Absolutely amazing experience at my first bottomless brunch. Elisa our waitress was very attentive and made sure we were always stocked up on drinks. I liked the food and would definitely come again!

I’ve been here three times now and have had nothing but a lovely experience from our server Elisa, she’s is lovely and always smiling, such a lovely server and i can’t help but recommend turtle hay to everyone i know because of her! I will be coming back

Had a meal here with my girls and had a great time until we didn't. The food for the most of us were delicious. Was too spicy for one of us and the other choked on a piece of calamari as the chef didn't remove the outer layer before cooking,didnt mention it as some people don't know its there. The drinks were great and we had such a laugh our waitress was amazing. Couldn't fault her service at all its a pity that the £16 service charge was split between the whole staff though as we'd rather it'd gone straight into her pocket but we had no cash. Ended up in an argument with the manager after a problem with the bill. It's didn't add up to what we ordered we were pretty much charged £7 for something not eaten and it wasn't a small bill either.. it still doesn't make much sense but eventually the manager just said pay what we said.. don't think we'll be back. Definitely not worth £168

My friends and I had a lovely time. The food was a bit if dampener especially as the rack of ribs was rock solid! I couldn't cut into it and I was told it would not be added to my bill. Especially as I didn't even take a bite and called the attention of the waitstaff. But guess what? Got home and realised it was not taken out of the bill

We had a lovely server for our bottomless brunch (Ellie Mae) who was always asking if we needed more drinks before our drinks were finished and giving us tips on how to get them quicker. Really sweet and welcoming.

Ellie Mae was an excellent server, she had a lot of energy and was very bubbly which made for a fun experience. We were a group of 4 for the bottomless brunch and would recommend it to anyone. The music was slightly loud so we had to yell over it to chat.

Me and my partner went to the bottomless brunch and were blowen away by the service and quality of food. We were served by the Lovely Eva who was so cheery and helpful. She came to check on us regularly and made sure we got everything we wanted. The food was amazing and came out really quick.

We were welcomed and served by Eva, she was courteous, professional and attentive. Eva helped us to choose drinks we would enjoy and would complement our food. Eva made us feel like VIP's. What a credit to the company!!!

Lela was mine and Gemma’s host for our bottomless brunch session , the hospitality from Lela was attentive , friendly and patient . She is an asset to turtle bay sheffield . The food was delicious, better than the last time I came which had the breakfast on offer . I had the wrap ( chicken) All made fresh . The sauce ( baron ) was incredible . Drinks had to much ice ice in but I guess it’s to kurb to much drunkenness . Overall pleasant and friendly service . Thank you also to James for fitting us inside x Julie and gemma

Food is 10/10. The Trini curry is especially good. The sweetcorn fritters are also nice and not too sweet. Can’t say anything about drinks. If you are going without the intention of drinking, the atmosphere isn’t the best, even at 12/1.
