Always get the wrong order or food spoiled from this restaurant

won't be using this mcdonalds again. missing food and all toys .. rung up an had a rude girl not even listen to what I said .... avoid

No salad on my big Mac just a couple of tiny strip of lettuce. The "festive pie" I ordered was not festive as they gave me Apple pie. Terrible. This edit is a couple years later and it's just as bad I ordered the mine craft meal a large they gave me a medium then when I tried to get it fixed they forgot the toy which is limited edition and it was cold when I complained they said sorry and offered me a £5 voucher which I reluctantly agreed to but gave me a spend £5 get £5 off voucher instead still no toy though this was £9.50 each meal and I was buying two it's absolutely terrible here things have gotten worse not better my son was very upset because he loves Minecraft since it came out so was really looking forward to this meal especially for the limited edition toy but the whole thing was bad it says on the advert that the new Apple mcflurry is part but then told me it was not and you had to pay for it separately this was disgusting behaviour for a professional place of business to be doing. Everything to do with this transaction was all bad but the "sorry" and voucher part was especially sad. So still a terrible business.

Only half of my order arrived. The tickets were ripped off the side. Macdonnalds could not re deliver so I’ve had to get a taxi £7 to pick up my order. The driver hung around in the road a long time before delivering. Very suspicious. Not happy.

order was totally messed up yet again mcdonald's would answer the phone had to drive up there 2 milkshakes where shaped for coke all3 mcflurys where missing and the milkshake that was there was banana not strawberry as ordered so much for checking orders before delivery plus driver removed receipt upon delivery too shameful total digrace

The order was over half an hour late from the original time and when it arrived it was cold. It all needed warming up in the microwave

Update 26th March. "OK, this is scary, I'll give them their due, they have drastically upped their game both in restaurant and with delivery. Items are no longer missing, the food is hotter. It's generally a lot better." Drive through really needs working on. Constant queues for breakfast! Be prepared to wait for at least 10 minutes in the morning .. 4 years on and the drive through is shocking, even after the dual order-point upgrade. Not only that, they should really provide microwaves with their orders. Always cold whether collecting, Uber Eats or Just Eat. Update 27th July: still naff. One day, maybe, either the MacLean's (franchise owners) will get their act together or McDonald's will move them on.

I ask for no items on my meal and I have them on there.

Absolutely bad restaurant. Order screen takes my order same time as a few other people on time for breakfast. Then I hear from the kitten that a staff member messed up has browns by putting chips with them so then the rude short brown haired staff member came out to say food had ran out and I'll get a refund as I paid by card. She then started arguing with me because I told her what I heard... Rude staff that needs restraining how to deal with public instead of arguing in front of other customers... Won't return and hopefully management see this. That staff member is rude.

Slow service (stacked in waiting bays), wrong order (should have checked the bag), cold when arrived home 5 mins later. I'll go elsewhere in future.

Missed a Big Mac and 20 Nuggets off my order. I know they refund me which is pointless! I ordered food because I wanted it, now I’ve got to order food for my kids and pay delivery and service charge AGAIN! So it’s now cost me more because of their F**KUP

I ate in on the Friday 14th march 9:50pm had a really nice atmosphere the staff were getting along well laughing along whist working nice to see people enjoying there time whilst at work and refreshing to see made me look with in myself and how I am at work. Last of all my food was sizzling and I don’t like that new milkshake it’s vile😂 hope this lifts ur spirits that lil bit higher have a gooden guys

delivery due by 22.30. took longer changed delivery time. I have acreen shot of original time. and then when my food arrives.... its freezing cols. I like 5 mins away from mcdonalds.

As they love to tear peoples receipts so they can't give a review when they CONSTANTLY get their order wrong. I have to put a review here.

Time kept moving longer, but when arrived fanta had tipped over, as all crammed in 1 cool bag ,bag the kids meals was in squashed burger squished, no dips for the nuggets/mozzarella, no straws & no free chicken nuggets..food cold order was like £27 but only refunded £6 something, disappointed fri treat at nana’s.. to be honest no dips & straws happens alot, & have wrong orders & missing items.. no care given.

Something else was delivered for me. I ordered 9chicken selects share box , but chicken nuggets were delivered and the number is always busy. So no way to contact anyone about my missing order. It’s just so annoying. I could have ordered chicken nuggets if I wanted chicken nuggets

As usual the sauces were missing. They actually do it on purpose now it’s a joke.

worst mcdonalds ive ever ordered from .. coke instead of milkshake, no straw, apple pie instead of raspebery pie delivery driver said he waited at restaurant for 26 mins .. absolute joke of a restaurant and made official compliant to mcdonalds themselves as this is every single time i order .. jokers

Apparently the food you order is just a suggestion. Also dips and straws are not included.

