a bit cause they’ve got their money. Drive an extra ten mins to go somewhere else or double check every single item.

I was unhappy with my overall order how can you justify £6.90 for the ampunt i paid for freezing cold squashed and thrown into the bag food i wouldn't even serve a dog. As for the coke i shpuld have ordered water it was that flat.
