Great staff, efficient, friendly, caring and professional. The good was cooked and well presented probably not the best nutrition but it's fast food so what can you get expect.

Over cooked food.the cook keeps putting all his weight on the burger and all the juice comes out.by the time you get it its dry and chewy

Ised to be Best burgers ever not any more

REALLY BAD..the patty is some cheap tasteless thin strip of what seems like frozen meat.The buns are pretty tasteless, the bbq sauce is not good.the price is up there with high end burgers with handmade patty's.The only ok thing was the milkshake..rest is the kind of burger I'd expect from macd's at x2 the cost!

Just went in and ordered. Staff very friendly, food cooked fresh and piping hot, great price, and tasted delicious. Whilst waiting inside I was also impressed with overall cleanliness of the establishment, it looked spotless. Will definitely return, and have no hesitation in recommending.

Always love the chilli and garlic mayo dips and have nice food here.

The best burger by a country mile .We traveled 40 miles to get one their meals, beats MCdee and the staff are just fantastic.

Fresh ingredients,a large choice of burgers, beef, chicken and vegetarian, particularly good spicy bean burger!

The best burger place hands down McDonald's, burger king, even five guys don't reach the quality of Uncle Sam's, please never change.

Covid secure still which is great to see, friendly, pleasant staff. Freshly cooked food, well stacked burgers, skin on fries, hot not luke warm! Staff found us Apple Pies and cooked them fresh too. Prefer them to other bigger burger chains ....well worth a visit and please wear a mask! It's a small shop with limited ventilation. .

Ordered some food . Person behind counter coughed into his sleeve and proceeded to cross his arms contaminating his hands. He proceeded to make my food and when I asked him to wash his hands before preparing my food. All I got was abuse, so got my money back and left. I shouldnt have to tell them about hygiene at the moment. Stay well away.

The food was made super quick. I liked it. Very tasty. Wish they had a vegan/veggie "meat like" option. The onione rings are superb. The milkshake was awesome too. Very friendly staff. They wear masks, and there is a plastic blend. Recommend this place.

Best burgers. Grew up in Rustington but now live in South London. My wife happened to be down in Rustington today and brought me a burger back. Very happy.

Was slightly drunk when I went in there OK very drunk Asked for the biggest burger and got what I asked for I remember it being very big and was tasty staff was good.as well yes would go there again maybe a bit more sober;)

Love having “Sams night” with my sister. The staff are always so welcoming, can always accommodate the fussy requests. Even on large orders and multiple variations on the same burgers never have they made a mistake

Fresh burgers cooked to order. Do not normally have too long to wait. Take away only at the moment due to restrictions, but under normal circumstances they do have tables for eating in.

Never order from here before and will never order again, Just ordered two Chicken Burgers meals. Coke was flat, chips greasy, chicken burgers was the WORST I've ever eaten.

I've always liked Rustington Uncle Sam's. The food is pretty good but the service is such that you always feel like you're putting them out when you order!
