Order small fish and chips fish tasted like it was warmed in the microwave and was so small for the money won’t be going there again quality and quantity not good at all

The kebab tasted nice but also tasted microwaved and had whit spots all over it once I seen them I didn't eat anymore

Ordered food on Uber eats - the chicken was cooked but it was good from the day before - it was super cold like it had been left in a fridge but it was a good attempt to warm it up in the microwave as it was hot on the outside. COOKED CHICKEN SHOULD NOT BE RE HEATED THE NEXT DAY Can’t trust anything from here no more . Such a shame.

Not sure what's gone on at this place . Customer service is shocking. Rude and abusive . Portion side is not as described . Ordered a large meat and chips one week . Was ok size for the cost and tasted ok . Ordered a week later but this time a large box of meat £14.95 and it come as less meat than in a large with chips . Chips were powdery. Meat seemed to of been cooked and cut then left to go dry or microwaved. All mixed in with sauce to hide it's dryness. Please look for better local takeaways that are much better value . ordered quite a bit of food from this place to then be enjoying my meal until i nearly choked on a piece of chicken that had hair wrapped around it then following another hair ball🤮absolutely disgusting to know how poor the hygiene is here, then rang to put a complaint in and to make the staff aware about this to then be laughed at and be spoken to very very rude 😳the attitude from the staff and the manager is wrong !!!

Waited forever for a delivery would not of ordered if knew it would be this long children to feed and waiting nearly 2 hours for chip shop is absolutely shocking !! Going to contact just eat and report as all reviews are saying the same not acceptable! Food was horrible £27 waisted kebab meat was like microwave frozen one chips were dry and burnt never again AVOID !

Don’t order from here if you want your food to arrive in a timely manner, 1 hour and 45 minutes it took. Attempted to contact shop whilst waiting and not even an answer. From all the reviews I’ve now seen, this happens a lot, I’ll definitely be avoiding it in future.

Firstly, irs not a cafe! It is a regular fish n chip shop. All your favourite that you would expect are here. I don't think it's halal. I passed it many times, but not purchased anything. Maybe its me, but the prices are too high. I'm giving it 3 stars slowly o its cleanliness. I cannot recommend it, because I haven't eaten here.

Best place for local fish and chips. Chips are as chips should be thick and soft. Tasty. Fish is also just as good. A bit pricey but worth it. Drfinitely reccomend this place. Staff are also friendly.

ordered here absolutely vile the sausage was advertised as a 12 inch but was 7 inch the battered burger was horrific the batter looked hours old the spring roll was also cold and soggy not impressed at all

Was thinking of ordering from here until I read the just eat reviews. Regardless of if the food is good or not this place should be shut down for the way they treat their customers. The attitude is "We are the best and we cannot possibly make a mistake" and this somehow gives them the right to insult anyone who has any kind of issue with the food. They call everyone a tramp, nothing is ever their fault, they charge to correct mistakes that they have made. Absolutely unprofessional ridiculous behaviour. Also considering this is a fish and chip shop how is £20 minimum order and £4 minimum delivery fee with no option for collection even close to reasonable? £24 MINIMUM For fish and chips is absolutely crazy. And from what I hear the food is trash anyway 🤣

Only ordered a chicken wrap for takeaway, but it took about 10/15 mins till I got it and left. The guy behind the counter was friendly enough though

First time of having anything from this shop a couple of days ago & me my son & husband was bad for a couple of days will not be returning shocking !!!!

Absolutely disgusted with this place ordered and then an hour of waiting they cancelled my order because I gave them a bad review from last time because they where 2 and a half hours late . They can’t take criticism. I was giving them a second chance and the guy I spoke to on the phone was so rude and arrogant I was so angry . He kept saying u shouldn’t eat from here if you gave us a bad review . I will never go there again . Don’t waste ur time and money .

If I could give a - star rating I would. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the way in which this establishment works. After waiting for around 1 hours for my order I was told that it was going to be 50 minutes late and wasn’t even with the delivery driver. I had a message to say that it was on its way and after waiting 2 hours my order was cancelled. We tried to contact the establishment and they failed to pick up the phone. We had a call from the delivery driver imposing that we had cancelled the order ourself when this was not the case. I will not be ordering from this establishment again and I encourage others to be disappointed as your order may be cancelled after waiting for such significant amount of time. I will be contacting just eat to take this matter further as I am not happy with the way in which we have been treated.

I have been here a few times and quality of fish and chips was generally good, however today they got my order wrong. No apology from staff. We had to pay extra to get the correct order (fish) When we got home and opened our extra large chips which we did not order the chips were burnt and brown. I would not go there again.

Asked for a steak pie but was going to microwave it so just had small portion of chip and potato wedge. Chips were mixed with old one and tasted vile and potato wedge had a horrible weird taste would not use again Can't understand how they have any good reviews

Cold rock hard dry tasteless chips that stuck in your throat when you ate them.. No Lollypops with the kids meal.. Wouldn't recommend and won't be ordering from there again.. Don't even deserve 1 star but can't select lower... Vile food so dont waste your money

If I could give a minus rating I would....The owner is obnoxious! Food didn't arrive at the time allocated...Mr Singh should be ashamed of himself for speaking to people the way he does. There's better places out there to eat!

Honestly the only good thing here is the chips. The fish is soggy like the batter and behind the counter is dirty. Also watch them microwave your food in clear view when ordering pies and burgers. Enjoy potentual poisening.

Hour & half to deliver, after several calls food finally arrived after I cancelled, barely warm & so dry, didn't touch pie smelt fishy, couldn't eat it, all waisted, no good ! Truly Never been one to complain but this was very unsatisfactory indeed..!
