It's a Subway! Always pretty quiet on a weekday lunchtime. Efficient service as you'd expect.

It's never open in the morning! Opening times say 9:00. Why is it shut at 10:30??

Subway used to be expensive now it's crazy what you get for the money. They don't let you pick your toppings anymore and have completely changed the menu. I thought I'd try just to give it a chance. Just been given the smallest sandwich and they then decide to tell me.after I've paid I can no longer have salad on top. That's the last time.ill go to subway, I look forward to seeing the chain go bankrupt.

Terrible staff!! So bloody rude! Refusing put normal amount of veggies on it, half of the bun wasn’t even half! We just left as we couldn’t stand the stinky attitude of the staff!!

i went in and ordered a sub with the vegetarian patty and they forgot to put it in and only put lettuce and bbq sauce so went back up to the people and said that it’ll cost £5 just for the patty when it was their fault in the first place. very rude workers

We did try this place before. I love Subways and were having a hope that their options will get better,they will stop saving for every peace of tomato and other staff,but unfortunately every time it seems just to get worse. The hot drink machine is broken for months. Vegetarian options always are very limited. We asked to heat our food and it did go to oven but came out absolutely stale and cold. It definitely was our last visit there.

Opens at 7 am. I make it 0733 and there are no lights on..

Nice subway but this one never seems to have meatballs marinara and music is always too loud to hear what they are saying and vice versa.

Great food, but sloooww service.

Usually, I have no problems with this branch... but 11th Dec, its taken about 20-25 minutes to get from the door to a seat a the staff are so incredibly slow. 5 staff, only one appears to know what he's actually doing. Some were fairly rude and also dont listen to customers. My other half ordered a 6 inch but got given a footlong, but at this point couldn't be bothered to correct them... both of us had to give our salad order at least 3 times as they weren't paying attention... and rushed through paying even though it was their card reader that was too slow to respond... Not at all happy today. Wish I listened to my other half who suggested walking out after 10 minutes waiting in the queue......

the manager Naveen has a load of teenagers running the place with unsteady pay… shut the place down!

Absolutely disgusted by the actions of the 2 young guys working in this subway my husband went in this evening and ordered a sub and firstly had to remind the young guy to wash his hands as he came out from the back scratching his face then only to cut his finger on a knife while preparing my husbands food and then arguing with my husband because my husband didn't want the roll he had been cutting incase he had bled on it he was very rude and then proceeded to put the roll back and get another one rather then throwing the roll away I really suggest that these 2 young men refresh on health and hygiene in a place where food is served before someone reports the store or someone gets sick from poor hygiene and maybe some manners wouldn't go a miss too

After an awful day including a flat tyre and a hospital checkup that took 5 hours I was fed up and hungry,. Waiting for my puncture to be repaired. I was desperate for food and so. I went to Subway. The young man serving was polite and friendly and helpful, and the older chap, presumably the boss was even more so. I thought they were both excellent, couldn't ask for better. I would thourouly recommend them

To sum this up this place is full of a bunch of donkeys who barely have half a brain cell between them. Have a stinking attitude and should not be working around food. The place stinks

Friendly staff and speedy service however the sandwiches were ice cold. Took one back to be warmed up and it was still very cold the second time. Didn’t want the hassle of going back a third time - perhaps the oven is broken? Disappointing when a sandwich like the meatball one is supposed to be hot.

I go to this Subway all the time, and I'm always shocked by how lovely the staff are! Always friendly, polite, happy to help and make sure your order is exactly how you want it. The food is also consistently of high quality and very fresh, as well as sanitary as staff are always wearing gloves and will often change them. The only downside is there's often a shortage of a one or two items on the menu, but the girls working there appear genuinely remorseful if they have run out of anything, which I'm sure is no fault of their own. They are all hard working and clearly try to work together as efficiently as possible. Overall it is a lovely little store to stop in and I can guarantee the staff will be overtly kind and engaging and make you a very tasty sandwich just the way you want it.

