Me and my partner came on Friday the 22nd and had a server called Destiny. She was absolutely lovely, provided us with quick service and her energy was so positive. Would definitely go back for bottomless brunch again

Lovely food, prompt friendly service and we were checked on and looked after throughout by Sara. She gave us wonderful attention and service. Thank you Sara!

As a regular at turtle bay, this was by far my best experience, Nathan's service was unbelievable; polite, rapid service and always on hand with anything we required. If only all turtle bay staff was as good as Nathan, highly recommend will use this one again for sure

My partner and I had a terrible experience last night, booked a table and we were served by a guy called Adrian Clark. His demeanour was off from the start, very cold, our order was taken but it took over an hour before the starter was even brought out. We asked several times what the delay was he didn't keep us updated. He eventually brought the food after 1.5 hours we asked again why the delay and asked if we still wanted the food or not, Adrian was very rude , walked away with the food, he couldn't care less about us as customers. Other staff seemed disgusted by his behaviour and even encouraged us to leave this review. He is bringing the name of the restaurant down and please this needs be looked into, very disappointed by the way he treated us.

Bottomless brunch is definitely worth it, and Elfa was amazing. Very good service, food was amazing and the drinks were delicious

Very poor customer service work Christmas meal over hour between meals then pudding came hour half later than told us to pay and hurry up due to the table was booked out !!! Stay away

Enjoyable atmosphere and good food. Waiting time for food was slightly longer than I'd have liked but it was reasonable. Service from staff was good. The service charge was a little steep but other than that a good experience.

Myself and a couple of girls met up for our annual gathering, we never was asked once if any of us had any allergies or diet requirements which where ever i have gone it the first thing asked before being seated. One of the ladies then order fillet burger and it came out pink when we brought this up we was told ''that's just the way it comes'' we refused to accept this then was asked what did we want instead but no1 apologise. I'm celiac so i had a jerk beef patty (no bun) with sweet potato fries which was very nice. All the cocktails we tried was also very nice we wasn't left without a drink whilst being there.

We visited the Brindley place Birmingham venue and our server was Clover and MY GOODNESS! she is brilliant, the most attentive server we have ever had. I would one million percent return just because of her. Best experience of a bottomless brunch ever.

Really enjoyed my visits, food and drinks were superb, both Clover and Danté were excellent and friendly servers for our visits!

I’m giving 5 stars as I hate not doing, but we did struggle a bit I won’t lie, the spice level was a bit much for the kids but the food was amazing for us! We had a brand new server who appeared to be in his own world the entire time, his manager did his best to make up for it but by the end we’d flat out given up, the reason I give 5 stars is I genuinely think this is a fantastic place we were just unlucky with our server!!

My 1st bottomless brunch didn't disappoint. Holly really looked after us very pleasant and very patient 😀

Can I give this 10 stars?? Omg. Unbelievable. I got the jerk chicken breast served with coconut rice & peas. The flavours. Wow. I was blown away. I'm sorry I didn't get any pics. I live in Ireland but I would consider flying to Birmingham on a day trip in the near future to get this again. Tried my hubby's corn on the cob,, to die for!! I had mojitos to drink and they were fab 👌 it's hard to get good mojitos these days but these peeps nailed it. Fantastic!

11 of us went for bottomless brunch. The food and service were amazing. Couldn't have asked for more. Evan kept our drinks topped up and was really friendly and helpful, making our trip very, very memorable. Thank you to everyone there.
