Service was a bit slow cause of how busy it was but Maddison more than made up for it she was amazing!!!!

Curries are nice but spicier then you might think. Manager and came over to talk to me because I'm gluten free there's a risk of contamination but there is still some gluten free options but not a part of brunch menu but she made it a part of the deal anyways.

We have been coming to Turtle Bay for years and have always loved our bottomless brunch experiences. However, today, we were left feeling very disappointed. The food menu has been striped back drastically, offering only burgers and wraps on an already more expense menu than when we last visited. The five pound supplement for main meal alternatives is reasonable but only when the service and ambience can match the increase. This, however, was not the case. The venue was severely understaffed, as noted by one of the team and this meant that cocktails came much slower and the service was far less attentive than usual. The majority of drinks were subpar and were warm, suggesting they had been shaken dry, not wet which ruined their flavour and appeal. Frankie salvaged our experience with her friendly demeanour and attentiveness. Had it not been for her, we would have left feeling far more dejected. I do hope this is not a sign of the new standards at Turtle Bay as a £36 pound bottomless brunch without supplements is hard to swallow, especially in the current economic environment.

Ellie Mae was so nice made us feel really comfortable and chatting to us.

Slow service, we went for bottomless and the first drinks took 30 minutes and we only managed 6 drinks total in the “2 hours” because they took our “last drinks orders” when we were still supposed to have 20 minutes of service left, then asked us to drink them outside in the cold because they needed the table back. I get that it’s busy on the weekends but if you advertise a 2 hour brunch service it would be nice to be able to use the table for nearly 2 hours, or at least allow us to order more drinks until the 2 hour mark. One of our party’s food also didn’t arrive until way after everyone else had finished which was a bit sad for her. Usually TB have one of the best bottomless brunches in terms of choice and service but this experience has me rethinking

My Friend and I turned up with no booking on Saturday evening and asked if they could please fit us in as our original booking for a reservation was cancelled without our knowledge, the staff was great from the maître D on the door to our waitress and bar staff, we were made to feel welcome from the off, our waitress Frankie, was very kind and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning

Great bottomless brunch on a busy Saturday afternoon, Damala was a great waitress, she was attentive, friendly and just all around great vibe.

Food was amazing, drinks as well, good prices, nice staff, however we waited 40 minutes for a portion of chips (wasn’t busy at all) and they’ve got our order wrong first time

Frankie was a great server, really helpful and attentive. We did have a little slip of plates, but it wasn’t an issue- a plate was broken but nobody hurt. She was very apologetic but it was absolutely fine and we had a great family bday meal

Great place loads of choice of cocktails and never have to wait long till you get your next one with the bottemless brunch. Lots of vegan options too had the mother clucker and that was really nice. Frankie our server was amazing too, will definitely be back !
