McDonald's in Birmingham

I don't know why I order from this branch, every time there is something wrong! This time, it was a quarter pounder with cheese - it came with no cheese, no pickles, no sauce.. and the fries were stone cold - not lukewarm.

Shocking! Over 1 hour wait for 3 items! Then when finally arrived food was cold, fries undercooked and half full.

The menu had plenty of healthy choices.

dunno what staff was on today but they defo are in form... no missing food or sauces an had straws too 💪👏

Drive-thru order for family, £45ish. Everything was as ordered, including all the custom orders because nobody eats salad. Didn't even have to wait in the bay and was done in about 5 minutes from pulling up to driving away.

Cold food missing item and would help if they diliver to my door not make me go down for it I pay delivery for a reason

They still miss things off the orders occasionally, but it has got better, much better actually. Service a little slow. But if the order is correct, then this is no issue at all. I've changed my star from one to 3

I had to wait 40 mins for delivery, but when breakfast came, it was hot and tasty.

They slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve only gone in the morning and they forget at 5/6 am people most definitely have somewhere to go.

Probably tops the worst I've been to. How does it take twenty minutes for fries?And garlic bites. Then, when the food comes, they give you cold fries and call garlic bites. And they're all standing around chatting, like it's their breaktime.

I ordered food of the mc delivery app when my food arrived it was cold and parts of my meal missing as I don’t really order takeaway and I’m house bound with a brain injury, I called up parsons hill McDonald’s where a very rude young male answered and when I explained what had happened he put the phone down and when I rang back he picked up the phone and left it on the side For the price that I paid and the service I got it is not worth it at all

Ordered through their app, they sent with user delivery, had item missing, uber said contact McDonald's, phoned them they said couldn't do anything as it was ordered through an app, their app, so consequently 1 upset child and there was nothing they could do. Ridiculous, their app, their mistake but blame someone else,, not first problem with parsons hill, never again.

No salad on my big Mac just a couple of tiny strip of lettuce. The "festive pie" I ordered was not festive as they gave me Apple pie. Terrible. This edit is a couple years later and it's just as bad I ordered the mine craft meal a large they gave me a medium then when I tried to get it fixed they forgot the toy which is limited edition and it was cold when I complained they said sorry and offered me a £5 voucher which I reluctantly agreed to but gave me a spend £5 get £5 off voucher instead still no toy though this was £9.50 each meal and I was buying two it's absolutely terrible here things have gotten worse not better my son was very upset because he loves Minecraft since it came out so was really looking forward to this meal especially for the limited edition toy but the whole thing was bad it says on the advert that the new Apple mcflurry is part but then told me it was not and you had to pay for it separately this was disgusting behaviour for a professional place of business to be doing. Everything to do with this transaction was all bad but the "sorry" and voucher part was especially sad. So still a terrible business.

Only half of my order arrived. The tickets were ripped off the side. Macdonnalds could not re deliver so I’ve had to get a taxi £7 to pick up my order. The driver hung around in the road a long time before delivering. Very suspicious. Not happy.

Update 26th March. "OK, this is scary, I'll give them their due, they have drastically upped their game both in restaurant and with delivery. Items are no longer missing, the food is hotter. It's generally a lot better." Drive through really needs working on. Constant queues for breakfast! Be prepared to wait for at least 10 minutes in the morning .. 4 years on and the drive through is shocking, even after the dual order-point upgrade. Not only that, they should really provide microwaves with their orders. Always cold whether collecting, Uber Eats or Just Eat. Update 27th July: still naff. One day, maybe, either the MacLean's (franchise owners) will get their act together or McDonald's will move them on.
