McDonald's in Selby

it was pretty cold and you forgot my chips in one happy meal

The lady who brought it was very nice,was my first time using the app and she was awesome.food was spot on too

one of there burgers was missing crispy onions off it

Some of the best burgers I’ve had it always tastes fresh and it’s just delicious I travel 25 miles to get them from here and extra pickles is always extra!

Not that long ago today i got a biscoff frappe, which wasn't a frappe more like a vanilla milkshake with biscoff whipped cream and crumbs, i was very excited to get one today and then that has ruined it.

This outlet is fine. Sadly the prices are higher here than in other locations. Also they will often, if you are eating in, give you food in bags rather than in a tray. Annoying. Nice staff though.

Didn’t receive my chips that I ordered (two large). Delivery was late as courier was sat at Morrisons for 10 minutes

Everytime I seem to order from maccies they get the delivery wrong, turned up cold and missing fries from my order

I didn't realise I had to tick the cheese button, I thought you ticked it if you didn't want it. so I never ticked it. as a result I ended up with just plain burgers ; entirely my fault.

Great experience Manager kept giving us updates on what was happening with our food even put the vegetarian burger in a separate bag from meat great service defo recommend

The man said that we have to go to his car to collect our order because his car was on, everyone else always delivers it to my door, absolutely appalling

Ordered 3 items and they got 2 wrong. Ordered 20 Chicken nuggets there were 17, and a bbq chicken & bacon wrap we got sweet chilli chicken!! Its not rocket science!!

Food was cold, parts were missing (eggs missing) and it took 40 minutes, checking the App, delivery time kept getting pushed back, clearly the food was cooked as it was stone cold when it arrived

couldn't understand what the delivery person was saying other than that is was great food

our driver went to the wrong house and then complained about his long wait for such a small meal to deliver.

the delivery driver was spot on. On time, polite and friendly. Can not fault the delivery.. The order however was missing 3 milkshakes ,that had been replaced by 1 small coke that we hadn't even ordered.

The worse MacDonalds I have ever been to. Order is wrong every time the food looks like it's been dropped on the floor and thrown together and cold. Inexperienced staff. Very poor. Management needs to read some of these reviews and get hold of the situation. Some staff training in order and quality issues. Everyone loves at Macdonald's come on guys get this sorted out please!

Don't ever purchase pancakes from this shop! I just ordered one and what I got was cold and rubbery pancakes. I couldn't believe we have this standard of food served in England; so disappointing.

As far as MacDonalds goes this one is a bit rough the food was cold and not enjoyable the car park was full of litter.

McDonalds should give an option for ice or no ice as it just ends up watering down the coke inside making it taste like some cheaper brand product like "Classic Cola" or "Virgin Cola" from the 90s.

This McDonald's is as bad as it gets really. The hygiene is of better standards from a Bangladesh street vendor. I wanted to eat in but all the tables had finger paintings on them. Ketchup, mustards, chips spewn everywhere. Then the meal. WoW! Well the only thing that was hot were the soles of my feet from getting the hell out there.

For some reason this maccies just can not get orders right! Once again missing items. Delivery was great and the food is as expected but missing items is beyond a joke now.

Big mac was stone cold, salad was off and soggy and because they didn't put the lid on my drink properly, it spilled in the bag and then the bottom ripped and then exploded all over my floor.

They forgot the happy meal. Only option was for a refund. Had to drive and buy a replacement whilst my food was going cold at home. Avoid.

Rubbish as always, food cold, sauces missing. Bizarre really, probably the only place in Selby that can get away with being consistently rubbish (on deliveries) and people will still keep going back 🤷‍♂️

Says open at 5am, it's now ten past so clearly doesn't! Drove out of my way to call here too! Times need updating or staff need to open on time.

The food was banging as always but it took a while for me to get my change back and isnt busy but do recommend going

It's fast food...not really much more to say. It serves a need. Not the best, but similarly, not the worst.

The ordering for delivery is so hit and miss, they always miss stuff off the order or put random things in without reading the order. Your better of going through the driveway and actually checking what you have whilst you are there.

when i originally ordered, it said 20-30mins delivery, that turned into over an hour, which was too late as i was going out 10mins later. ontop of that the food was cold when it did arrive so went straight in the bin

My food didn’t even arrive but said it was delivered, I’ve tried to ask for my money back and not heard anything! Not happy!!

hands down the worst iv ever been too. since iv moved here not a single order has ever been correct..... even when corrected its still cold.. incompetent staff who struggle basic orders when the place is empty.

The delivery driver was perfect, but the order was late by over an hour and a half. It was between 15-35 minutes at 4.50 and the delivery time kept going up and up and up

I don't know how this happens. You forgot the meal side of things, so a burger, fries, but you remembered the second non-meal burger and the drink. But you delivered diet-coke instead of actual coke...

Th restaurant was at fault for the delay and kept moving the delivery slot time

I’m appalled with my food delivery, on arrival, the food was cold, the ticket on the food order on the packaging said 19.32 and it wasn’t deliver until 20.00 only 5 mins away, milk shake was leaking through the bag, and I was missing, curry dip, don’t usually have any problems, but this time around, I am very disappointed……

Had a drive through order last night, the server called Lewis was absolutely amazing, he was very funny and was a great vibe, best drive through I’ve been too, and they remembered my sauces
