I attend weekly with one mate or another. Alway freshly cooked meals, very, very reasonably prices. If you are in Burslem you must given them a chance to proved you with a meal. I am not connected to the cafe in anyway but do like to support local businesses

We go here about once a month and generally order slightly off menu and nothing is ever too much trouble. Superb quality and well presented - you won’t be disappointed

Has to be one of the best breakfasts served in Stoke on Trent. This little cafe in Burslem has friendly staff and a friendly clientèle. We won't go anywhere else for breakfast on a Saturday morning

Welcoming, clean cafe. The food was really good quality, the prices were also really good! It’s tucked away a bit and the surroundings initially put us off, but once we entered the cafe we weren’t disappointed.

Great service, great food, great value. Wifes Lasagna was as good as she has tasted in many a long while. My all day breakfast was excellent. Great to find a small local café with such appeal.

As a fan of traditional cafes for breakfast, I've been meaning to try Upper Crust for a while and finally got around to it on Saturday morning. Sat opposite the sadly defunct Burslem market, it is brightly decorated, clean and the staff are friendly. Most importantly, the breakfast was excellent. The picture on its Trip Advisor page very accurately represents the large breakfast I had and it tasted as good as it looks. Oatcakes with cheese were also very good. If you're looking for an old fashioned (in the good way) breakfast then this is the place to go.

Very clean, warm in winter; excellent before football, shopping, or just passing through. For example, there's omelette and beans, under £3.00. Give it a try.

A very clean cafe in historic Burslem. Cheap 5 item breakfast was very tasty. Note that the 5 items come with toast and tea/coffee as well, so that's 7 items for £3:65! Friendly staff

I highly recommend Upper Crust Cafe being your first choice when choosing to go to a cafe! The cafe is very clean, the service is great and the staff are very friendly. The food is well prepared, well cooked and always high standard. I personally recommend the full English which is perfect for me. Always enjoy my visit to Upper Crust. The best cafe I've been to.

Came here for an amazing afternoon tea with a lovely friend. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Incredible voices of teas and the food was outstanding. Plenty left over for a doggy bag for the family. The aesthetics were so well thought out too. Cannot fault the food or the experience.

Really great oatcakes. We had the challenge, a double and a single oatcake with various fillings and everyone was very happy.

Nice, small, friendly pub. A quiet place for friendly chats over a beer. It has its own individual, cool atmosphere.
