I really like this place. The food is cooked well , nicely prepared, and I always get a warm welcome from the staff.

Turquaz fellas will treat you like a royal. Do You have no time for a barbeque, order delicious skewers, do you want a kebab, pizza a burger they have it all. Since I've moved to Tewkesbury this is my favourite place to order food. Excellent food.

To be fair, usually good service, but tonight - appalling. Ordered online, only half the order delivered, no apologies, no accepting responsibility, just excuses. Second half of order delayed and had to phone in to see what’s going on. More excuses because ‘the manager wasn’t in’, well, so what? Family birthday celebration trashed. There’s better places in town, so will recommend Tewkesbury massive go elsewhere. All eating at different times tonight.

Ordered two chicken Shish kebabs on a Thursday night @ 7:00pm(I wouldn’t say thats peak time) and ended up waiting 1 hour and 45 mins. When it arrived it was soggy and 1/2 the size it’s used to be. It must have changed hands because it has gone down hill.

The food from here is top quality food. It's always great tasting, and well cooked in really hygienic surroundings. The staff are friendly. I just wish for the future, it could become a small restaurant maybe?

Ordered from Uber eats as had got home late and no food in fridge and needed to feed kids before bed. Ordered food and soon after got a notification to say food was on the way. Then 15 mins later another notification to say they cancelled my order. Called the restaurant and they explained they cancelled my order because it was too far to come. Maybe take yourself off my area on Uber eats then!! Man I spoke to was rude and hung up the phone. Had to order from from somewhere else with 2 hungry kids who need to go to bed!

We have only ever used this establishments delivery option. We order on line and we have never been disappointed. The food is always piping hot and cooked to our liking. The delivery people are always courteous and friendly and despite being told up to an hour for delivery it has never been that long. Ideal when you’ve had a busy day and cooking is the last thing you want to do! Thank you

It was one of the most delicious burgers and chips I have ever had. The portions are very generous. We shared the chips with my friend. And the Tuskish gentleman was the kindest restaurant operator I have ever seen. Thank you so much for everything. We would absolutely love to come back!

Have had many kebabs from here, with a friend who recommended them. Told them my address and they said “yes yes we deliver for you” Not that busy on a Saturday then!! to reply to a negative google review though!!!! Make promises and then dont keep them, very very poor service. Spend your money elsewhere

Very nice food, tasty and good portions. Much better than those high priced restaurants in the street. The ambience may not be ok for a family dinner. But, great value and tasty food if you could get a takeaway.

Brilliant service!! The food is always excellent! The driver I have called yusuf, he is very polite funny and smells amazing have to get the name of his aftershave next time. Can fault turquaz tewkesbury. Love it!!!

So normally this place would be my go to for a kebab, not ordered in a while and was looking forward to it but it was a let down tonight. Chips and mushrooms definitely seemed as though they had been reheated and were hard and chewy. Hopefully just a one off problem and not that the business has changed hands and this is the new standard.

The best place to eat Doner and Kebabs. The place and foods are clean. The staff is so friendly. Definitely recommended.

Had dinner from their last night and without doubt the worst takeaway we have ever had anywhere,chips were inedible , donner keebab hardly any plus salad portion utter joke , chicken burger was supposed to be plain but some salad which made the roll soggy , and ordered diet coke and normal but ended up with 2 normal cokes , ordered wife cheese cake for afters still completely frozen , all this for £27.50 utter disgusting and a disgrace…….,,,,,,,,

Used to be the best place for kebabs in Tewkesbury. However prices have gone up and filling/quality seems to have gone down. You pay the same price for a naan upgrade whether medium or large, but with a medium only get half a naan. Shame as I used to sing their praises, but now I feel like it's overpriced and not worth the money.

We had just got back late from holiday and just needed something quick to eat, late in the evening. We had a cheeseburger and kebab on chips, all of which were really good.

This is the best kebabs I've ever had. Choose Turkish bread, it's delicious! Staff are great - very friendly and efficient. Can't recommend highly enough. FANTASTIC!!!!

