Ordered quite a large order 6 burger 3 large fries and milkshakes also had gluten free intolerances I spoke to Cody on the phone and she was very helpful and friendly and repeated everything back to me. I arrived at the store around 10 mins later and was surprised it was all just getting packed up JB on the tills was lovely speedy and helpful. Everyone was very satisfied with everything would 100% be back

Ordered a collection order which was a large order with 2 allergies the lady on the phone Cody was very polite asked if there was any allergens before I gave my order which I found fab as qe had 2 gluten intolerance with it being a big order she repeated back to me and was very patient. Arrived at the store approximately 15 mins later I was served by the manager Jb who was very friendly she also gave me the 2 gluten free orders in a separate bag which I thought was fantastic 😀 would definitely recommend the burgers were fresh and tasty and the fries are 100% the best around we ordered 3 large fries for 6 growing teenagers and there was still left over.

Phoned and ordered a large family order and it was ready to collect in 20 minutes! Great service by JB & Cody! Two gluten free burgers and 4 regular beef and chicken burgers as well as four bags of chips! Demolished by our fussy teenage boys so must have been fab!

Hot and fresh food all prepped and cooked infront of us! Lovely and clean. All staff super friendly and helped us throughout our visit. All working whilst having a laugh which is lovely to see and hear! Definitely recommended!💚

What a company. To go for interview were the manger can.be present then tell the person. Haven't got the job. Well. If this the way. You do interviews for young. 16. Years old. You need to think. Again. Hope your big boss change the way you make. A person have a Interview and make. Sure manger is doing there interview not a staff member make . Them work. The 2 hours. Training With no pay. Think. This so wrong for a company good job people like your food in reviews

Terri is superb, really friendly and great with my order as I am gluten free. Burgers are amazing, nice and meaty and their gluten free buns don't taste like cardboard unlike other places. This is my treat takeaway 🤤

Love the food. Paprika fries really are the best. Great that you can add whatever you want to make YOUR burger not what someone else thinks you want. Shame the restaurant not a little more inviting.

Went to Urban Burger on Wheatley Road for the first time with my boyfriend the other day. Staff were very welcoming and polite and the restaurant was really nice and clean. Food was amazing- burger was great, ordered large fries and got plenty of them (perfect for 2 people) and loved the cheese sauce! Clean toilets and a comfy, warm seating area. Definitely will return! We ordered around 30 burgers for a work event! The staff at Urban Wheatley were super helpful in organizing, taking time to label each order up with staff names in separate bags. All burgers had the right toppings etc, and all piping hot! 10/10 service, thank you!😊

Been a few times nice and clean , font always get a table to sit down but today we were lucky got a seat near window. Ordered food easy and quick . A lot if staff hanging around talking. Our food was ready was lovely but something was missing husband I could not put our finger on it. We ordered fried onions we got around 5 very small purses size of a penny and tasteless. Chips were lovely the girl served us told us get a regular chips between two ad you get plenty. Well if this was my business I would not be happy my staff saying this losing profit! One thing was so off putting was a young girl stood staring at us all the time while we were eating it’s so rude. I could not wait to get out to try to tell you the truth do not think we will go again

I only bought a portion of chips for my Grandaughter. She loved them. The staff were very friendly & helpful. They checked if she had any allergies, which she has.

Seems to have gone downhill for quality, value and quantity. £9.45 for a cheese and bacon burger, burger is fine but not worth best part of £10. Ordered some hollumi fries without realising they were £7!!! Got 4 small and very greasy fries, waste of money. Fries portions are now smaller as well.

One of the best burgers I have ever had! Could not quite believe that all toppings are free! Very tasty burger and toppings look quality and fresh. Awesome proper fries. Fantastic staff who seem to genuinely care about what they are prepping and serving. We are not local to Doncaster but cant wait to return. Well done guys.

Regular customer for a few years. Normally love the food. However, was put off after I went on Wednesday and there was a long red/ brown hair in my burger. Couldn’t take it back as was take away. Really disappointed. Put me off coming back. Staff should be wearing hair nets.

