United Cafe in Trafford

A group of us needed somewhere to meet before the match and this proved perfect. Not only is it what looks a really good takeaway restaurant it served as a bar early in the evening which was perfect. They serve a fairly limited range of drinks, but at reasonable prices and the beer was well kept. The place is adorned with United memorabilia and the staff are absolutely fabulous. Just a five minute walk if that to the ground as well.

On the corner of Chester road/Warwick road by the lights. Very busy on match days food not bad for a chippy you also eat in or take away curry is very nice. You can also get a full English which isn’t bad.

Went here with MyLovelyWife for dinner (that's at lunchtime for southerners) . I was hoping to have puddin and chips and curry sauce as I've not been north of Bristol for about twenty years and there are no Holland's pies in the south. However as it wasn't a match day I had to settle for a superb meat pie (anchipsancurry) and they did double egg and chips for MLW as she sadly can't have pie poor thing. All in all a nice trip down memory lane and thanks to the owner for making us feel welcome on a quiet weekday when they could've been shut like Lou Macarons.🍔

Was looking to get a decent breakfast one morning, after choosing not to eat in our hotel, this was the first café we came across. We ordered a full breakfast, and took our seats to wait, the guy went into the other room and we could hear microwaves pinging away, eventually got our food, it was edible, but I imagine microwave sausage, lukewarm bacon, microwaved egg!!! Beans and tinned tomato, poured over everything, it was ok but nothing to write home about and I'm sure there are better options available elsewhere.

This place has the BEST pudding chips peas & gravy in the world!! Makes our day whenever we go to watch a match!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I presume it was the owner that greeted my Son and myself at the door by asking where are you going. Inside for coffee was the obvious answer. I asked my Son if he wanted anything to eat and he said "I think I'll pass" if he hadn't been desperate for the toilet there is no way we would have gone in after the rude reception.

Friendly but prices are high even on a none match day 6.50 for a fish that’s not cod n refried chips stop using pangas and advertising as cod and defrosting it in warm water sausages all breakfast stuff kept in fridge in tub with cling film for three four days

I had some business in April of this year and the business was located 100 yards from Old Trafford (New Ground) Great Fish and Chips with a beer. Plenty of choices on menu.

No las patatas fritas más maravillosa que jamás, pero son de buena calidad y a un precio razonable y caliente y hay un bar. En días de partido hay un gran ambiente, el lugar se llena y hay siempre un montón de distancia ventiladores en. Sin duda merece la pena una visita.

El sitio esta muy bien, ya que esta lleno de fotografías y cuadros de las leyendas y momentos históricos del Manchester United. El cafe estaba bueno demasiado cargado para mi gusto, pero lso he probado peores y en sitios caros, y este para lo que costaba estaba bueno. El señor muy agradable y hablaba un poquito español.

Went in before a game. Chips were awful. The cheeseburger almost as bad. The only reason to go here is the location near the stadium.

Great for pre match food before a game. Very small seating area inside but the turnover is quick so people are coming and going all the time and the service is very good. The food is very good for a basic fill up and the prices are reasonable.

Um cafe normal apos a visita ao estadio. Bom para um descanso ou esperar a chuva passar. Preço de estadio.

conveniently located on sir matt's road...went in beachwear of the good marketing ploy..had the fish & chips which were standard...meaning no taste..but was a bit chipper outside so had to get warm...recommendation: keep strolling straight to old trafford
