Mine and my boyfriend’s favourite english breakfast spot in Doncaster. We love it here every single time we come, service is fabulous, interior is gorgeous and clean, and the food is so delicious! 10/10 - highly recommend 💖

Just had a coffee in the garden, so not a true reflection of the place but it was very popular so don't be put off by this review.

Not sure how correct opening hours are but we discovered no food is served after 1.45pm Sat.

Fabulous food and friendly staff, didn't make a reservation but was lucky to get a table. I will certainly be back especially for afternoon tea.

Just the best little place to stop off on our journey to Yorkshire, worth coming off the A1. Perfect little diversion! Delicious food and great coffee!

The staff were not very cheerful or welcoming; very little interaction offered. Poached egg was not runny and the toast was burnt.

Hands down the absolute best full English breakfast I’ve ever had. Family run business and local produce. Every single item of food in my plate was an experience and I left absolutely stuffed. The coffee was delicious too. This place is worth travelling to!

Oh wow! How have I only just found this fabulous cafe? The staff were so friendly and welcoming. There was a separate gluten-free menu with lots of choices-amazing🙂 I had the chicken skewers with the piri piri marinade along with chips and salad. It was delicious. The cafe was clearly extremely popular, so I would advise booking. It's open Wednesday to Saturday. Well worth visiting 👌

Situated in a pleasant location,friendly staff provide 1st class food and service,indoor and some outdoor seating ,handy for a few bikers or walkers amongst others. Very clean and comfortable cafe.

Absolutely stunning Coffee Shop, delicious food, we had a lovely English breakfast and cappuccinos with decaff option too, which is great for me. Friendly and polite staff, good prices too. Definitely 100% recommended. Need to book at busy times though, and there's also an outside eating area. Go visit you will not be disappointed.

Whilst the English breakfast is lovely the back pudding stole the show, what an amazing way to start the day 10/10

Went for lunch and had an all day breakfast, great stuff and the sausages were so good we bought some from the butcher next door.

We popped into Tweed recently for the first time. Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Used to limited gf options but the menu was great, only the pies were not on there. Great choice, lovely lunch. Will be going back.

The best experience of any restaurant/cafe well with a visit

Haven't been for the last 3 years and was wonderful to be back. The food was beautiful and the staff is lovely. We had a breakfast and really good. They also offer a afternoon tea that would need booking with 24h notice

Really good value and very tasty breakfast, it's better to make a reservation, we turned up without booking and got the last table.

So I visited tweed cafe for breakfast on Thursday 23rd sept 21,love the setting ..the breakfast amazing,sausages from the adjoining butchers,which I later went to buy some ..along with 2 t-bone steaks which were blooming amazing ...this evening,I’ve had their lamb pie wow amazing ...tasty meat that melts in your mouth ...I will definitely be going back to this cafe and butchers Thank you Tweeds

Brilliant breakfast, really recommend.

First time and wow, what a find!! Its adjacent to the butchers where they get alot if not all of their meat and you can tell. Had a breakfast and the sausages and bacon were excellent as it all was. Great friendly service in a lovely setting. Definitely visiting again, need to try all of that menu 🤣.

We visited Tweed (Wadworth) for a birthday brunch as it served breakfast all day and the reviews were great… They were 100% accurate. Absolutely lovely place with delicious, hot breakfasts served (no problem for substitutions if you’re fussy like me) and the service was extremely pleasant and speedy! Will definitely return for a visit as it was VERY reasonably priced too. Also, the shortbread served with the hot drinks is an absolute treat!

Found this gem on Waze app while planning a family visit to sundown park.The eating area is very clean and well laid out.The service was quick and friendly, and the breakfasts and beverages where fantastic, catering for all appetites!Just one word of warning, book in advance to avoid disappointment!

My friend found this little gem on a random search of Google for our breakfast date following a very busy night shift working for the ambulance service.I was absolutely shattered but this place definitely was worth the early get up. The all day brunch I had was lovely. Particularly the sausages, they tasted so good! My friend has the lamb koftas ( probably rubbish spelling haha) and she really enjoyed it. My friend is only a little lady and the food was a very generous portion so she couldn't finish it but she loved what she could managed.I carny wait to come back another time, you guys are great and the value for money if fab !

Today was our 1st visit as a suprise for our daughters 40th birthday, and we had the most fantastic experience; beautifully set table and the staff could not do enough to please and when the afternoon tea arrived to the table we were stunned. The food was plentiful and the sandwiches fresh and the cakes and trifles etc were bountiful and beautiful so would very highly recommend and we are definitely going back as they serve breakfasts and meals.

Very good service and great food. Thankfully, we were taken to a shaded table on a really warm sunny day. Good choice on the menu. We went for Moroccan chicken skewers, sausage sandwich and a steak baguette… all really good.

What a fantastic place to visit! Extremely accomodating for a group of people all wanting different things, really beautiful and tasty afternoon tea on a really well presented table and I think we all felt really special! We had been here a few times before lockdown and loved it. My friend, Mary, booked a table for Friday lunchtime 25/6/21. We were a few minutes early but allowed to wait inside for our table to be free. Well worth the wait!! We all had the pies, mmm delicious. Chips to die for and tasty gravy.Mushy peas and mint sauce. I shared a pudding with my husband, beautifully presented on separate plates, Biscoff cheesecake. Do try it.I couldn't help but watch the ladies having afternoon tea. I will have to come back and have that.Good sanitation measures and toilet accessible from the outside.A big plus+ is the butchers shop adjoining where the food comes from, I believe. I bought a large pork pie to take home for tea.Thank you to all the staff who work so hard to make this place a little gem. Ann & Alastair

Brilliant lunch at Tweeds today. First time we have ever visited, last minute booking, nothing too much trouble. Gorgeous tasty home cooked food with lovely staff and fantastic service. Can't believe this has been on our doorstop for a while and never visited. We will return frequently now, can't fault it, thank you!!

Amazing food. My husband is Coeliac, the gluten free choices he could have were amazing. Lovely atmosphere, amazing food & coffee. Well worth a diversion off the motorway. Oh & the ice cream is amazing !!!

The cafe is now closed due to covid and lockdown but the butcher's is joined and thank goodness is open they have a great selection of meats, pies etc the prices are good and the staff is great and being local is a bonus

Went today (booking is a good idea) and everything was Covid-19 secure. They've taken all the necessary precautions to alter the layout and maintain social distancing.And the hallmark of quality, the food was as good - if not better - than before. Locally sourced produce from farm to fork. Top stuff.

This cafe/ restaurant is part of a butchers so excellent meat quality is guaranteed.Easily accessible from its own or roadside parking.Booking is advisable if having the afternoon tea plates with unlimited tea or coffee.The variety of sandwiches and cakes are plentiful and fresh.There are daily specials too for light bite snakes and fulsome lunches.The picture tells the story of how much food was delivered to us and of course we couldn’t eat it all so made use of the take away boxes provided.Service was friendly and not rushed at all.

We went for lunch, and luckily had booked a table as the coffee shop was exceptionally busy. My husband had his favourite; the full English breakfast which was as beautifully cooked as always, with crispy bacon, a deliciously 'dippy' egg and golden toast. I had a ham and tomato panini with Tweed's legendary Mediterranean bread. All this accompanied by friendly service with attentive and pleasant staff, and the chance to buy delicious fresh meat from the butcher next door. A trip to Tweed is always a treat to be savoured, and we will be back again soon.
