Travelled with my 3 kids from Ireland to LFC match. Paula, was extremely helpful upon arrival & even cleared a table in the pub so we could eat our takeaway food after the match!! One of the staff behind the bar (Phil), even took us back to the bus station the following morning & he’s a very friendly and knowledgeable scouser. Rooms are practical and clean and the location is less than 2mins walk from Anfield pitch. Would highly recommend staying here. The pints & atmosphere in the Bar wasn’t half bad either!! Will definitely stay here again if rooms are available.

Fui a este pub 2 horas antes de que las leyendas coincidieran en Anfield, el personal fue grosero y extremadamente inútil. Estuve en el bar durante 35 minutos tratando de pedir una bebida y me ignoraron, aunque no tuvieron ningún problema en recibir órdenes de las personas que me rodeaban. Finalmente se deja sin una bebida. Nunca volverá a poner un pie en este lugar. Tarjeta roja para este pub.

I had one of the worst experiences at this bar during my stay at Radisson Blu hotel. The staff and the manager were not cooperative at all, and i was treated unprofessionally. We had a reservation for 4 guests and when we reached at 7 pm there was no free tables although our reservation was confirmed by the manager in the morning. Moreover, they seated us in an area which is reserved for a group as mentioned by the manager and after 30 mins they asked us to leave the table and move outside to another table which couldn’t accommodate us. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we were shocked by the attitude of the staff who were keep saying nothing can be done and we can’t help you.

Livrpool John Lennon Airport Speke Hall AvenueI ordered poached eggs and avocado, but what I received were hard-boiled eggs with avocado. I won’t be coming here again. The waitress seemed unhappy, as if they were there as a punishment. The waiting time to place an order could also be improved. This is an airport—we want to eat quickly and board our plane. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.