Went in no masks being worn, long queue and when we starting talking about what we wanted to order, the loud mouth shouted at us 'no chicken' so that changed our order... the other girl couldn't handle separating ham, literally couldn't have took more time to make one sandwich. Then I was paying and they didn't have any change and the lady couldn't count.. not making this up, completely useless. Got home and the bread was as dry as that lady counting ability, and I hadn't got half of the salad I wanted.. just go get some plain bread and eat its better than what these are doing. no Joke.

It’s okay, not the best one nor the worst

Ordered via Uber as a treat for work colleagues, chased order to be told it’s been cancelled?? No explanation for cancellation, needless to say went elsewhere

Twice in a row got my order wrong(not the ingredients I asked) . Having 3kids around didn't notice at the time but came back home and wasn't too happy

Average good food quality, amazing costumer service, very nice staff.

The Staff at this Subway are lovely. Take my daughters once a week. They love it and say its the best in the area. Props to the young ladies behind the counter.

Great flavor, low fat at good price

Cannot express how disappointed I am at this place! How hard is it to make a sandwich!? They never have meatballs, even though I've been to other subways that can get them made in no time by microwaving them! So many times I've gone here and they've not got bread ready or have run out of chicken and other ingredients. Last few times I've gone here the staff are very depressed and miserable, appreciate it's a subway and probably not the nicest place to work, but it's not nice to get food from what feels like a hostile work environment. Going to make the effort to go to tonbridge now, just to avoid this place.

Unlike the subway at the victoria shopping centre, these guys know how to apply the discount for blue light card holders. They were also very friendly and helpful.

Very attentive staff. Right in the middle of the shops. Always go here rather than the others on offer nearby.

If you like Subway (and I do), DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Visited 3 times in the last 2 weeks and each time I have left without food, generally after a massive wait. Twice they had 'run out' of the food I'd ordered and the final straw this today. After queueing for nearly an hour behind 5, yes 5, other customers the staff got my order completely wrong. It was for 1 meatball sandwich, straight from the menu, no alterations and it was made without the meatballs! I for one will never go back and if you are hungry and in the area I would definitely advise going somewhere else.

The sandwiches are nice but the service could do with improvement. Long queue, staff chatting and laughing then one goes off leaving us bewildered

Real shame your new member of staff feels its appropriate to bring up personal arguments while serving customers.... started an argument with my friend while he was trying to purchase a sandwich

Absolutely disgraceful! I have never been more upset and disappointed with a sandwich in my life. I walked in the store and the floor was covered in food and crumbs and napkins - disgusting. I asked for 3 different sandwiches before they were able to make what i asked for due to a massive shortage of food! Furthermore, paying for my meal was an absolute nightmare as it took forever and i didn't even get a receipt. And to top it all off, I now have food poisoning due to this sub. No surprises there. Will undoubtedly steer clear of this place and most other Subways..

Good fresh healthy food with a lovely selection of pleasing additional food tasting enhancements. Staff very helpful and friendly.

A subway is often a subway. The store looked a little tired, a bit grubby and in need of staffing to keep it clean. Seems like a busy store on a retail park. Free parking.

Subway is good if the portions are generous, if someone is careful with the fillings then it is not value for money....

As subways go's very good they can't allways tell you what the ingredients are worrying if you are on kosher or halal diet or if you Have food intolerance or allergic reactions

Poor service... the staff who served us was rude and inpatient ... didn't have a hat or hairnet on.... didn't even ask us if we wanted drinks.... my sandwich was a mess and when I asked for a napkin I was told she would bring one out to me then she carried on cleaning for 5 minutes before getting g the napkins.... overall not impressed.... at least the place was clean and tidy

Super experence. I haven’t been to Subway for a while and I was surprised about delicious the sandwiches are.The staff were also friendly and helpful when building my kids sandwich.

Pretty standard branch, its handy if you're visiting the nearby cinema and need a bite before a film.
