My friends and I came here to celebrate our birthdays and we had such a great time. Stacey was our server and she was so nice and really made our experience great. Food was amazing and plenty of options for drinks. Will be returning soon!

Maddison had great service came for a bottomless brunch amd come for drinks when we were close to finishing.

Food was lovely and fresh and good value for money. Restaurant and toilets were clean. Elisa was excellent, polite and efficient. Special mention that my partner asked if the sweet potato fries were spicy. She said no but then when she brought his starter she had put the sauce on the side just incase it was too spicy. We didn’t ask for this but was much appreciated.

We always have a great time at turtle bay- lots of choice- though I would love the Jamaican wake up to come back. Fabulous bottomless brunch, good service and I love the fact there plenty of vegan options.

Freya was amazing at turtle bay Sheffield, on a busy Sunday she was constantly on it bringing us drinks and constantly coming to our needs no matter what. Normally a large party table can feel clunky but she made it feel seamless. Fantastic service and fantastic food. Poor lass serving us had to deal with some awful customers. She dealt with it very professionally and gave us a couple of free shots just for checking in with her. Definitely recommend and will be booking again

Elisa was the best and so accommodating to my group. I have had her before and she rocks. Would definitely recommend and the atmosphere was brilliant.

Food and service was excellent but what stood out was the care and attention when we let the waitress know my daughter had a nut allergy. . We were immediately transferred over to the manager so she could check carefully my daughter’s choice. Well done Turtle Bay food, atmosphere and customer service excellent.
