Damola was a lovely server. She really helped with ordering. She was always on with the drinks and constantly asking for what we wanted next, she waas amazing!

Had bottomless brunch today. Food was a little spicy but very yummy. The cocktails were delicious they always are. Thank you to Damola for great service !

Food and drink all amazing, excellent staff, couldn't ask for better service. Daniel the server was polite and efficient. Had a drink at the bar too Sam served us was constantly on the go, but still found time to talk to us. Fantastic customer service from all. Good value for money. Definitely worth a visit weather for food or drinks.

Went for bottomless tonight. Madison was our hostess, and she was absolutely amazing. Extremely attentive and very sweet. Food was very good. Every cocktail the table had tasted amazing. Overall, really good experience.

Had thr Bay burger, it was really good and drinks were incredible Madison was great with timing for drinks and food, and was a wonderful server, she even brought out a cake my friends had given her for my birthday

Lena, cracking lass fast on the service, didn't mind a bit of a laugh with customers but not too over present either. Spot on, also shout of to the chefs some banging food coming out of the kitchen even with it being busy.

This review is for Lena. The service was pretty poor before she turned up. But she was on point and it ended up being a good bottomless brunch. The food, separately, was very nice and the updated menu was good

Lena was amazing, fantastic customer service. We did the bottomless and the drinks were 10/10 and Lena made sure we always had another on the way before finishing the one we had. Came all the way from nz to experience a proper bottomless and have well and truly experienced it. Lena deserves a pay rise.

In my opinion, Turtle Bay food is carribean styled food made for the white ppl. Very disappointed when all I wanted was some good home cooked yard food. It was well cooked but the price for the small portion was despicable!. 36 quid for two bowls of food half filled and some bits of corn. I should have just cooked but im not with my spices atm. Gave 3 stars simply for the cooking skills but it's a 1 star for authenticity and minus 1 for value.

Elisa, what can I say, couldn’t do enough for us from start to finish. Constantly round asking if we wanted more drinks, let us have an extra round after the time was up and even gave us an extra card for free shots. Definitely will be back

I went with a friend for bottomless brunch, Elisa was a brilliant host and ensured we were never without a drink. She was very polite and recommended drinks when we couldn't decide (there's a lot of choice). It was extremely busy but this in no way affected the service. We will definitely go back for another brunch in the future.

Had an amazing time at Turtle Bay, and honestly, the highlight of the night was Ted the waiter. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome – super friendly, funny, and genuinely seemed to enjoy looking after us. Ted gave the best recommendations (those cocktails? Spot on), kept the vibes high all evening, and somehow managed to make everyone at the table feel special. You can tell he really knows his stuff – whether it was helping us choose from the menu or just having a laugh between courses. The food was full of flavour as always, and the atmosphere was lively, but it was Ted who really made it memorable. Big shoutout to him – if you’re heading to Turtle Bay, ask for Ted. Legend.
