Lovely visit back to turtle bay preston. Even better for having amazing waitress Like Becky serving. She was so attentive and not in the slightest annoying. She is a credit to your business and is very pleasant to speak to. Thanks Becky and everyone else at Turtle Bay! Will definitely be back 🔥

Came and had bottomless brunch. Cocktails was to die for! Food not so much. I had the crispy chiken and mc and cheese.. the mc and cheese was so dry and bland.. the chicken was moist and cooked to perfection. My waiter was amazing (jess) But all in all was a decent enough place to visit. But in all honesty I don't think I'll be visiting again.

our server jess was absolutely amazing. she gave me a card but the qr code wouldn’t work. she was so welcoming and funny and i couldn’t recommend tuttle bay enough just to get service from her. will deffo be coming back just to gossip again!!!

Asked if they could do a walk-in bottomless and they were so lovely and catering, we were served by Eliana who gave absolute top-notch service and was checking in with us constantly! Sorted us out and we had a fab time!

Service is thexworst I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. 15 minutes before waitress came and took my order, 30 minutes later I’m still waiting for my food. And it’s not busy so no excuses. If bill has a service charge I will be getting it removed. Won’t come again. Very disappointed

Came yesterday with my partner for bottomless brunch and the servers Becky and Key were very attentive and helpful, choosing great cocktails for us and delivering exceptional service. The bartender was also very nice and provided the best drinks (sorry we didn’t manage to catch their name). The food was very, very good. We are picky people but the food was downright delicious and we had no complaints. Very great evening so thanks to all of the staff!

Say open till 12…kitchen closes at 11 We come at 10:30…tell us can’t come…are they ok in the head. They tell you one thing and do something else. Happened twice…I don’t think it is a coincidence

Please people try eating else where. 4 tiny king prawns for the pit jerk prawns for a starter, a tiny piece of cremated lamb when you have asked for it pink and the veg was quiet frankly inedible. Absolute garbage and massively over priced!!! Not a patch on how this place use to be!!! Definitely will not be returning!!!

Amazing food, really friendly and attentive service from a delightful member of staff. Didn't get her name but she was working on 19/1/25 at 4-5 and was on open and close duty. She was a credit to your team.

service waitresses bang on waited 1 hour 40 min to be severed with our starters and only 12 people in the place no goat curry ha ha ha so tried a burger leave it at that side mac and cheese had a crust on been under heat lamps that long poor poor

Consistently the best place for a cocktail, great prices, great variety and our waiter Joe gave excellent service. Managed 9 cocktails each for a table of 10 at bottomless brunch

Me and my friends came for bottomless brunch for my birthday today and the service was 10/10, Key our server made sure we always hade a drink and never low and always looked after us even if we didn’t like a drink she got us a new one straight away!! and the food was really good.

Jess. H served us for a majority of the time - she was absolutely lovely, organised a birthday celebration for me and was very helpful with every question or request I had. Also her hair is very cool. Second Visit: Was served by Keeley, she was just as amazing as Jess, like last time. Very helpful, visited with my mum celebrating her birthday and my mother had a wonderful time, very grateful for how she was.

After trip to Jamaica I visited Tyrtle Bay on Sunday. Everything from entrance door man who assist with table, waitres was lovely, food was amazing. Better than Jamaica. I will be back. Thank you again.

Salt my rim....we used to go to Turtle Bay Preston a few times, years ago and was sad to see it decline a lot. Worst of all they had scrapped the one thing we go there for, magrihittas They did us some weird blue shot version, which was rank. Worst of all...they didnt even put a salted rim around the glass!

If you are not used to the Caribbean food then its not the proper place to go to.

I ordered a takeaway and I was so disappointed with the beef rib in jerk sauce, which did not fall off the bone, it's was taken of the bone and crammed into a very small box. The beef was tough, salty and tasteless, the flavor was in the sauce. The rice and peas were not your traditional authentic Caribbean rice and peas, but Turtle Bay's best efforts to replicate authentic Caribbean cuisine, and failing miserably. Value for money does not exist, the portions have definitely reduce and for £17, Turtle Bay needs to do better. As for the roti with pulled jerk chicken, which was £12 pounds, that was equally as disappointing as the jerk rib. Again the portion sizes are just unbelievably stingy. What was classed as a main meal, in my opinion, was most definitely a starter, minus the chips. Turtle Bay you really need to do better and try and bring some real authentic flavours throughout the dishes. Try marinating the food instead of pouring jerk sauce all over it. Try going back to basics and use fresh produce, not your frozen prepacked items. Rethink the portion sizes for the prices you charge... You can do better, you must do better.

