my order was missing two bigs mac meals keep having problems here

If you order more than one item they will mess up your order EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!! Every single time!!!!! When we order we consider ourselves lucky IF IF IF WE GET EVERYTHING what we order !!!!! I’ve lost count on how many times I had to waste time on the phone and NEVER got my money back for what I payed but didn’t get !!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fries were cold and bland no salt didn't give me my sauces that I paid for and no straw for the drinks burgers basically had no sauce even tho added extra on the app.

your map keeps taking the deliveries to taiynton covert, and not Ashbury covert, so every time I order I have to go looking for them, I am not very happy, but not drivers it is your map. so mad.

My mother got a Big Mac burger and she was not happy with it she said “it’s the lamest Big Mac she has ever gotten”. There was no gherkins, no lettuce, no onion and the tiniest squirt of sauce and the bun looked like it had been stepped on and was wayyyy too over toasted. So next time someone orders from your franchise please make sure your workers are not doing a half arsed job and make the food nice. Thank you and please talk to your workers. This has to be the worse McDonalds I've ever come across in my life. No one there seems to be able to read a ticket correctly. Always seem to forget something and they are just useless.

Freezing cold! Considering its just over 1mile away! I even asked for extra sauce and pickles so they would make it fresh but cleanly added extra onto a cold ready made one! No straws ! No sauce fries were that cold they went hard agen!

just eat are a dog sh11t company that should be struck off. apparently companies can give you cold food, no food or different food and somehow just eat decides that's OK. seriously need to close this business down.

Didn’t come to the correct block of flats which isn’t even a high rise it’s a small block of flats. Me and my partner stood on the road for 10 mins trying to direct the delivery driver where to go. Struggled with this as he kept cutting the phone off and didn’t seem to understand what we were saying. Then when he eventually found us he asked for the code which we literally had to shout out because he didn’t understand what we were saying.

meal a little cool by the time it arrived, so had to put it in the microwave for 30 mins, otherwise very tasty

Great service from a young gentleman called Kody! The food was average and took a while to prepare, but Kody was excellent. Would be 5 stars if a bit quicker and food was a bit nicer 👍

We went through drive through this evening and we had to wait for our meal. A young man came out with a handful of bags to hand out upon this he fell on the floor , a gentleman got out of his car to help him. The young man name was Nana he got up and so more concern about our food. He was so polite his manners were impeccable . I did phone and a young lady did show concern for a her colleague and told me his name. The level shown of young people working at this particular mcdonalds is at it highest for customer service....wish all young people had these manners

I had to wait in the car park for my spicy Chicken burger it was raining the young chap (jana) came out with 5 different orders on a tray & as he turned he fell in the car park i had to help him to get up & luckily he held on the tray hope he is ok as he looked a bit worried but it wasn't his fault at all

Waited over 40minutes for my food for it to come old and cold my big mac was in a monopoly box and it was a chicken big mac box dusty mc donalds

Food was delayed majorly, when unwrapped was shocked to be covered in a liquid of some sort, there was a patty missing on my breakfast sandwich and im genuinely just upset, my last 15 pound spent on something that wasnt even edible i genuinely threw it away i have requested a refund but if it doesnt come im goin to report this matter as its completely unacceptable absolutely shameful how would they like it if we covered their food in juice or handfuls of grease????

When it was delivered, was 2 items missing which was the bag of fruits and my Diet Coke lid was off and it had spilt into the smarties McFlurry so it couldn’t be eaten. My 4 year old niece was very upset as her ice cream was ruined because someone didn’t put the lid on properly of the coke which is a disappointing so I won’t be ordering again as this is not the first time I had missing items

Food come cold even thought was 5mins away, they also missed off my sauces so it was complete waste of money, not only did they forgot the sauce I was meant to get with my meal, they also forgot the extra ones I paid for!!! First and last time ever ordering from kings Norton, absolute disappointment. I will be telling everyone about this because it makes you think how many people you do it to and how much you get away with. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!

Half the time you order/collect via the drive through you are asked to park and wait (for ages).

I don’t know who forgot the drinks we ordered, either McDonald’s worker or justeat delivery driver but we didn’t receive them

This must be one of the worst McDonald's in Birmingham - they usually combine a long wait for food (you nearly always have to wait in the car park when using the drive thru) with getting the order wrong. Today they gave me a double cheeseburger instead of a double quarter pounder, but there's usually either something missing or incorrect in some way.

Popped for a drive thru, ordered on the App. No issues, announced ourselves at Window one then met by a rude woman who informed us that we had to park up and wait for our food!! How can a fast food venue have a shortage of the staple food….. potato fries!! The rudeness continued we tried to point out that our ice creams would melt… Customer service skill -1! We have been here regular and never had a nice experience! maybe KFC is a better place with friendlier staff!

Multiple items missing 3 meals ordered no chips with any. Apple pie missing. Always the same also items missing from previous other orders. Wasn’t a huge order today mistake like this shouldn’t happen, this is a work order so can’t just pop out and pick up the rest of our meal. Happens all the time!

Burned burger.. cold chips… absolutely disgusting place. No standards at all

We waited over an hour for the delivery, When we ordered the food it said a 15 -20 minute wait! Unfortunately the time kept changing

the last 3 times I have received a order from mcdonalds I have had something missing. I have tried to call the restaurant 24 times today and it just rings out. I am annoyed and frustrated as someone has either had nothing or it has had to be shared our. this is very poor service
