This is a really nice village pub. They have a good selection of beers and wines. There is always a good atmosphere. They also have a pool table and great TV.

Great, cosy village pub with welcoming hosts. Warm yourself by the log fire or play a game of pool. All major sporting events can be watched from any spot in the pub. And, of course, the selection of beers will suit every palette.

Visited a few times now, always a friendly welcome from the landlord and locals. Food is great, plentiful and always nicely presented. Good selection of beers, a very nice pint indeed. Great for us with the pub being in the Britstop scheme, means we can park up in pub car park for the night in our camper and have a meal and a few drinks, which we've done a number of times. Lovely little gem of a pub!

Me and me dad often come to the white Hart, the beer is always good, staff very friendly, Dan the landlord is always in good spirits and makes you feel at home... and the locals are good... if your looking for a proper country pub I'd hundred percent recommend... I've seen some of the negative comments on here which are in my view, unfounded and silly... one in particular is from a rude man that kicked off for being told to leave, and its pathetic when people have to get on review sights and leave lies... also love the pub games they have accessible, I.e skittles, darts, pool... gives the place a nice feel... Countless people have gone into the hart and countless people have been made to feel welcome. A good pub in a good village I loves it i do And the foods banging 👍

Visited some friends in the lovely Village of South Kilworth last night and had the privilege of an evening in The White Hart. Lovely village pub with exceptional and friendly service. The landlord was so welcoming and made me feel at home. Locals were lovely too. Convinced my friends we needed some bar snacks as I saw the food going to another table and couldn’t resist. Lovely hot bar snacks perfect for the cooler evenings and definitely beat a bag of nuts. Price was amazing between the 3 of us. Thank you to The White Hart and South Kilworth. Having just read a review by another customer that has been placed today. I want to congratulate the landlord who did not shout or behave inappropriately. Having been concerned as a young child ran around with metal cutlery screaming, shouting and misbehaving. I would suggest that the family were challenged appropriately and respectfully! Numerous times the child was given options to sit in a high chair provided but was allowed to still scream and shout around the grounds/car park and inside the pub. The family were offered the food cooked and packaged after they decided to leave. The I presume “grandparents” stayed and ate the meals provided happily after the child and parents left!! The high chair was used as a threat by the parents and the pub was not at fault!! Thank you to the White Hart for being caring towards their customers and being respectful in the face of adversity. It cannot have been an easy situation to handle. Thank you and also food was lovely and drinks were great!!!

Traditional, well cooked pub grub. Always a pleasure to visit. Dan, the landlord, is welcoming, friendly and always a good laugh. He goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and happiness of his customers. Today he even managed a family with an unruly toddler with great restraint and effectiveness. In response to Candice Andrews review, her toddler was refusing to sit in the highchair provided, was running out into the outside area carrying cutlery, was told he would be put into a high chair numerous times but never was, threw tantrums, screamed "NO!" consistently, her meal was packed as a takeaway but she left before taking it and the grandparents seemed to happily stay and eat in peace.

Horrible experience!! Never again!! not a place for a family meal, after waiting 20 minutes for a highchair we was asked by an extremely rude landlord to leave as my toddler son was making a fuss about getting in the chair which is no surprise after waiting so long for it, he didn't give us any chance to settle my son just started shouting about other customers & demanding we leave like we were unruly drunks not a family trying to have lunch, he refused to refund the £60 we had already paid for the lunch we never got.

During a visit to the pub this afternoon I witnessed possibly the worst episode of parenting that I have ever seen where a young child was allowed by it’s supposed parents to run round the pub screaming and shouting and creating havoc for all the other Customers in the pub. The Landlord in fairness was extremely patient and dealt with the situation in a highly professional manner until he was given no option for the sake of other Customers to ask the parents to leave unless they could control their Child.Fortunately they did and the pub atmosphere returned to its usual friendly and very accommodating manner.Well done to the White Hart and all the Staff .

After a few weeks of inactivity the much missed Pub is doing Take Aways on Friday and Saturday evenings. Dan has a small menu advertised on boards outside the pub and social media at extremely affordable prices. They ask for 24 hours notice on meal choices and a collection time - they have adopted a 1 in and the rest queue outside regime. The food is at the pubs normal high quality standard ready at the time agreed and booked. To date we have had Fish 'n' Chips with Mushy Peas and they excellent, well packed to keep hot. They are also providing beer carry-outs provided we take our own containers.'Tis Brill news!