Just had a work bottomless brunch Our food was good Our server - Andra was amazing Many of us come from customer service backgrounds and know what’s real and what’s not, and she was 100% a real and outstanding employee What ever Turtle Bay pay her - simply isn’t enough !!

Andra was so friendly and accomodating. She made sure we always had a drink in our hands! Excellent bottomless brunch, would recommend.

Food was very tasty, 241 cocktails were very refreshing and so colourful. Our host Zethan was absolutely spot on, so funny and very helpful and knowledgeable. The venue was very clean throughout.

The food was so tasty. The drinks were very refreshing and extra vibrant. Our host for, Zethan, was extra vigilant and super helpful. We were a group of 6 and we were never waiting, the service was always extremely fast. Zethan made our experience amazing and very funny!

Got take out today, I'm vegan and told them this and said vegan before ordering each item in case there is a veggie/vegan version of items. Half way through eating and I found chicken in my food. I'm livid they said they must of used same utensils so if your vegan/veggie or have allergies I'd avoid at all costs as they don't have a clue about contamination

Ordered vegan Sweetcorn rotti wrap, vegan garlic bread vegan fries for take out. I'm half way through eating and find chicken In my vegan coleslaw. I'm absolutely furious. Chef is thick and just said they must of used same utensils. Just a sorry, thats it ive not ate meat for 37years. Avoid here if you're vegan they don't care about making sure your food is actually vegan. Be careful if you've an allergy as they don't care about blatant contamination let alone cross contamination!

Lovely place nice food and good vibe

Went for lunch, and I really enjoyed my lunch . I had a salmon dish it was divine 😋. Service was super ,the staff were very cheerful and very efficient. The restaurant was quiet 🤫 so it lacked atmosphere. I guess in the evenings the whole atmosphere would be very different ,I like the theamed decor.

I've been going to turtle bay for over 3 yrs special date is Christmas eve always had bottomless brunch with friends with a bill of over £300 , arrived today with my husband and teenage daughter age 14 to be turned away, sorry can't serve you bottomless brunch with someone on your table under 18....sorry when was this brought in?? Fuming to say myself friends and family will not be returning on Christmas eve although my teenage daughter has always been with us over the years. Very disappointing 😞

Great service and super friendly staff. *Jess was an absolute treat with her recommendations for rum and mixer combos. Garlic/chilli pit prawns are unreal as are the burgers and the seafood soul bowl! Would highly recommend the Wrey and Nephew rum with pineapple juice. 🤯👌🏻

Good bar reasonable priced drinks

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch today. Our waitress Lottie was lovely and very attentive. She took our drinks order straight away and we didn't have to wait long for our food either. The food was delicious, especially the prawns. They had a little kick but not too spicy. The cocktails were nice as well and it was good to see some new ones on the menu. Overall a pleasant experience. Recently been again. Funnily enough we ordered the same food. Everything was even better than last time, apart from the curry chickpeas on the sharing platter. The previous dish was better, in my opinion. Very hard to eat because it's so sloppy, the bread gets too wet. The staff were fantastic and we did notice new things on the menu, so will definitely be back again to try the prawn curry.

The ambience was nice. Music was a vibe. The staff were attentive and kept our table clear of empty dishes, ensuring we always had drinks and water. The food was okay. The 'trini doubles' was edible. But not authentic. The chickpeas needed to be cooked more. It was too al dente. Never ever have I had fresh coconut as a garnish on a doubles. The size, well, for £6.40 was more of an hors d'oeuvres size than a starter. The jerk chicken, the flavours didn't go through the chicken half. So, I was disappointed. The coconut rice and peas were okay. The coleslaw got lost on my plate, though. My opinions are based on authentic Caribbean food experiences and as an island child. The portion size was generous. 2-4-1 cocktails were nice.

Turtle Bay caught me by surprise on my first visit to the restaurant in Preston. Great vibe, lots of choices on the menu seeing as I am vegan, drinks and cocktails. The service from Keeley was a welcome change, too; she was very friendly and helpful. I have now booked to visit the Manchester restaurant for a couple of weeks. Highly recommended 👌
