Amazing breakfast in Market Harborough on the high street. Wonderful place with a view of the church. The smashed avocado on taste was really sumptuous and the coffee was amazing. Great service from a family run place.

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff, and an excellent lunch. It is a little compact upstairs, but none the worse for that!

Best sandwich I’ve ever had!! Hot chicken satay on toasted focaccia! Absolutely delicious. My partner had a cheese and ham gluten free sandwich with a salsa sip. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. The perfect cafe / Restuarant.

Lovely quirky cafe in Harborough. Very small but they do have outside space too. Lovely staff but the real attraction is the food. Absolutely scrumptious. Had the spinach type pastie which comes with the most amazing salad. So tasty healthy and different. I’d like to eat it every day! I don’t live in Harborough or I would go Every day! Coffee was really lovely too. It’s a real hidden gem

I have eaten (and taken away) from these guys many times since they opened. The food is always great and the staff are always lovely. It's a little bit different to your average cafe (with a focus on healthy foods and a South-African twist to some of the menu items). I'd really recommend anything that comes with salsa (there's plenty of fresh chilli in there).

Was in town and my daughter wanted an iced coffee. I had walked past several times so thought we would use our money to a local business. Won't bother again. Got a cup of half coffee and half froth and wasn't ice at all-not even cold. All for £4.50! Rip off.

Beautifully presented flavoursome fresh food served in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I ordered a flat white and a spinach and ricotta pastry. I was asked if I'd like salad with it, and I'm so glad I said 'yes'. The three types of salad it arrived with were gorgeous. I felt like I'd done my body a real favour. The cafe has a very chilled vibe, and the staff/owners take great pride in what they serve (which, sadly, is a rare treasure these days). The coffee (sourced from Jute Coffee) is excellent too.

Having walked past this cafe a few times, we decided to give it a go for some lunch and a coffee. When we walked in we where greeted by several members of staff who where happy and very helpful to get us seated with our little girl. While getting seated and getting a high chair, a member of staff went out her way to help keep our little one occupied while we got sorted at the table. The menu was shown to us along with some recommendations which we went with. The food arrived promptly and was very well presented and tasted as good as it looked. It was great to hear how passionate the staff where about there menu and food, explaining all ingredients are locally sourced from small business and bakers. They also sell some amazing coffee which is also local, we ended up buying a bag to take home and will be back soon for more. Can’t recommend this cafe enough, if you are local or visiting definitely pop in.

Lovely little cafe, found by accident as it was our first visit to Market Harborough (quite impressed by the town). The young lady on the till was friendly and welcoming, the food (cheese toastie on sourdough) was tasty and fresh, and loved the side dish of salsa. Coffees were excellent too, water available to help yourself to. It is only small, with an upstairs area too, and outside seating. Noticed regulars coming in for take a aways. Recommended.

This little cafe in the middle to Market Harborough is a gem. The food here is home made, by the two ladies who own and unit. Neither are old or goats, but their food is very tasty. We both had the house salads. Both fresh with quinoa, yummy.

When I wrote a review for this delightful venue in August I had no idea that I would have the opportunity to revisit in September but our coach once again stopped in MH for a break so I hot footed it to Ruffles and experienced the same welcome as previously. They offer a variety of themthe most delicious home made scones as well as other goodies. Helpful staff, great service. I really enjoyed my tea and scone and maybe one day the coach will stop at MH again. This town has so much to offer, and is well worth a visit.

Great Bowden is a great place to visit on a dog walk, shame that Bowden Stores isn’t. Food was okay, if not a little basic. Service was slow and the prices are on the higher side, but this is probably to make up profits for the lack of seating. There are several better places to go for a light bite or coffee if you’re in the greater Market Harborough area, most of which won’t make you stand by the door or sit in the rain if you have a four-legged friend.
