Decent place for a starting point on a night out

Fast service, good food, just perfect

Ella did a great job and everything was great

Went midweek and decided to have the goats curry which was just a tad to hot, it came with a side order of dumplings which unfortunately was gooey in the middle. Apart from that service was good.

Absolute disgrace. Waited over an hour for food after being told 20 minutes wait. Birthday meal down the pan!

Awful! Told 20 minute waiting for food. 1 hour later nothing and tables still before us waiting. Birthday meal spoilt and down the pan. Not great at all. Mixed service information. Gutted!

Such an amazing experience, food was incredible; and drinks too. Would recommend especially Adam, he was incredible, amazing service off him, and so friendly.

Amazing service from ebony and shallah

Only good thing about this restaurant is the drinks. Got seated at 6:30, didn’t get our mains till nearly 8pm. No apology for the food taking ages to come out. Food ended up being cold and incredibly bland, had to force myself to finish my plate, which i still couldn’t do. Found a beard hair on my plate, my chips were literally toothpicks. Ordered an extra side along with the one that came with the food, didn’t bring that out. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Lovely waitress Ebony served with a smile, restaurant was a bit quiet but it wasn’t quite tea time and did start to fill a little. Food was lovely, so much we couldn’t finish it all and really tasty.

Great food from this chain here in Blackburn. The vegan jerk chicken was tasty, as were the sweetcorn frittas.

Turtle bay in Blackburn was probably the most best turtle bay we’ve been to by far !!!! Me and my girls have been to a few different locations in the uk when we go out on various outings but the bartender Chelsea made us feel really comfortable made us some fabulous cocktails and always served us with a smile! Couldn’t fault her at all, she made our experience!! The food was brilliant the sides were the best bit, definitely recommend the sweetcorn fritters.

When arriving Chelsea made us feel welcome through the full visit. Will be visiting again.

Went with my daughter just to have to wait almost an hour for my food when it wasnt busy at all. I then saw the server touch and eat some of my food before giving it to me. When i went up to another server, i asked him to check the cameras, to which he just laughed in my face, did not apologise, was very ignorant to the situation as he just said i’m not the manager (as in thats not my problem). Even when i asked for the manager he avoided answering. People serving the food were also constantly on their phones. Happened around 7:30pm on sunday 7th if july. Safe to say i will not be returning.

started off okay until we had to wait almost an hr for our food when it wasn’t even busy, just to see one of the servers take and eat one of our fries before serving it to us, to make it even better it was a manger, what a joke. We went to complain about it to another waiter just for him to laugh in our face and not apologize whatsoever. Young girl was nice, but the two males who were there weren’t. On their phones constantly, and totally rude.

Had some good vegan food, excellent service by Lee, will be back, ta very much!