I ordered some items and second day I haven't received them

ordered at 4..delivery between 4.20 n 4.49. arrived at 5.10...all food was absolutely freezing. Happy meal box was open. not happy. do your job properly

Came here a fair few times and without fail they always mess up my order, just been through the drive through and woman handing out food must’ve been messing up everyone’s food as I stuck in the queue for a while. When it got to me she asked what was your order? I’ve been to other McDonald’s and they know my order before I’ve gotten to the collection window so I told her and she, very miserably handed me the bag, after getting home I opened it up and saw there was no sauces and opened the box, which was supposed to be 20 nuggets but turned out to be chicken selects instead which isnt what I was hoping for especially as I had no sauce!!! This also may prove its not only her fault but others fault too if you can’t communicate with each other and the employees you shouldn’t be working here.

Missing half of our food order

Food is as expected The wait is a joke. They never have anything ready from what it seems. Great if you want to wait for fast food. Even better with kids in the car that don't understand why we are waiting. Service getting worse. Seems to prioritise delivery now.

The service is awful. They never seem to have milkshakes, Fanta or McFlurry' - not sure who does the ordering but they should be sacked (Fanta has a long shelf life). Drive through queues are too long and the staff too slow. Items of food missing repeatedly whereby I now have to check my order every time they hand it to me. Would be nice, for once, to get a full box of fries. They never give you your receipt unless you ask... wonder why. Visited the drive through again today - had to go in to the main building because they had forgot to include fries. Nothing changes.

It wasn’t their fault entirely but I’d accidentally put the wrong door number on the order. They clearly don’t use the code system and delivered our food to this number without checking. Annoying but more so because it was for the 4 kids here:

Went through drive through ordered fish fillet meal it's £5.49 every McDonald's they charge £6.79 and was cold fries were stale apple pies 99p every McDonald's £2.20 this one what a scam how can that be last time visiting this place

driver was quite rude towards me

Ordered a burger and two happy meals for my kids. Had 50+ chicken nuggets turn up instead in their error and only a partial refund is being offered to me. Unacceptable won't be ordering again, yours sincerely a previous loyal customer

The only good thing about this evenings visit was the lovely young gentleman out in the car park giving people their orders, despite it being dark and miserable weather he ran round giving those orders out with a smile on his face, super polite and friendly, thank you to him!

I ordered large vegetables deluxe meal deluxe meal. In drinks I choose large vanilla milk shake but I get other drink apart from vanilla shake.

No straw with my drink again, my drink is half-filled and I hardly have any fries.

Always a strange place to go to but it's more about yhe people that live in the area than the restaurant. Staff are pleasant and the is always entertainment for you to see while you are there. Lol

Get the freeking orders correct! Sort your customer service skills! Sort your phone lines, it's constantly on another call. I don't believe that's the case. If it wasn't for the young lady taking the order (very friendly) This review would be alot worse. EDIT Follow up review. I called and spoke to John one of the managers. He was really helpful, professional and calmly resolved my complaint. Thank you There are some good team members here, however, there are also some who couldn't care less.A drive through should be convenient. Hot drinks, no milk, no sugar, no thought, It's not difficult.

the fillet looked and tasted like it was made two days ago, never again!

Every time you use the drive through no matter what you order they ask you to park up ...

During peak times can be a little hectic, food quality can vary and on occasions no stock been available or machines have broken. Staff have been very apologetic and helpful during times of machines breaking. All mcdonalds across Birmingham I have visited do not seem to put the relish on cheese burgers anymore, only a dollop of ketchup and if you're lucky one gherkin.. quality of mcdonalds have gone down hill.

Order feed the family. Only 4 burgers and 4 fries. And guess what. They only sent 3 burgers. Must be so hard for them to count to 4. Terrible.

Awful McDonald’s! Ordered on the app and went through the drive thru. Fries were lukewarm like they are on many occasions! I asked for some fresh fries which they did and made them look like they were overflowing. When we got home they wasn’t even half full and the hot chocolate I ordered was coloured water!!! I rang to complain and a girl answered the phone I told her what had happened and she seemed helpful at first! She placed me on hold for a good few minutes and then cut me off!! I tried to call back and it was constantly engaged! Absolute sham of a place! I will be contacting head office tomorrow to put a complaint in! The place needs closing down! There was also no cold drinks or milkshakes available!!!
