Walked in got ourselves a seat as no staff around 5/10 minutes later still not one staff on restaurant floor. Extremely poor.

Do not recommend, we didn’t even get a total of 8 drinks per person which is their latest implementation. Waitress was lovely but way too overloaded in her section, I arrived 20 mins after the rest of my party but my first drink took 30 mins to arrive and my second drink took a further 20 mins. Followed by 3 rounds 20 mins apart.

Brilliant food and drink. Shak looked after us and made sure we had a good time.

We popped in for a few drinks and the place was extremely busy and a little loud, but still retained a fun atmosphere as opposed to one of frustration with wait times. The people behind the bar were brilliant putting on a show as they mixed drinks, chatting to customers whilst not skipping a beat. All impressive to see.

Great music 🎶 and atmosphere. Super friendly service and delicious as always food! By accident I made a reservation in different Turtle Bay as there are two in Birmingham so make sure you’re booking the right one. We’ve been lucky to get table thanks to great staff! Good for any occasion and for people who like strong flavours food 👌🏽 definitely can recommend this place and will be back in future. Unfortunately my phone was dying so I took only a picture of main 🥹

Food was nice and spicy, service was great from Rico however cocktails service was a little slow. Overall good times.

Dumplings were the highlight closely followed by Rico's service. Lewis found it a bit spicy 🥵

Turtle bay without Maria is like a turtle without its shell. Such a wonderful waitress. Food was decent and if you shout you can almost converse with people sitting at the same table.

Chanisse was our server and she was amazing always making sure we had a drink and so friendly and bubbly! Would 100% recommend

THE EXTREMELY BUSY RESTAURANT MEANT WE WERE LEFT WITHOUT DRINKS QUITE OFTEN. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND THE COCKTAILS WERE NICE, BUT EXTREMELY SWEET

Great service. Good waitresses. Love Amari. So friendly and helpful and a party atmosphere!! Amari's recommendations were on point. She knows the menu inside and out. The chefs were focused and the food tasted fabulous and the bar staff were fantastic. Amari is our number 1. How can we ensure she is our waitress every time? We don't want to eat here unless we are being served by Amari.

Dorin, Sara and Destiny were friendly and interactive. Sancho, Alex and Ryan were also really good bartenders and made my time there worth it.

Maria is the best hostess I’ve experienced. She’s fun, recommended drinks, had a laugh, and bought our drinks in sufficient time.

Maria was quite great! It only takes a second for staff to smile, but considering how busy it can be it’s understandable. Food was great, chicken in the burger looked unusual, a piece looked green. Music is good! Drinks did take a while.
