Half the time you order/collect via the drive through you are asked to park and wait (for ages).

Popped for a drive thru, ordered on the App. No issues, announced ourselves at Window one then met by a rude woman who informed us that we had to park up and wait for our food!! How can a fast food venue have a shortage of the staple food….. potato fries!! The rudeness continued we tried to point out that our ice creams would melt… Customer service skill -1! We have been here regular and never had a nice experience! maybe KFC is a better place with friendlier staff!

This must be one of the worst McDonald's in Birmingham - they usually combine a long wait for food (you nearly always have to wait in the car park when using the drive thru) with getting the order wrong. Today they gave me a double cheeseburger instead of a double quarter pounder, but there's usually either something missing or incorrect in some way.

This fast food chane is going down hill fast I used to love Maccys but now it's expensive rubbish

Ordering last night a fair bit of food, now can honestly say what a joke Every single item stone cold, normally come into site but ordered this time around. Genuinely the whole lot was cold Not happy and escalated

Multiple items missing 3 meals ordered no chips with any. Apple pie missing. Always the same also items missing from previous other orders. Wasn’t a huge order today mistake like this shouldn’t happen, this is a work order so can’t just pop out and pick up the rest of our meal. Happens all the time!

my mozzarella sticks were hard like they had been cooked and left out for ages not fresh same with the burger and its luke warm not even hot enough to eat absolutely disgusted and a waste of money only good thing was the delivery driver got here on time so only thumbs up for that

Went through the drive through. Service was slow but the new breakfast wrap. It was excellent

Burned burger.. cold chips… absolutely disgusting place. No standards at all

Delivery was the best thing about the service, burger had no cheese on it and one onion bit not what was advertise

We waited over an hour for the delivery, When we ordered the food it said a 15 -20 minute wait! Unfortunately the time kept changing

the last 3 times I have received a order from mcdonalds I have had something missing. I have tried to call the restaurant 24 times today and it just rings out. I am annoyed and frustrated as someone has either had nothing or it has had to be shared our. this is very poor service

Don’t waste your time, popped in for a quick snack.. all staff are unresponsive and chatting like there’s no one waiting for food. Ended up stood there for 20 -something minutes just for some fries. Thanks to the lovely person in the hi -vis who finally helped Staff behind the counter are useless

Been here numerous times and always try to avoid it but unfortunately it is our local McDonald’s. Abysmal service, always takes ages to get food whether that be inside the restaurant, drive thru or delivery, but today was the final straw waited 35 minutes in a bag after ordering at the drive thru- shocking. After complaining I was told they were waiting on fries, I could understand if the restaurant was busy but it was a quiet Tuesday night at 7.30pm, when we finally received our food it was cold. Often get given the wrong items, rude staff. Shocking, worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, it needs investigating as the level of service is atrocious.
