First time visiting after a recommendation. Lovely food and excellent service, as well as great value for money.

Amazing food and service. Staff are wonderful nothing was too much. The 3 course meal for £13 was unreal and a huge portion with some left for dinner tomorrow.

The food was excellent but we had delivery and it was only just warm by the time it arrived (on time).

So, I'm staying in the area for work and was looking for something different than the standard Premier Inn dinner. After a little research, I came across "Ferya's Grill" I headed down there after a brief walk and bus journey, of which took about 30 minutes in total from the closest Premier Inn. Once I arrived, I had a warm greeting which was lovely. I dined in on my own, but it wasn't a issue and the staff put together a table for myself, after a small rearrangement. The setting, atmosphere was very chilled, nice music was playing and was a perfect temperature inside without being too hot or too cold. I went for the £13 meal deal, which included any starter, poppadoms with sauces, salad and pretty much any main It's an absolute bargain. I had a pudding and 1 drink of which came to a total of £21 (for my main I had to add like £2 as my burger was a huge one). I had poppadoms, onion Bhaji and a beef and peri peri chicken burger with chips. The food was served very efficiently, I didn't have to wait to long for my food to arrive. All of the food was very fresh and really nice. It was a absolute pleasure to dine here, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. As I'm up here for the week, I'll be coming back to try something else. I definitely recommend coming here. Thank you very much for a great meal and experience.

If you like cold damp food, this is the place for you. I’d rather let jimmy saville dj at my kids party than order here again

4 of us dined we told waitstaff we wanted 2 bills. The young gobby manager insisted we had one bill he would seperate it later. We were only given a full menu not the fixed price meal deal of £13.When poppadoms arrived they brought just one selection dips I asked for another one. Didn't get one asked a different person then gobby arrived to argue with me. Gobby took the order but never explained that some of the items weren't covered on the fixed price deal which he later added on our bill £1.25 for garlic on the naan £1.25 for keema rice .The older gentleman in the restaurant was very sociable but GOBBY spoilt my evening. Very argumentative and constantly called me madam even though I asked him 4 times not to call me Love or madam. Food was excellent atmosphere was very pleasureable but GOBBY ruined the whole evening.

Took over an hour to arrive, and by the time it was here it was cold, the rice had started to clump and the breads were soggy. The only ok part of the food was the popadoms and chutney tray. Really disappointed as we had heard good things about here

We ventured over the border from Yorkshire.. Amazing food 😋 service and the price was so reasonable....we will be back

we ordered naan bread with kebab but got chips, ordered bbq wings for £4.95, got 2 wings and not the biggest ,shame

Best Indian in Darwen, Food is always really good. Service is impeccable always. All the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. The mid week 3 course meal is an absolute steal. Always enjoy coming here we will certainly be making it more of a regular occurrence. I normally eat more of a spicy curry but I always opt for the aje baji here. The chicken shirzi (possibly spelling that incorrect) is very nice also I'd certainly opt for that in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful meal and wonderful service.

We went here for a family meal on Christmas day and the food was excellent!! It was our first time here but will not be our last!!! The service in this place is just superb, all of the gentlemen were so attentive and welcoming, such a lovely family feel. We will absolutely be returning as we are local. Thankyou for a lovely Christmas meal!

Probably one of the best Indian's we have had in a long time, nothing wasted everything was eaten. Everything was piping hot as well and so fresh, will be our go to Indian from now on

Curry slightly thinner than normal,not loads of meat in the curryand chips missing from the delivery. However it is really tasty

Great service and fantastic food!

Went last night after we couldn’t get a table at one of the more established Darwen restaurants, and we are SO glad we did. This little gem wiped the floor with anything we have had elsewhere. Friendly and attentive service, nice ambiance, and the food was delicious. The portion sizes were substantial, and clearly prepared with top quality ingredients. This is now our ‘go to’ Indian in Darwen 👌

Not great to be honest. And I was expecting big things from this takeaway after reading the reviews. The curry was a huge disappointment. I've made better at home. Such a shame. Driver was nice tho.

Ordered bad boy dinner kebab wasn’t too spicy but was really nice good portion size and nan bread was nice and soft thanks guys.

We weren’t sure what to expect but saw great reviews on Trip Advisor, this place didn’t disappoint.. staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, the food was really tasty and there was a great choice. Will definitely be revisiting!

