Great service for bottomless brunch very fast and efficient service from charisse couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Lola is an amazing server. Very friendly and helpful. Her recommendations on the drinks were very good. The food was nice.

For a Monday afternoon it was understandable quiet. There were only two other tables in the whole restaurant. I went for bottomless brunch to celebrate a family member's birthday. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. But sadly our server, Adrian, was hardly around to serve. He was very slow with everything he did. I can sympathise with not enjoying your job however he was miserable and killed the mood. For a bottomless brunch, we hardly drank anything. And to top it off, Adrian told me if we ordered dessert, he would be able to put a candle in it so we could sing happy birthday. But he simply threw the plate on the table with no candle, again, killing the mood. Respectfully, he killed the mood for the entire brunch and ruin what would have been a great afternoon. I've been to this turtle bay before for bottomless and I've never had a worse experience than this.

We visited on Mother's day (i was lucky enough to get a last minute table for me, my mother and my daughter!) And Tiffany took care of us, she was great! I was trying to sort out the blue light discount on the app and having trouble with it but Tiffany talked me through it and got it sorted :-) the food was fantastic, although they had run out of the curry goat, so i had the Kingston fried chicken instead and it was lovely, we all enjoyed our meals :-)

Adrian has been incredible, constantly checking on the group and checking everything into. Couldn’t recommend a better place to brunch

Her recommendations were spot on, and she made our dining experience even better with her positive energy and professionalism. It’s rare to find such great service, and Tiffany truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to be served by her again!

From the moment we walked in, Berncie welcomed us with the kind of warmth that makes a place feel like home. Her smile was genuine, her energy contagious, and her attention to detail unmatched. She didn’t just serve us —she took care of us, going above and beyond to make sure every part of our visit was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who turns a simple meal into an unforgettable experience, but Berncie did just that. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a treat! The bbq chicken wings were so tender! Bernice was such a great host and recommended us the Island Ice Blast, I will definitely be coming again.

Bernice was lovely. To be honest I ate at many restaurants - not that I'm very into Caribbean food, but I've never had wings as tender as these guys do and to top it all, the service was so quick and efficient.

Dani was super friendly came back after an hour because the place was so nice and great value for the drink
