Really not good Chinese food!!!. All is reheated!!. And the price off London but really not great!!!. Thought I would try for taste!. And I don't mind pay for good food but it is horrible. For what I paid for I could get for 28 pounds and would taste nice

Such an amazing Chinese. They delivered SO many chicken balls so good for your price. Don’t listen to these bad reviews. The man who delivered it was very polite and kind. It all came on time and was worth the price. Best chicken chow mein I’ve ever had, nice thick noodles instead of the normal skinny ones. Crispy beef was the best my dads ever had and my husband loved his chicken curry!

Great service and great food. Ordered on a Friday so understandable they were busy, delivery driver arrived on a moped with a white helmet, was very polite apologised for the wait and wished us a good evening. Great service from the driver! Definitely deserved a tip!

Was disappointing to say the least. Late delivery, and the food didn’t go down well whatsoever. Me thinking we just got a bad lot of food, only to find a friend of mine ordered earlier in the day with another late delivery and has spent her morning with both her and her nephew being sick. I think I’ll stay away from now on

Ordered through just eat. The worst Chinese I’ve ever had in my life. Not only is it extremely over priced for what it is the food is not edible. Crispy shredded beef was dry?! No sauce and so bland. Crispy aromatic lamb was deep fried and greasy all you could taste was the oil it’s been cooked in. The chips tasted like cardboard..They can’t even cook chips! These 3 items plus delivery cost me £42!!! To be thrown in the bin. Absolute waste of money trust the google reviews and do not order from here you’ll only be disappointed and hungry.

A cash only payment system operating in store but I think you can do an online payment as well. I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken balls but it is unfortunate that they give you only a small amount of sweet and sour sauce. I remember a time when you got a nice helping of the sauce..yum yum.

Lovely Chinese takeaway and food is always amazing everytime I order... I usually just go with the set meals (for convenience) or just a standard mixed fried rice with an accompaniment and it's always cooked to order, very filling, and reasonably priced... Their menu consists of the standard Chinese takeaway options plus some traditional (mainland) Chinese dishes which is quite unique and interesting...

Ordered on Uber eats. Waited over an hour. Used app to try to get an update. Then called and was told they had forgotten about the order and they just cancelled it. Now have to wait days for refund of my £40 and have no food! Update - 2 weeks later no sign of a refund from Uber Eats

I would save yourself the disappointment and order elsewhere. The duck and prawn crackers were good but everything else was pretty unpleasant, the majority of the order ended up in the bin.

Just awful! We ordered online no problem expected to be 40 mins or so to be delivered.The time came and went so we phoned,after a very frustrating phonecall we were told another 20mins wait...still no takeaway delivery so we phoned again to be told they had now cancelled the order without letting us know! The guy was giggling when telling us just to add insult to injury!

ordered food on just eat. it kinda slapped. the only rice was egg fried rice which i normally dont like cus i dont like eggs but the curry sauce flavour was strong enough so i didnt really taste any egg flavour. would happily eat it again :D

Worst Chinese I have ever had.. most of it ended up in the bin.. All chicken was processed chicken and chewy Chow mein was VERY greasy and tasteless Only got 8 prawn crackers in the bag which was stale I wish I read all the bad reviews before ordering and wasting my money!

I paid £39 for cold food and the most pathetic chicken satays I have ever seen. There was barely any chicken on the skewer and there was only 5 mushrooms in my beef with mushroom dish! I tried to contact the restaurant to complain and they didn't even bother to get back to me! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD FROM HERE!

41 pounds wasted , over cooked duck . Chicken in yellow bean sauce awful I took one bite . The rice was edible that’s it . It’s all binned. I’m sorry to be so harsh but honestly if you looked at that and thought it was ok to send out then a bad review is deserved

The duck was edible! the chicken balls were extremely fatty and hardly any chicken in them! They looked very old and just re heated didnt even try one! 😤 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE!

Fabulous mouthwatering Chinese food on every level, gorgeous aromatic crispy duck, lovely sweet and sour stir fry fresh crispy vegetables, perfect egg fried rice, and truly amazing curry sauce, all delivered bang on time, will definitely order again soon!

I've just ordered a Chinese from this establishment the worst Chinese ever I waited an hour and a half later than what they said I walked round there because it's 2 minutes away. And they forgot to put my order through will never order from here again

Always tasty, decent value. Some of the other reviews are surprising, as I've not had a problem, and I've been ordering regularly for a while now. Their Chow Meins are perfection, and the salt and pepper squid is just incredible.

The website said 40 minutes, it’s been nearly 1hr 45 minutes and still no food, can’t get through to them because they won’t answer the phone

Food arrived 2 hours earlier than ordered when we were not ready for it. Driver said to call the restaurant as he's "only the driver". Called restaurant who were quite rude, said they were busy and hung up not understanding the problem. Eventually got back through again and promised they'll come back with new delivery at the correct time, but never did despite another call where they promised they were on their way. Avoid!

Ordered takeaway from here. Food was good and would order here again.

I ordered a meal for me and my partner which came fast but unfortunately the rice was over cooked and the chicken balls was completely burnt and had no chicken in. If you want to order from this place make sure u find somewhere else don't waste your money 😠

Food was really good, chicken curry was really tasty, 👍 a little bit more than expected 💷 but overall 4* from us!

