Uncle Sams Hamburger Express Shoreham in Adur

I orderd from just eat 53 pounds worth of food when I opened my burger there was a dead moth on the bun and it had actually imprinted on the bun you could see the wing pattern on the bun tried to call uncle sams for about 2 hours and not one person answered the phone tried to get hold of just eat just to be told I'd be contacted in 24hours and they still haven't called me back so I'm at a loose end been going there since I was a kid and never had this before worst thing is no-one wants to do anything about it !!I threw the whole order in the bin

Every-time I have gone, they have done really well. Got the food done quickly and efficiently. Sometimes sit in, sometimes take out - both are good. Still go there regularly

Been going to Uncle Sam's when it first opened in Montpellier Rd Brighton, now live in London but when visiting family in Southwick always have to have a Uncle Sam,s as they are the best burgers you will ever have, my Hubby had his 1st Uncle Sam's yesterday and he agreed the best burger he has ever had.

Always swing by here if in the area, Burgers always good if starting to get a little pricey now. Fries nice. Drinks a little small and basic, cola, lemonade etc) Staff always nice. Will defo be back.

Always top notch burgers every time

Burger was really superb, very tasty beef with fresh salad. My fries were not freshly cooked and had that 2-hour McDonald's texture/taste/temperature. The milk shake was dreamy 😋 Overall very good but freshly cooked fries would be 5 star to a great burger and shake.

Paid £28 for a double burger, a single burger, fries and onion rings. They couldn't even get that right as onion rings were not delivered. Pathetic!!!!!!!

We had quite a large order but took less than ten minutes to make, always very tasty and lots of salad which we love.

The Toffee shakes are nice but the burgers on last 2 visits are not hot enough and everything is smaller and more expensive not great value

Should have saved my money, soggy bun, thin tasteless burger, garnish almost nonexistent, miserly amount of fries. Cook my own next time.

Please make sure you are checking and packing orders correctly when they are being delivered. This is the 2nd occasion drinks have been missing.

This is by far the best burger around!! Had the biggest burger and was hot and delicious,chips good milkshake perfect! Would highly recommend this Shoreham uncle Sam's!

Tasty food, bland, and eating in diner, the server was not very talkative.

One of the best Uncle Sams from the area. Last visited just as they opened. Very friendly, great service. Buying a pot of their chilli sauce to take home is a must.

Went here today, ordered a double chilli cheese burger extra garlic and a cheese burger. From start to finish absolutely amazing experience, the time effort and care that went in to the preparation of these two burgers was second to none, I eat a fair few Uncle Sam's from a few other stores and this one hands done has to be the best Uncle Sam's I've eaten, the staff were great and even chopped the onion up in my burger Great service great burger Keep up the great work

This place is legit. Don't understand how anyone would queue down at McDonald's when they have this on their doorstep. Consistently great.

Usual uncle Sam's just needs to a bit of refresh in its decor looks really dated now, the milkshakes just aren't as good as they were years ago

I only wanted a milkshake but left empty handed as there is a minimum spend on contactless payments of £6.00 In this day and age I was shocked as we are being driven to a cashless society Won't be going there anymore.

I came here unexpectedly, and did not of what to think. The burgers were coming out fast and I almost got a cheeseburger. But I was just the for milkshakes..they only have four flavours toffee, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. I had the vanilla dn my friend the strawberry.it was super thick and tasty. Just the way I liked.my dog had no issue it's disabled friendly and the staff were very friendly...I am definitely coming back for burgers and onion rings.

Always cooked to order both hot and fresh with great shakes! If we think of getting a burger these guys are always high on our list. Thoroughly recommended.

One of the only original Uncle Sam's who stick to the way burgers should be made.

You can get Apple Pies here. Becuase they are franchised, not all the Uncle Sam's stores sell apple pies. Always cooked fresh so they will be hot, even after driving 5 miles back home it was still hot enough to cause ouchies.

Tasty burger and chips. Good sized meal, freshly made.

This shop closes far too early…. Maybe open later say 1 pm and stay open until 10pm . Some people eat later due to working. You are giving business away to McDonald’s

In this day and age, asking for a minimum spend of £6 to use a debit card is criminal and archaic, plus no signage anywhere stating this. When you challenge it, I was met with a sarcastic “I am the sign” from an arrogant teenager behind the counter. I’ve been in many a time where the other young staff haven’t stated/enforced this £6 min order, nor is it applicable in Worthing, Hangleton and Burgess Hill branches I’ve been to with the same order. I think it’s just a scam to increase takings by one employee so be warned !

Cooked well and they seemed to of changes the blue cheese sauce for the better as stronger flavour and thicker.

Used to be good but same with hangleton 1 burgers are just thrown in small portions. Think I'll be trying the old original in brighton

Delicious and hot. Cheeseburger meal and lovely crisp chicken nuggets with great garlic mayo dip.

Usually lovely burgers and chips here. Occasionally not so good when the owner isn't on duty and it's just kids working in there.

Have to recomend their plant based burgers. Use to always come here before I changed to plant food so thought I'd give one of their options a try and was really impressed

Been coming here for years. Started off with pocket money from my grandma to get an All Star meal for my brother and I. Now all grown up, I live in London and when ever I come down to visit I try to come to this place for a special lunch treat. The best burgers and milkshakes in Shoreham. Thanks guys for the memories

Hangleton branch stated they were open from 10,yet said we had to wait til 10.30???Southlands/shoreham branch weren't open til 11.30!!!!Tried the lancing branch, eventually, and it was delicious!!

I bought a Bacon Cheeseburger yesterday from Uncle Sam's, and it was very good; filling and moreish without being greasy. The chips were lovely and crunchy, and I particularly liked how they came with a small salt sachet, meaning you could add as much or as little salt as you wanted. Given the price wasn't that much more expensive than typical fast food joints, the value for money was excellent.

Our biggest burger seems to taste all the better since covid lockdown. Chilli dip always gives me hiccups but tastes sooooo good. Looking forward to the next time.
