This is the best cafe, the food, service, staff, everything is very good and one staff member named Sonal looks very nice and the way she serves, she gives a lot of respect to the customers.

Upper Crust is a simple outlet-cafeteria located inside Charing Cross Station and offers soft-drinks, coffee-to-go, various baguettes and is part of a chain of baguette-to-go cafetaria’s started in 1986. The is popular with train commuters. Service is adequate. You can go for a take-away coffee or a baguette, or have a seat at the spartan seating area of the café. While by-passing we spotted the cafeteria and went for a cheese-tomato baguette and a bottle of mineral water. The baguette was fresh and surprisingly tasty.

Upper Crust in Charing Cross station is the best cafe in and around Charing Cross station for a lot of reasons - location, space, good food, great service (today it was Rishabh, Thank you Rishabh for your fantastic service) and the care that goes in. I also have very fond memories of this particular branch in London as the first thing I did when I immigrated to London years ago was to drink a nice cup of Hot chocolate here. The quality of food and service and vibes been consistent always. Thank you Upper Crust team.

"Upper Crust" seems to be a Chain/Franchise pitched at the lower-end of a crowded, largely "Takeout" snack market : their "Big Thing" - judging by their Counter Display - is a range of mainstream-taste Baguettes, of various sizes (Cheese & Ham, and variations on that theme). We stop-by at this particular Outlet to briefly meet-up with a Friend who works nearby, and this time around - as we've done before - we simply had Coffees & Cookies, which we consumed in the rather spartan seating area which the Cafe offers. The staff on the Counter were friendly, efficient & helpful, the Coffee was reasonably good, prices were very reasonable for what we got. As we've said before, what they do at "Upper Crust" @ Charing Cross Station, they do very well...

In the station. Still serving food and drinks at 9pm when we were heading home from an event. Perfect for a simple quick bite. Food was quite fresh and well presented. Did the trick.

We came to Charing Cross Station to meet a Friend who works in the neighbourhood, and having been at St. Pancras the previous day, we were quite taken aback at just how dilapidated and uninviting the surroundings on this "Station Plaza" are - "depressing", we said. Anyway, we had quite OK Coffees + Cookies at the "Uppercrust Charing Cross" Outlet, where our Server at the Counter was very pleasant, for all that we had a little difficulty with English.

It all looks OK but service is poor and the bar food served is cheap frozen food at prices that should require a far better quality. There are far better options in London

Caja de almuerzo muy saludable y abundante. Me tomó mucho tiempo terminar en realidad. . Servicio agradable, no demasiado pretencioso, relajado. ¡recomendado!

I used to love this place, but haven't been for nearly 10 years. I'm glad to see it hasn't changed too much, but with the downside that it is now apparently owned by BrewDog. Luckily, it appears they let them continue without having to follow the "taproom by numbers" you get out of most BrewDog bars, so not only does it have it's own look, but there is a much more interesting selection of beers. It was easy enough to get a seat on a Saturday afternoon, which is always a bonus in a decent location like this.

Fui a desayunar. Mucho a mucho. Este lugar no es para mi. Buen café sin embargo.
