Tutti's Pizza in Selby

Came early, happy with that as everyone would be. Unfortunately the food itself was inedible. Ordered a calzone and had a couple of bites. To then decide I can't eat this anymore. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Fantastic takeaway! Food is always tasty and hot, really fast delivery and nothing it too much trouble - even when you phone an order through 2 minutes before closing!

2hrs and 45 minutes pass by, order marked as delivered but not received so no idea where it was delivered to. What a waste of time, ran by cowboys

Ordered on foodhub I rang up to make sure the food I was ordering was correct before I did it. They send out the wrong pizza I rang up to complain and they was rude and very argumentive with me would replace the pizza they put fone down. I won't be ordering again

I usually have no issues with this restaurant however today has been unbelievable. Placed an order well over 3 hours ago, provided a mobile number to call to chase up, mobile number does not work. Continue to call back their main number to not be answered or decline the call. Once through, just excuse after excuse, no apology, nothing. It’s unacceptable. When eventually brought driver was rude and blamed the day and no apology or anything. Furious

Horrible pizza charge you a lot of money and leave you with a pizza whith a little tomato base Ana a dusting of cheese

The food from this place is amazing, however their customer service and delivery speed leaves much to be desired. I dl'd the app, and was surprised that every 6th order was free! I thought that was an amazing deal, until I placed that sixth order, which was mysteriously cancelled. Called the shop and they claimed it was the fault of the people who took payment, but it took 5 days to get the refund, all £3 of it, but in the interim, I had lost my "free" meal.

Ordered a delivery @ 7.50 time for delivery was 8.40 now 9.40 and still no food called restaurant to be told was busy and missed my ticket, no apologies not the first time I have had a delivery take a lot longer then stated time

Unclear menu and rude staff ordered cheese on chips and got a box of cheese apparently it's cheese to sprinkle on chips you ordered but the wording was confusing making this more difficult than it needs to be not happy at all

The food was okay, but 2 weeks in a row, they managed to lose our order until we chased it up after being 2 hours later than the suggested delivery times.

Sauces are very small, need double but makes an average meal expensive. Wake up and be fair....

Have used this place for years. But this time they got the order wrong. When I told them, he argued with me down the phone, came to my house to prove he was right. I certainly didn't appreciate that! Best thing was, he was in the wrong. They never corrected the order. Apparently loyalty doesn't mean much nowdays.

We ordered pizzas, fries and wedges. Amazing food. Ordered through Uber eats. Delivery time was longer than expected but it was definitely worth the wait.

Food was good. But we ordered a burger and chips and a doner pizza at 17.27 and It didn't arrive until 19.02! £17.70 for a pizza and burger!!! Not too impressed really, won't be ordering from here again simply because of the slow service. Also No contact to say the delivery would be delayed!

Always get great food from Tutti's tho the odd 1 or 2 orders haven't been the best but recently yeah much better

Let themselves into my garden and came to back door luckily dog wasn't in garden. Sent wrong burger. Called them and new one to be sent only to be sent the missing donner meat and not a burger oh and came through my garden again despite telling them first time to use front door Not the first time they messed order up won't be ordering again.

awful customer service, delivery driver tried to force entry into my property sadly for him failed in doing so & the food was disgusting would not recommend.

Ivevused these for a coulle of years and the food has been of good quality, but after not eating there for a while i thought id try them again , but unfortunately i was disapointed with the food , top prices and low standed food this time , plant of other places to eat so wont be going back , its a real shame since there food used to be resly good.

Over a hour late on a week day and the driver was angry and extremely rude, not to say they got the order wrong as well! It was ridiculous Staff are extremely rude as well and hung up the phone on us, won’t be ordering again!

Ordered salad and sauce with kebab. Didn't come with either, chips where dry.

Stayed in York for 3 nights. Ordered Tuttis twice because the pizzas and value for money were incredible. We went for the £16 deal - 3 x 10 inch pizzas, large fries and a 1.5L bottle of drink. Delivered to Esrick for £3. You must try their pizzas!!!

Ordered a pizza and chips with chicken nuggets. We put the order in at 17:13, food came 15 minutes later, which seemed unusual as you firstly have to cook nuggets and chips etc. As we opened the food, the chips were soggy, pizza was really greasy and seemed to be slightly undercooked or microwaved? wouldn’t recommend, would rather eat from McDonald’s.

Wonderful food. Asked for it delivered at 7pm and she was spot on.

Normally I love tuttis however they delivered at 1810 and left on my doorstep as I was in the garden and didnt hear the door....I had ordered for 1935 as my partner would be home by then...I rang them they said they would deliver it again with a fresh one at correct time which is great. Food is always yummy. Delivery is normally fast...in this case too fast....

