Subway in Birmingham

This is our local subway but always find issues here! Issue 1) Our latest one was I was told I could only pick 2 salad options for my £8.30 subway melt. I wanted peppers, red onion and jalapeño. But apparently can only have 2!? Since when has subway limited your toppings!? Issue 2) They’re also extremely tight with their portions. They’ll pretty much count the sweetcorn and lettuce pieces they put on. Issue 3) Know those subway deals you get through the door? The website always shows swan centre branch as participating. But you get there and they always say they aren’t in that deal.

Your standard subway, was surprised to find out the meat is halal which you don’t often find that much. Overall average subway experience.

Very bad behaviour of staff every time, communication is very rude, they have there own rules

Ordered a Pizziola but without meat. I asked the lady who served me if she would add red onion also. She refused, telling me that red onion wasn't an ingredient in a Pizziola. Ridiculous how Subway doesn't allow me to choose my own filling. Utterly bizarre rule and one which needs scrapping instantly.

I love subway salads. But after visiting this subway last week at the swan, I don't think I can ever eat subway. I was puking for two days. I had food posing. Not sure why. When I told others, they had told me that they had the same experience. I had chicken tikka in my salad. The staff wear the same gloves for everything. So please be aware

The internet was down on the day on their end, couldn't use points 👎🏻👎🏻

Tables were dirty service was slow.

I went to Swan Centre subway and I been very happy everything was very good specially food and the customer service was just amazing I will recommend people to come there and enjoy their food 👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍

Worst subway around, staff haven't got a clue what day it is. Simple english is too hard to understand here, and their attitude is abysmal. The place is also really dirty and everything is all over the place, avoid at all costs.

We were not offered to have a tray, otherwise all good

If I could give 0 stars I would. I found a literal STAPLE in my food!! When I spoke to the person at the desk (think she said her name was afzar?) She accused me of lying despite me been stood there holding the bloody thing. Absolutely disgusted! Will 100% be looking how to take this further!

Normally the customer service is excellent at this store, the customer assistants are friendly and the service and food are very good. However, on my last visit a funny looking round women working in the evening decided to charge me before making my sub, which I found very rude and unnecessary. Sort yourself out, you’re ruining the reputation of the store.

Very rude, unprofessional staff. No customer service skills what so ever. Very arrogant staff. Don’t waste your money here to ruin your day.

I am not satisfied with this subway. This staff behaviour is not good. Today i am asking about my subway point and she told me my scanning machine no working today. Its not a answer. I am not a happy with this .

Usually stick to the one subway, was in swan so I thought I’d give this one a try. First off friendly staff so that’s a good thing. The reason for my 2 stars is that when I took the sub home I immediately smelt something funny about it, almost like a bleach smell. Even my colleague agreed. I personally think they are using the same gloves for everything even cleaning and then back to making food. The Italian herbs and cheese bread definitely smelt like bleach. Waste of food and money. I hope their more careful in the future.

Worst subway i ate from, i wish i could ad pics of what we have recieved... poorly packed, freezing cold, soggy bread everything fallen apart (dont cut the bread all yhe way down!) so you could eat that with fork. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Good food. Halal. It's subway what more can I say. Brought salad and subs for the kids. Friendly staff

Worst subway I've been too. Giving the company a bad name.

Always quick, polite and clean (behind counter). Can't see any access from front to back so probably explains why the same person that serves you has trouble tidying some other slobs mess up. I like this store, could do with more than one person on duty in the morning.

The best Subway around. Proper servings. Very dedicated and hardworking staff. Hygenic. Made of a point of telling the staff which I rarely do.

Need to work on portion control... When someone asks for lots of lettuce... YOU PUT LOTS OF LETTUCE IN! You don't then look at me grab the smallest hand full of lettuce and drop it into a salad bowl. I asked for a steak and cheese salad bowl... Just one thing... Where's the steak? CHEAP CHEAP PEOPLE! won't ever use you again!

I haven't tried to vegetarian food yet

A veg foot long sub should have veg on it. Very little fillings I even ask for extra and got 2 more bits of green pepper & tomato. Don't go there as it is not worth the money for what I got.

Nice food and staff, but smelly dining area. Dirty. People need to clear up after themselves.

I asked my colleague to get me a savers natchos with sweetcorn and red onion. They were not able to add them but proceeded to complain when she was asked toast them and microwaved them instead. She was asked to do them again and was very rude. She also added jalapenos when she was not asked to. This is by far the worst nachos and aervser I've ever had from any branch of subway. She literally theew the in the box upside down so my salsa and cheese is stuck to the bottom.

Once every few years to remind myself why I don't go more often. Bread is poor.

Excellent customer services with generous served portions. Great tasting food and good value for money.

Staff changed gloves without prompting and give generous portions - dirty tables but that says more about the customers than the staff! Use the bins provided!

I got here at 22:44 and ur worker refused to serve said we are closed I showed him time on web site but he said no can't take order. Shouldn't put time 23:00 than wouldn't even come Disappointing worse service ever don't think will come here again

Onestamente ho mangiato in altri subway migliori dal punto di vista freschezza e ampia scelta dei prodotti. In questo, ripeto, poca scelta, personale non troppo affabile, chioschetto minuscolo. Preferisco andare altrove...

Charges £0.50 extra for a £5 sandwich and charges £1 for it to be toasted. Not the best

Great Food, slow service and the tables could be cleaner

Such a nasty and badly made sub toasted was cold and vile. Tables kept dirty and sticky... never changed gloves avoid like poison.... go gregs for a safer cleaner choice

15 minute wait slow service for a subway, Then puts order wrong and charges me £1 extra because he put the order twice, then tells me he cant do anything as hes put it through, then he tells me its only £1. appalling

Not great. It's okay, that's it. Staff are not very helpful or friendly, seats and tables are not cleaned very often. Food is what you expect from any Subway

Doesn't actually do breakfast. No sausage or bacon. Only Turkey. No one eats turkey for breakfast, except maybe boxing day. Lol.

Good food as always from Subway but found the staff on multiple occasions to be quite rude, abrupt and not particularly well trained.