Detailed instructions on how to find us on our boat were given but not followed. We are a 3 minute walk from the shop but isolating with covid so couldn't collect. The food was rubbish! The lamb was tough as old boots and had to be thrown away. The meat had been piled into the container on top of the pitta bread meaning when it arrived we had a grease soaked sodden mess of pitta that was inedible. I don't recall when I have ever been so disappointed with a takeaway dinner.

I got a massive, but somewhat bland kebab. Everything was well cooked, they weren't stingy with the meat, and the veg was fresh but it mostly tasted of oil. Chilli sauce was more tingle than burn.

I really liked it where the chicken burger had extra mayo and the service time was just perfect just what I had wished for!

We only popped in for a couple of portions of chips, which were freshly cooked for us. The place looked beautifully clean and the 3 gentlemen serving were very polite and jolly, sharing a joke with us. There was a display of various kebab skewers, ready to be cooked, which looked very appetising. The menu is varied and it certainly made me want to return. The chips, a generous portion, were honestly the best I have tasted in Tewkesbury. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed after my visit last night ,usually whenever I was ordering of them the food was very delicious and portions were massive, now I found that the food I got wasn’t the one I’ve ordered, and also the size of the portions is different, I think that the chap that used to run the place has gone now as I haven’t seen him for long time…and I’m sure he wouldn’t let anyone walk out of there with such a wrong order!

me and my house mates decided to order here as it’s one of the very few places available for takeout delivery in our area, which was hands down THE WORST DECISION WE EVER MADE. within ten minutes of two of us eating cheeseburgers and myself having a chicken strips wrap, we were feeling sick in our stomachs and within the next half an hour had severe diarrhoea which hasn’t stopped since we ate (three hours ago). will NEVER be ordering from here again and would strongly advise anyone who’s considering to, only do so if you’re prepared to feel like absolute sh*t once you’ve took a single bite.

Disappointing to see the big smiley chap has sold his shop. Pointless dressing your staff up in uniforms and tarting the place up if the standard of food decreases - particularly the donner meat. The shish kebabs were from Iceland and not home made like they used to be. What made turquaz special (other than the big smiley chap) was the quality of the meat. It was cooked to perfection, lovely and fresh. The donner was 100 times better than the slop served in your average grease pole kebab shop. SHAME, but great things never last nowadays.

Tasty fast food, good portions and reasonable price. Kids had burgers which were as expected for a quick take away, I had a chicken kebab. Pitta was lovely, more like focaccia than a shop bought pitta. Garlic pizza was super. We’ll happily be back.

My first time trying this kebab takeaway. Really tasty chicken kebab with salads.... felt like a healthy option as not oily. Doner also ordered and this was fresh and tasty. Would recommend and will buy again as good value.

I don’t often have a kebab Maby once every 6 months Maby less well this was discusting will never go back the Donner meat was so thick it was more chunks of meat like a sausage sliced in half. Waste of £7.50 STAY AWAY

Amazing kebab! Not greasy, cooked fresh over hot coals. Salad also so fresh, and great coleslaw/pitta. Nicest kebab I’ve had in a long time.

Normally the quality here rocks. However when owner is off they are substituting their normal quality for a non flame grilled rooster kebab van kebab. At a serious rip off mark up. Their quality is normally the best I have ever had, but when owner is not in they take the piss! Phone first to make sure show is on duty! Ripped off on Monday past paying for £5 roosters kebab and charged £16 delivery with 1.5L coke. Not the usual quality. Shocking in fact!

Live at top of town so pass after nights out. Very amenable and owners very courteous even late at night especially to the Ladies. Freshly cooked over hot coals, may have to wait 10-15 mins but well worth it.

Best kabab shop in Tewkesbury, actually scrap that probably best kabab shop in the south West! Love how traditionally they cook there food over hot coals, you get that slight smoked taste. The food was cooked perfectly. Costumer service was spot on, what more can you ask for! It's one of those food places that gives you an excuse to go to Tewkesbury! Lol. I would recommend this kabab shop to anyone.

El personal es muy amigable y es genial ver que su comida se cocina con ingredientes frescos justo en frente de usted.Habiendo vivido en la ciudad de Tewkesbury durante casi cinco años, realmente lamento no haber ido antes, creo que este podría ser un nuevo favorito semanal para mí y el esposo.