Ordered 3 burgers, fries and onion rings. The food was too greasy and soggy, as the order stayed in the plastic bag for at least 30 minutes, as I received initially an order that was not mine and had to go back and see what happened. Would have expected to have a fresh made order or the burgers and fries to be taken out from the bag. Not sure if that would have made any difference.

Wife got a chicken tikka masala and it was terrible, just the colour of it was enough to put her off. I tried the chicken and it was like eating coconut infused sugar, and believe me when I say I will eat anything, but this was vile. It will definitely be the first and last time I order from here. Waste of money

The best curry place Darwen by far! Naz (hopefully spelt right) has an amazing business ethos. Super adorable and incredibly well made dishes. He’s all about making sure the Dinner is happy :) Super accommodating, and very friendly staff. Best kebab and Biryani I have eaten in a long time. Been back several times :) Also Vegan friendly and twice now had a complimentary bottle of beer while waiting to my order for take out. £13 for starter and main through the week. Incredible value for money.

The worst food I have ever ordered from any takeaway, the butter chicken looked like something the cat did, hardly any spices and had spilled everywhere, it seemed that they just added the base gravy and shoved some chicken pieces and no spices, the mixed curry was mediocre and the bad boy chicken does not live up to its name, sorry but never again, the whole lot went in the bin

Second time visiting. Absolutely loved the food again. Got a groupon voucher gifted, but there was a problem redeeming it. The owner was great about it and got it sorted. Would definitely recommend it if you haven't already been.

FINALLY!!!!! An Indian restaurant that serves curry with the right amount of spice!!!!!! I've tried more or less every decent Indian restaurant in Blackburn and darwen and beyond and this place is 11/10 perfect spice for a madras(proper spicy but great to keep eating) texture 10/10 chicken 10/10! Blackburn and darwen have alot of nice Indian restaurants but none of them deliver on spice but Freyas grill do! I'm 100% going to eat in as I got delivery tonight to test the water but I'm sold now! 😃

this was the second part of my £70 order Naz. in reply to your comments to my other order of the night. the spice level of the samber was ok. the flavour of the curry was just bland. the 2 butter chickens was coconut cream with no flavour whatsoever. the rices were bland. as i said previously please get your chefs to periodically taste the food going out. in 20 years of eating and ordering indian food around blackburn and darwen this unfortunately was the worst to date.

Missing all salad items including the bottle of wine which was promptly redelivered. Only noticed salad missing when wine redelivered

oh dear freyas grill!!! bland bland bland. £70 order. tastiest part was the poppadoms. chicken tikka samber, zero flavours. your chefs need to be tasting what they are sending out. so so disappointing. lamb chops cooked nice, zero flavour. mushroom pilau...bland. keema pilau...bland. best part of curry take out leftovers. sadly all went in the bin except the poppadoms.

Went for the first time on Friday evening after reading the excellent reviews. They weren't wrong - had a wonderful meal. We were greeted by Naz the young owner - seated in a lovely dining room - order taken and food was delicious. We were even asked "are you ready for your mains" so refreshing these days. All the staff were very attentive without being over the top. Talking to Naz afterwards he named the restaurant after his daughter. He is committed to making his customer's feel as though "they have been dining with friends" and his food is superb. This young man deserves to succeed - give him a try - you won't be disappointed. Ordered a curry, rice and poppadoms. I like curries with spice and expected this but mine was too sweet/mild and bland. It was nice but not to my taste. Heard a lot of really good reviews so was disappointed being honest. I wouldn’t rush to order again but might give it another try sometime

I have been a few times to eat in here, however never got a takeaway! But I am so glad I tried it! After a long day, not wanting to cook but not wanting greasy takeaway, this definitely hit the spot!

Went last night for the first time, there was seven of us, very welcoming friendly efficient. Food was excellent and we were all served at the same time. No complaints at all, high praise to the chef and staff, will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

First time to freyas grill. Food was amazing. I asked for paneer to be fried and it was beautifully cooked. Had the £13 meal deal and was so impressed. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. Cant wait to go back.

Just had a delivery and the burger was missing off my burger/chicken burger combo meal, phoned up and within 15 minutes the manager had personally delivered another full meal to me, full of apologies absolutely fantastic service plus the food is excellent. Iv tried a few different things on the menu and all were great not your microwave food like spoons. Prices are very reasonable too. If your debating this place get yourself down chances are you’ll become a regular.