Ordered on just eat and Tried charging an extra £5 for delivery so rang up and they cancelled order not happy with this because it’s breaking the terms and conditions of just eat which really is annoying next time they need to not be charging an extra £5 for delivery and should just deliver I would’ve paid £5 in tips

Over 2 hours late I rang them up and they said they not even started my order and said they would be 15 minutes and still 25 minutes late no apology either never ordering here again

Absolute joke. 2 hours for delivery! Happens every week once they have said 45 mins! Phoned to speak to manager and was told they are too busy to be dealing with me!

Ordered takeaway, pleasantly surprised by how nice these pizzas were. Delivery took an hour but it did say that when I ordered so can't complain about that. Will be ordering again.

What a descries!!! Ordered was placed waited 2 hours no show of food. Rang the shop and got told it was out with driver. Waited another 40mins still no show of food!! Rang to cancel told the lady exactly what was going on and that I wanted to cancel it she took our address and hung up. 15 mins later the delivery arrived. The driver was lovely and so apologetic but unfortunately due to the experience we sent the food back. Not giving them a penny of money. in future we will stick to pizza Tyme they know what they are doing and the foods always amazing!!!

I had the beautiful experience to order from this take away and to my surprise the food was extraordinarily good. I highly recommend 100% fresh . Thank you to all the staff who did my order ✌

So annoyed........... I got a free £10 with uber eats and this was one of the only places to use it, so thought I would give it a go. I didn't have any good expectations as the view of the store is definitely not great. When the food got here I was shocked how fantastic it looked, great amount of toppings, decent quality mozzarella cheese on it too. It tasted absolutely fantastic, it was 3 Pizzas (10inch) chips (very large portion) and drink (small ish bottle, but not the little one) all for £16. My only issue was there was no chip spice on the chips, like really? Thought that was standard. I'm annoyed I didn't try here before, excellent quality food, highly recommended, well done Tuttis, and thank you 👍

Ordered from this takeaway 2hours ago I phone up after 10 minutes to confirm receipt of order after their own website stated order in progress after speaking with the staff 15 minutes later at tuttis they informed me they had received the order and confirmed the address. I was informed by one driver they were own their way but couldnt find me so hung up I called back no answer 25 minutes later a totally different driver arrived I asked him to wait 2 minutes to speak with the owner to which he decided just to drive off so after 2 hours I'm still waiting for food????

Order never arrived, still no refund. Shame as the food is really good but I can't eat thin air.

Mixed kebab was spot on and the pizzas are perfect, can't complain 👌

Second time ordering. Delivering all the way to Naburn. Divine pizza & the kebabs are bang on! 100% reccomend!! Great value x

If you aren't willing to deliver to villages outside of selby then don't advertise yourself on Just Eat as delivering to those areas.

Ordered on Just Eat , Terrible customer service had us waiting hours and the delivery driver couldn't find his way ( learn to use a sat nav / phone) then they abruptly cancelled are order. Not using again!

Absolutely shocking, ordered a meal deal for £11 waited an hour and half for delivery to then be emailed saying they cancelled my order because they tried calling me to confirm details, this wasn't the case when I called them they said the price was now £19 so they cancelled it. Refused to stand by the offer and didn't care about my opinion...awful service!

The food was nice ordered through just eat and paid online even the delivery charge , when the order came was charged another £3 for delivery .

Surprised at some reviews on here. Moved to Selby 3 years ago and found this place. Thank god! Only place I go to now for food (bar Chinese). I've tried everything on the menu basically and the food is always perfect, hot & yummy!

Food is good but service and owner terrible. I have ordered from these numerous times and most of the time things don't arrive or turn up wrong. When you call to sort it out the manager is rude and won't fix the problem and won't send food from previous orders. Please avoid this shop.

i try doner but is really weak. i need to try just pizza. maybe is some spark to come back to this place

We have been getting Tutti's pizza for a few years now and they have really improved. The pizza's are very good and I think as a result they are very popular, which effects their delivery times at peak periods. They are now more realistic with the timings, which is fine. I would certainly recommend them.

Good pizzas but the estimated times are way off. If they say 20-30 minutes, add an extra 10 on it.

Kebabs to die for.Nice pizzas Fantastic staff. Not found anywhere as good in Yorkshire.moving to Selby from Leeds with 800 takeaways to order from which over the years I have.I find Tutties on the top end of the chart.

Used to be amazing. Has gone downhill recently. "Food will be there in 10 minutes" but doesn't arrive for 30 is all too regular now.

Very nice takeaway. There special burger is must try.
