This is a quiet rural coffee shop/restaurant close to Portrush. The ambience is relaxing and comfortable, just right for a catch up conversation. The coffee is good and there are some nice tray bakes.

We were heading to the Port and looked up Tik Tok for a hidden gem, this place came up. It was a rainy Saturday and we couldn't believe how busy it was. It was buzzin! We had a short wait for a table. We ordered the summer wrap and chicken foccia. Fantastic prices as well. Stunning decor!! Staff were so attentive and lovely. We'll definitely be back to try breakfast and that's saying something as we live 1hr away!!

Breakfast at 10 am this morning, staff were excellent. I had the full breakfast meat free with hallumi cheese in place of pork. Quirky laid out restaurant which reminded me of my many trips to Austria (log cabin style inside).

Delicious nutritious food. Great for vegan and vegetarians but equally delicious if a meat eater. I have the nourish bowl with falafel and I am a meat eater. My 3 year old had the Nutella pancakes and my husband had the summer wrap. It’s a limited menu but I like a small menu done well so a thumbs up from us.

Popped in here for my breakfast and I ordered a House Breakfast. It was brilliant. Everything cooked to perfection and all with a smile from the staff - very friendly and a nice customer atmosphere.

We went for lunch on a Monday and then again on the Thursday to be shocked by the price increases. And the shrinkflation. We will not be back.

I go quite often as it's one of the very few places that make french toast. Although the prices are increasing and the portions are getting smaller, its still fabulous. When ordering coffee, it's never hot, its always look warm, so I ask for extra hot which would be every other coffee shops normal temperature. Upon ordering my coffee extra hot, I asked the waiter to print off a receipt to notice THEY CHARGE 10P EXTRA FOR EXTRA HOT!!! (Added the picture of the receipt) I couldn't believe it. Nevermind that the syrup stung me 70p, the 10p for the extra hot coffee took me by surprise. I asked the waiter who explained it's for the extra use of the machine. Absolute madness. Will not be returning.

Food not great, very small portions and expensive. Silly little tables and chairs in the lean to room. Staff not very pleasant. Definitely better cafes in Portrush and Portstewart.

First visit for me. Although my other half has been a few times. We had the house pancakes with bacon and syrup. And the House breakfast with chilli jam on the side. House breakfast was definitely the star of the show. The sausage patty and the mushroom were packed with flavour. And the soft poached eggs were done to perfection. Coffees were superb. I'm pretty specific when ordering my coffee as regards to the number of shots, I'm delighted to say my coffee was just perfect. Just how I like it. Food was grand. And prices are in keeping with other breakfasts in the area. So why not 5stars? Easy I have dropped 2 stars because the only seating left was in a lean too area. It was baltic. Thankfully the food came quickly. So we ate and left. I'm writing this review 90min after leaving and my feet are still freezing. If I ever return, I'll make sure there is available space in the Main dining room before ordering food Meanwhile..... guys. The log burner is not effective at heating that space. Please think of your customer base. We were not the only diners who chose to keep our coats on. We spoke with 2 other diners as we were leaving and had similar opinion

We are regulars here February /October each year since it opened, despite the higher prices. But I’d like to know - in respect of this year - Who shrunk the scones and the croissants? The croissants must be the smallest anywhere. Quality and ambience remain good but value for money is in the way down!

We each had a gluten free toasted sandwich which was absolutely minuscule and as dry as a stick. Also on the plate was a thimble sized quantity of coleslaw. It was beyond disappointing. Sufficient to say that we came home and still needed to have lunch. We won’t be in a rush to recommend this place.

This was our first visit and we will visit again. We had tea, coffee and scones. Coffee was good with a good sized mug. We had a lemon and blueberry scone which was very tasty and again a good big size and the cinnamon scone with the mascarpone cream. The cinnamon scone alone is the reason I will be visiting again … that crunch lol. 10/10

Two twenty is our favourite foodie spot on the North Coast and that’s amongst some stiff competition!! We’ve visited for brunch and lunch (and coffee and cake too!) and it’s been amazing every time. Kids have enjoyed the French toast, sausage rolls and quesadillas. We’ve had the breakfast, French toast and chilli eggs and they’ve outdone themselves every time! Absolutely delicious!! Loved the chilli jam with our breakfast. Food has been so good that we’ve made special trips to come back a few times- it’s great that white rocks beach is so close by to make the perfect outing! Cakes are good too- cinnamon buns are the best we’ve ever had! Service is friendly- can’t fault anything. Have been raving about two twenty to anyone who’ll listen. I’m sure it gets very busy on the weekends. After food, the kids can play on the play equipment outside, which is a bonus :) We can’t wait to come back next time!

Ordered Seasonal French Toast which was accompanied by berry compote and cream. Allergens were labelled beside each dish and as I have a nut allergy this dish was suitable for me. Although, it arrived on my table spread with granola and nuts which was not stated on the menu. Thankfully I noticed the nuts before eating or this could have been a serious incident!! The issue was resolved quickly and an apology from the staff with a fresh dish however it was a scare.

I can’t really comment on the food because after struggling to park the car as footballs were strewn everywhere. We got our dog out of the car (on the lead) hoping to sit at one of the outdoor picnic tables. As we approached the cafe a man shouted at us that “dogs have to stay in the car”. Needless to say we went somewhere a bit more welcoming to our furry friends.

This is a good, recent addition to the eaterie list for the North Coast. Food is fresh and varied. Staff are friendly and efficient. Prices are a bit on the high side which means we aren’t there as often as we’d like.

Literally the worst customer service Iv ever experienced, if I can even say that because we weren’t even served! Took my mum for coffee today and I went to the till to order. There was two staff behind the counter both on mobile phones-never lifted their heads!! It seemed they were too busy working out the weeks rota to even acknowledge I was standing ready to order. I stood 5 minutes! I spoke to them. Not one of them lifted their heads, one actually walked away on her phone. Eventually I turned round completely gobsmacked at the lack of manners and my mum and I left as we weren’t even spoken to let alone served. I don’t think they even realised we walked out. I have been in most coffee shops along the north coast and this is by far the worst service I have experienced. Not the first time I had a bad experience here but I definitely will not be back when they can’t even say hello let alone serve you.

Received a latte which some how tasted of burnt water, too hot inside no air conditioning on. Ballamena Costa is on another level to this place.

I visited this 'Ground' before Christmas with my little dog. The girl was extremely courteous and helpful and prepared some bacon for my little dog while we had lunch. We returned today and sat at the same seat. The employee rushed down and greeted me with 'dogs not allowed' despite the fact there was a Schnauzer roaming around the shop on a long lead. When I pointed this out to the young 'lady', her reply was "service dog". The little canine in question had no harness and no labels to indicate it was a 'service dog'. If the establishment is not dog friendly, that is fine. I can live with that. However the attitude of that member was nothing short of abrupt and bordering on obnoxious. This particular 'Ground' is not only non dog friendly, it is also no human friendly. Avoid like the plague.

Just perfect all around. Filter coffee perfect, so nice I had to get it twice! Avo toast super good also, along with the perfect location and service. Couldn't be any better.
