Enjoyed the atmosphere and the setup of this establishment. Great menu and food looked good however it was just very bready, even the Seitan and Falafels were bready/ stuffing like and in a bun it just made it heavy and filling, only gripe really. Bean Curd Scratchings were amazing, so good!

I had seared mushrooms on a pretzel bun and it was absolutely awesome. Located in the bright pink truck just outside Brighton station main entrance, and serving vegan creations on interesting breads. Today's was incredibly good, mushrooms with tangy jalapenos, fresh little tomatoes and lettuce that actually crunched. I'm glad I live near the station (makes it easier to eat my way through the menu), and so happy to have such a great vegan kitchen nearby. Not the best photo, but I was just keen to eat it!

I had incredebly tasty vegan fish in this rustic pub and entertaining chats with the barkeeper. Great atmosphere and food!

Ubicado en el pub de fundición, un pequeño establecimiento adecuado donde puedes tomar una buena pinta y algo de comida vegana increíblemente buena. Teníamos el camembert para compartir y los dos teníamos el pescado y las patatas fritas (pescado hecho de flor de plátano). Deliciosos de principio a fin, los chefs también fueron encantadores, haciéndonos saber que si queríamos más tostadas para el camembert solo para preguntar. El único inconveniente fue que el personal del pub era un poco miserable. El tipo que limpió nuestra mesa claramente tenía un lugar mejor para estar. Al despejar, dijimos lo bueno que era y él nos dejó en blanco. . . . Encantador. De todos modos, no dejes que eso te desanime. Buena comida, encantadores chefs. ¡Gracias!

Excelente hamburguesa de frijoles, perfectamente cocida, crujiente por fuera suave en el medio, sabores encantadores en la guarnición. El simulacro "Queso Azul" es un excelente complemento.

I was in Brighton for the day and heard so much about this Pub I looked for it planning to have lunch. This was in October, I think, I didn't write a review straight away because I was hoping that I had been mistaken and walked in the wrong establishment, tbh. I think the place was under some partial refurbishment as there was a handyman performing some kind of woodwork and I didn't see any menus ( it was a Mon early afternoon) so I decided to have a look around instead of eating. No hot drinks, I asked for a coffee and I was met with eyes rolling 🙄, I am a Straight Edge Vegan, I normally have soft drinks. A pint of orange juice was almost 6£, the man drinking at the bar was as shocked as me when I paid. We agreed it would have been cheaper to get a pint! I sat in a back table, no music, no atmosphere, so depressing that I just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. And I did. I still don't understand where all the raving food reviews are coming from, the furniture was tired and the place so dusty, I would have had to have a gun pointing to my head to eat there. What a bizarre experience

I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! Seriously good food. The BEST vegan roast dinner I have had. Quaint little place, lovely staff. I had the banana blossom with all the trimmings- roast potatoes, glazed carrots, gravy, cauliflower cheeze, YORKSHIRE PUDDING, you name it, it was on that plate! Thank you for making my Sunday lunch a complete delight!!! Please check out!!!!

Delicious high end Vegan food and reasonable prices. Its not a bad pub either ;)

Tuvimos mucha suerte de encontrar este lugar mientras visitábamos Brighton. Tuvimos un servicio increíble de una camarera muy feliz, y la comida fue absolutamente deliciosa. Lo recomendaría al 100%!

Disfrutamos del ambiente y la configuración de este establecimiento. El gran menú y la comida se veían bien, sin embargo, era muy breve, incluso el Seitan y los Falafels eran como pan / relleno y, en un moño, lo hacía pesado y abundante, solo una queja realmente. Los rasguños de cuajada de frijoles fueron increíbles, ¡tan buenos!

Absolutely fantastic vegan food, nice and spicy wings. Great rosemary chips. The pub is alright, not super cosy and not really set up for food when it's busy so best to go in the quiet times. Staff and chef were really friendly and the food came quickly.