This small chain gives off a Five Guys vibe, freshly cooked burgers to order. Unlike Five Guys they do chicken burgers and onion rings which is great. The chips are good but not quite as addictive as Five Guys. Love a coca cola freestyle machine. Clean restaurant, friendly staff

Drove half an hour to come here. The burgers we amazing extremely tasty. Fast serivce with very friendly staff who Accommodated my daughter's allergies. I would definitely recommend and come back again 😁

the food was absolutely delightful and the milkshakes are absolutely delicious, i was served by ali and hes just a lovely lad who helped me with picking the perfect meal for my gluten allergy and made sure everything was up to my standard

Well where do I start. I visited 4th Jan at around 9:20pm. The staff were brilliant, happy polite and attentive. The guy cooking was cleaning the grill at every available opportunity (busy with just eat I think) to add to this the ingredients were delicious and fresh. Two burgers large fries a sauce and a drink £24 which sounds alot but when I started eating it was definitely worth it over a £9 mc d meal. The lady looking after the dining area was cleaning everything in detail. Credit where credits due excellent experience.

We popped in by chance on our way to visit family, never tried the food chain before. We where very impressed. The staff where super helpful when explaining how the menu worked, they helped with food for our boys who both have special needs and are fussy regarding food choices. We really enjoyed the food it was super tasty and both boys ate everything no problem which was a lovely change. Thank you for your help and keep up the fantastic work 👍.

Everyone and everything is fine here, no complaints but I noticed that its my 4th time not getting coleslaw in my burger & i always include coleslaw. Doesn't bother me at all, its just kinda funny somehow i don't know....😜

Urban never disappoints! We dined here tonight for my boyfriends birthday (as its his fave burger ever) and the service was amazing. He got a free birthday milkshake, table service and we got to sample the new bacon beef gravy, which was lovely! As always, we will be returning. Shout out to Joanne for making it that bit more special 😊

I was recommended to Urban burger Doncaster, and we wasn’t disappointed. As soon as we walked in we was greeted with a warm welcoming and superb customer service, not only was the food amazing but I would like to praise the following staff who helped us with our order which are Naz, Jordan and Juan. We will definitely be back again!!

Food was good. But temperature in restaurant completely unacceptable. When you go out with family for a meal you want to get warm and nice atmosphere. Unfortunately place was so freesing, food get cold in minutes, also music was so loud - I can not hear man when order my food... Preety busy place so can not belive there is no cash in their pocket to keep proper temperature.

When visiting today, all the staff present was upbeat and super friendly and helpful. This was our first time visiting and the staff members was very helpful explaining the menu and was patient. It was a bit pricey however worth the money. safe to say we will be 100% returning. We was looked after by a young girl called Codie who was very helpful who also asked us how we was with our food and if we needed anything else. Overall the dining area was very clean. Will definitely recommend others to try!

I've only been in a few times but the staff are very friendly and welcoming and even gave advice to what I should try and everything I have tried has been great but the milkshakes are by far the best thing to go for, will definitely be coming in more often.

Really nice place, American style burgers with great fries and custom shakes. Great service every time, never had any issue. Decor is a little vanilla but it's on the small size so nice for a quick bite while in town, convenient for takeaway too.

Stumbled across this place with some friends while going to an event in Doncaster. So glad we did because it was fantastic: hot, fresh, delicious food. No gimmicks, reasonable prices, simple options. We've been back to this and other locations a few more times with similarly great experiences. A couple of times a year we make a point of driving out just for the treat! My only complaint: there's still no location in Sheffield!

Came into urban around 1pm, had a few tables but mostly just the end of dinner time rush, everything was spotless the floor and tables. Service was fast and everything was made perfectly. Truly an enjoyable burger at a decent price. Evan was lovely, took my order and came round to make sure everything was okay.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Food turned up cold, rude staff and unhelpful. Food missing from order and when rang up to request the missing food be sent we were told they would just check the cctv to see where the order went wrong and would not send out any of the missing items. They clearly did not believe the food was missing and were very rude on the phone. Want a refund. Do not order from here.

Yes it’s like a 5 guys in Starbucks colour scheme BUT better. Not as greasy as 5 guys and chips were crispy outside and fluffy middle. Really can’t find any fault, even the staff were happy and friendly.

First time at Urban Burgers with a friend, served by a nice man - wasn't sure how the order was placed - i ordered a veggie burger with jalapenos - when i stuck into my burger my mouth was on fire they added fresh green chilies - I approached the staff who kept saying our jalapenos are fresh green chilies - im not sure how the company can add green chilies and call them jalapenos - jalapenos are like pickles not fresh green chilies the company has no idea this could have massive impact on customer even to lead me to having my mouth on fire and all i got from the staff is in what they supply. This should be made very clear when placing an order to what they call jalapenos.

Ordered a delivery with strawberry milkshake. Yet no whip cream which is the best part. What a total waste of money, why advertise something showing lots of whip cream yet don't put any on the milkshake. Rip off merchants who steal your money.
