Adrian’s customer service was so quick and efficient would def travel back to Birmingham if this is standard, we had a brunch and was such good Experiance.

Rico was absolutely amazing, we had a great service by him and was served constantly. He was really polite and treated us extremely well. The food was great, drinks were amazing and the whole atmosphere was perfect. Thanks again Rico for an excellent experience!

Extremely poor service at turtle bay. Appreciate it was very busy due to concerts but the staff were incredibly rude and patronising. We had to continually chase to check status of our order. Drinks arrived at the same time as food. Waiter took order then disappeared for the entire time of our visit until presenting with an ask of a review and 5 star review. Absolutely appalling will not be returning

Holly was amazing! She was really nice and really helped out with the slow service. Only down side was we had our last order for the bottomless brunch 20 mins before it ended and it was slow service so we didn’t even get full amount of drinks to make it worth the bottomless brunch.

We had a fantastic time at Turtle Bay, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Rico. From the moment we sat down, Rico was friendly, welcoming, and full of great energy. He really knew the menu well and gave us some top recommendations — especially the cocktails, which were spot on! Rico was super attentive without being overbearing, checking in just the right amount and making sure everything was perfect. Even when the place got busier, he kept his cool and made us feel like a priority. If you’re heading to Turtle Bay, ask for Rico — you won’t be disappointed. Great vibes, excellent service, and a genuine smile throughout. Thanks again, Rico!

Booked at the wrong birmingham turtle bay but still let us have a great time

Brilliant food but that's about it. The service was appalling, we had to wait up to 30 minutes for drinks and it wasn't even busy. Only had 3 drinks in 1.5hrs before complaining in person, and they were hesitant to give us any more. Genuinely the worst service I've ever experienced.

Unfortunately an hours wait for food, disinterested staff, plus a lack of any management led to a very long and uninspiring visit. Definitely has gone downhill since last visit.

Server (Lola) was great, came for my 16th birthday meal after my parents enjoyed coming here before. Food didn’t impress me, Mac and cheese was overcooked, jerk chicken was very dry and my fried dumplings tasted off but that might be bc I’m used to my grandparents’ recipe. Even my mum’s cheesy jerk chips were rock solid and had to be sent back as you physically couldn’t pick up a single chip with a fork. I’d have to come back on a busier day to really get a taste of the food and enjoy my meal.

An awesome place. Caribbean inspired cuisine that’s flavoured perfectly. Lola is a great waitress. Music is not too loud to be able to have a conversation it loud enough to bring the atmosphere.

Visited on a quiet Monday so atmosphere a little lacking but I was there to see and catch up with a friend. Enjoyed the fried chicken element of the dish but thought the Mac and cheese was a little bland.
