I've been going to turtle bay for over 3 yrs special date is Christmas eve always had bottomless brunch with friends with a bill of over £300 , arrived today with my husband and teenage daughter age 14 to be turned away, sorry can't serve you bottomless brunch with someone on your table under 18....sorry when was this brought in?? Fuming to say myself friends and family will not be returning on Christmas eve although my teenage daughter has always been with us over the years. Very disappointing 😞

Went for lunch, and I really enjoyed my lunch . I had a salmon dish it was divine 😋. Service was super ,the staff were very cheerful and very efficient. The restaurant was quiet 🤫 so it lacked atmosphere. I guess in the evenings the whole atmosphere would be very different ,I like the theamed decor.

Didnt have food but everything great

Great service and super friendly staff. *Jess was an absolute treat with her recommendations for rum and mixer combos. Garlic/chilli pit prawns are unreal as are the burgers and the seafood soul bowl! Would highly recommend the Wrey and Nephew rum with pineapple juice. 🤯👌🏻

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch today. Our waitress Lottie was lovely and very attentive. She took our drinks order straight away and we didn't have to wait long for our food either. The food was delicious, especially the prawns. They had a little kick but not too spicy. The cocktails were nice as well and it was good to see some new ones on the menu. Overall a pleasant experience. Recently been again. Funnily enough we ordered the same food. Everything was even better than last time, apart from the curry chickpeas on the sharing platter. The previous dish was better, in my opinion. Very hard to eat because it's so sloppy, the bread gets too wet. The staff were fantastic and we did notice new things on the menu, so will definitely be back again to try the prawn curry.

Elaina was an absolute pleasure very bubbly, kind and pleasent conversation, definitely would love to have her as our waitress again.

The ambience was nice. Music was a vibe. The staff were attentive and kept our table clear of empty dishes, ensuring we always had drinks and water. The food was okay. The 'trini doubles' was edible. But not authentic. The chickpeas needed to be cooked more. It was too al dente. Never ever have I had fresh coconut as a garnish on a doubles. The size, well, for £6.40 was more of an hors d'oeuvres size than a starter. The jerk chicken, the flavours didn't go through the chicken half. So, I was disappointed. The coconut rice and peas were okay. The coleslaw got lost on my plate, though. My opinions are based on authentic Caribbean food experiences and as an island child. The portion size was generous. 2-4-1 cocktails were nice.

Turtle Bay caught me by surprise on my first visit to the restaurant in Preston. Great vibe, lots of choices on the menu seeing as I am vegan, drinks and cocktails. The service from Keeley was a welcome change, too; she was very friendly and helpful. I have now booked to visit the Manchester restaurant for a couple of weeks. Highly recommended 👌

Greeted at the door .made to feel very welcome .jess was our server very polite and professional.shown me how to use the turtle bay app food was amazing very tasty and great value for money .jess sorted my blue light discount and bid us farewell and to have a good day on leaving .definitely will be returning and telling friends and family .🥰

Came for a bottomless brunch. Despite hectic conditions and having to rush around they looked after us and kept the drinks flowing. Jess looked after us and even though there was a gas problem they worked around for us. Thabk you Jess

our server was joe, he was lovely and very attentive. he made sure we had enough drinks and ensured we remembered to order our food, he made us feel very comfortable and welcome, he was an amazing server! hats off to the chefs and rest of staff too everyone was amazing and on top form. the cocktails were really good too and defiantly made me get more drunk because they taste so good! 🫡 10/10 will be recommending 🫶🏼

I came here for late lunch with friends and we had a great experience here. I ordered the brunch burger and a side of chips. My friends ordered vegan dishes and we shared sweet potato chips, corn on cob, and a few more sides. These were all delicious. The staff Kelsey and Lottie were very professional and very nice. Really recommend.

Love a sunny lunch at Turtle Bay, its right in the middle of town. Quite large as you get a huge range of seating options for all parties. Vibrant decor, always has a great atmosphere whether it's busy or not. It caters to a range of guests. Casual stop for lunch when out shopping, a date with your person, catch up with friends, colleague night out!! It does it all. Service is stupendous. Never had an issue. Always has someone to great you as soon as your walk in. Staff make it a great customer experience and are so quick. We've had the pleasure of having Lottie be our server twice now. She was so lovely and really made our day last time we visited. I would personally recommend my favourites: mac and cheese bites, the hot sauce it comes with is incredible. Nice kick to it. You HAVE to have the grilled garlic bread. Unique and never had it made like that before. Smokey flavour to it. Spiced/ sweet potatoe fries Are a classic. Sweetcorn/salt fish fritters....any kind if fritter really. It's fried... what's not to love. You arnt enjoying it either without adding sweet plantain and washing it down with a Berry ragea mocktail. So fresh. There is paid parking close by just behind the bus station and then it's a 3 minute walk to the resturant. Whenever i go it always spend around £30 and that's with another person with me.

I came here today excited and apprehensive upon the bottomless brunch and some extensive cocktails. Upon arrival i was IDd despite being of age and therefore couldn’t drink or indulge in the bottomless brunch. I ordered jerk chicken and mac and cheese and my friend also ordered mac and cheese, which was disgusting. It was dry and unseasoned- a terrible example of Caribbean cuisine. The service was awful and the staff were NOT attentive, our server, george kept disappearing and we were unable to enjoy plenty of drinks. Understaffed, poor quality.

Eliana and Joe were great. They made me feel welcome and were very effective with the drink service. I loved it and had a special time with my friends.

This restaurant in Preston was the first Turtle Bay I'd visited,was totally amazed by the whole experience! That was 6 years ago, having moved back to the area my wife and I decided to visit, what can I say,was greeted by a waitress called Becky, very friendly and helpful,shown to our table and a drinks order taken immediately, excellent service. Becky gave us time to peruse the menu, slightly disappointed that a couple of our favourite dishes had been removed, none the less a fantastic selection to choose from. Our starters arrived very quickly and the mains within 5-10 minutes of finishing our starters. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!

Jess offered an alternative dish since she believed it was closer to what I was after, she was correct and it was delicious! Further, there was an issue with the light on our table and she was quick to offer alternative seating! Great service and great food :)