Had our first meal from new dimond this evening, it was awful. The food was very bland and over or undercooked. The chow main was flavourless and stodgy, even the onions had no dicernable flavour. The chicken balls were overcooked or burnt, the sweet and sour sauce was a flavourless goop. The chicken and veg dish was slimy undercooked chicken with veg that had been steamed to death and no longer had any flavour or consistency. The prawn toast was not only soggy in the middle but the prawns tasted off and looked like it had tumours growing! Even the prawn crackers tasted of nothing!! We did speak to the resteraunt to request a refund as neither myself or my partner ate the meal however the resteraunt refused the refund. Avoid this place as many Chinese takeaways in the area are far better.

Usual Chinese was closed so tried here. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY . Disgusting horrible food. Turned up on time but just revolting. Over cooked food, over reduced sauces, greasy, waste of money. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Always used this place in the past and the food was always good but looks like it has been taken over by new owners. The food we had delivered was awful. Everything tasted the same and was a stodgy mass of glutton. The prawn balls were rock hard as well... Avoid

This is our go to Chinese Take Away. Usually they are spot on with the order, although we have had the wrong item delivered in the past, but after a quick phone call, they quickly corrected the mistake and delivered the correct item straight away. Food is great and plenty of variety, with descent size portions. The only constructive criticism, would be that at times, they may have over cooked certain dishes, but this is the exception, as opposed to the norm. All in all , this is a 5 Star take away, with scrumptious food, we order here at least 2 times a month.

I see that it is under new management as of beginning of August 2016. But for the few decades that it has been running it has always been excellent. One of the very few where the food is very good and does not leave you feeling horrible and I wish I had not after. That wish I had not when there is too much MSG, salt, oil, sugar.

Worst Chinese delivery I’ve ever had. Was firstly told that it would be an hours wait for delivery which was no problem. 70mins later I called just to find out if it was on its way to be told it would be another 15mins, 20 mins later I called again and got the same response. Nearly 2 hours I waited for my food to be delivered. The disappointment didn’t end there either. When delivered the food was luke warm at best and not described as in the menu. Do not order food from this place. Mister chef in southborough is far better and I shall not be ordering from anywhere but there again! What a waste of £30, hardly any of it eaten, I think I’ll make a sandwich!

If I could give it less I would. Waited at least 20mins over the 40 minute timeslot we were given. After it taking 20mins on the phone to order it in the first place (not a big order)! Got the food home which was Luke warm at best. Forgot the sauces we had paid for. The chicken satay may as well have been the stick it was on as there was barely any meat on them. Food was not good. Do not order from here. Master chef on St. John’s wipes the floor with this place. We only tried it after my father in law had heard good things. Never again. Stick with what you know could never be more true!

The curry dishes were disgusting. They were like eating slime due to so much oil/grease in it. The rice was very dry. The only good thing I can say is that the chips were ok and so we're the mini spring rolls and prawn crackers. Think chef Gordon Ramsey would be swear big time if he saw the state of the curry dishes swimming in oil/grease. I won't be using this place again ever and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. To top everything off a chicken curry was missing from the order..

The food is really nice, different to other similar Chinese takeaways. Very rich in flavour and prices are usual. The only thing today was the service. I didn't mind being served by a very young person who was very stressed, i think he wasn't shown properly how to manage the till it computer. He didn't have a clue about the food either, but looks like he just started working. Please train him better, he's trying hard but it takes time. I'll definitely come back!

Average at best. The beef in the black bean sauce was weird, the sauce itself was nice but the meat had no texture to it and was a bit jelly like, that's the only way I can think to describe it. The duck spring rolls were nice. Sweet and sour chicken balls were OK but they were stingy on the sauce. I'll be sticking with Top Wok in the future.

I found the food to be fairly average, nothing I haven't seen many times before at many other similar restaurants. The price was fair and ordering simple, the service could do with a little tweaking though, I ordered two dishes and one was sent from the kitchen way ahead of the other which looks sloppy and unorganized.

We Were Very Excited To See New Diamonds new Menu.The Vegetarian Style "Chicken" Here Is Very Nice, Tofu Dishes Etc All Lovely. However, We Will Not Be Ordering From Them Again -Because They Are So Unorganised In The Kitchen, They Delivered Meat Dishes In Error Twice. They Have Also Done Exactly The Same Thing to Two Other Members Of My Family At Separate Addresses. They Do Not Seem To Think This Is A Big Deal Either - If You Have Never Eaten Meat, It Is A BIG Deal, believe me. Vegetarians Beware.

Ordered as takeaway for delivery, was told 20 mins,waited for 45 mins then called, was told another 10 mins 20 minutes or so later it arrived. We had ordered crispy duck, it arrived with no pancakes, sauce or cucumber, I called again,30 minutes later the cucumber arrived, still no sauce, asked the manager to call me as by thus time is was not a happy bunny did he call? No....I called and asked to speak to him,saying that the meal had been ruined,to be told if I wanted a refund or money back I have to bring the food back...we had eaten the food,threw the duck in the bin as by now it was cold,will I ever order from here again? NO WAY EVER!!//

Has changed ownership in the last month. Ordered on Saturday , every dish was awful , cold ... coated your mouth. Cold curry sauce. More fat than meat on the duck Forgot dish we ordered Appalling ...

We picked this up at last minute and the food was amazing. It was so light and wasn’t greasy at all. It didn’t give you that sluggish feeling after eating Chinese that you normally get. Lovely would highly recommend!

This is the second time we have had this Chinese, the first time we had it with friends at their house in tunbridge wells it was absolutely lovely. This time we had it at home the service is first class they went out of their way to deliver to us in tonbridge and the food again was absolutely lovely BEST Chinese by far.
