Twelfth Man Sports Bar in Liverpool

I had one of the worst experiences at this bar during my stay at Radisson Blu hotel. The staff and the manager were not cooperative at all, and i was treated unprofessionally. We had a reservation for 4 guests and when we reached at 7 pm there was no free tables although our reservation was confirmed by the manager in the morning. Moreover, they seated us in an area which is reserved for a group as mentioned by the manager and after 30 mins they asked us to leave the table and move outside to another table which couldn’t accommodate us. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we were shocked by the attitude of the staff who were keep saying nothing can be done and we can’t help you.

Ordered 2 brown toast and charged for them but never received with order. Also suggest that company provide staff with little pots to put ‘wet’ foods in eg beans, tomatoes as the toast I did receive was soggy toast as was the hash browns reduced quality significantly.

Best breakfast around. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food is always dismal here, I don't know why I always tend to go here before a flight for a quick butty that costs excess of £10 for slither of bacon and a sausage that tastes like it's been in a hot hold for a week. Avoid!!! Great views of the runway though. Hope the refurbishment definitely sorts the food out.
