KFC Tewkesbury - High Street in Tewkesbury

Lovely staff, but disgusting toilets, urine everywhere. Chicken hot wings not fresh, very chewy weird texture, soggy batter.

Service is outstanding! I had my little boy with me who had fallen asleep on my shoulder so one of the lovely staff members carried it to my car. I believe his name was Tassan, I apologise if that’s wrong! But customer service was incredible so thank you again!

Not staffs fault but atmosphere was uncomfortable due to a group of teenagers hanging around in there not even eating. One of them egged the front window. A member of staff did approach them after I told them what they had done. Can't fault the food or service though. Friendly staff and great food.

I have just been into this KFC. Not only is it cleaner than most fast food restaurants but i have just witness excellent customer service from Sanja. She was servicing a customer in a wheelchair, she packaged her order placed it so the customer could take it away and also went to the front door and held it open for the customer so she could leave. Brilliant service!

Went through drive in not working, Went to counter told to use machine for order, staff not even capable of taking your order, got home food greasy not a great taste, maybe staff could try being a bit more pleasant and try smiling it really doesn't hurt

Clean inside with the usual high standards you expect from a KFC. There are toilets inside.

It needed the tables wiped clean but the food was fresh and staff were friendly.

Not overly impressed with the quality of the food Bulk cooked in advance and not to order Dried out chicken slow service and the waiting time did not impress me resulting in tepid food. Coffee was not much better Overall really disappointed with this place I have had much better in other KFC outlets. Management need to have a word with the staff..

The chips were soggy and tasted like they had been cooked in bovril. There was no flavour to the chicken 😢

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this place just does not deserve a good one. My last visit it was not that busy. However, it took over 30 minutes for a wrap meal, and then it came with the wrong fries. I would have complained but could not be bothered to wait any longer. Staff are friendly enough but seem leaderless and a little clueless. Think I'll travel the extra 5 miles each way to Cheltenham next time.

It is one of the best dining options in the small beautiful town center. Ample seating arrangements are available. Speed service is available. Suitable for families and friends getogether. 1 hour parking space is available on the street.

Good Quality Food but don’t do Delivery which I find odd not only given the lack of Delivery options in Tewkesbury but KFC used to until very recently through the One Delivery Website. Could really do with Delivery if I’m honest

A small bit nice KFC on the Tewkesbury high street. Nice staff, and great KFC food.

Popped in for a spur of the moment takeaway. The food was good but the toilet was disgusting with yellow urine stains under the seat. It hadn't been cleaned for weeks by the looks of it.

If you go after 9:30pm nothing is fresh, and the put herbs at the fries no nice at all

I won't go again. Far too salty to eat horrible.

Food is standard KFC which is why we all go there. £30+ spent and they completely forgot a meal, not until we got home did we realise after being assured everything was correct before we left. Had to drive 20+ mins back to the restaurant and they gave us the impression we were in the wrong, Not so much as a "sorry for the inconvenience".

When delivery service will available?

Typical KFC but mistakes with the order. Staff were kind to fix things fast.

Our first experience in this KFC was horrendous! Someone else was given our order and we were stood waiting for them to remake it. They still got it wrong having remade it, the staff were rude and just didn’t care. Having gone in once more as when we first went it was when it first opened, and this next time we went for convenience. They didn’t give me the sauce I ordered, I even heard another family checking their takeaway bag because and I quote the gentleman “I’m just checking because they always forget the fries”. It is the worst KFC I have ever been in. The food is okay. This time around it was nice because it was hot, whereas before it was just about warm. I’d recommend going out of Tewkesbury if you want KFC in future.

YOU MUST GO TO TEWKSBURY KFC!!! The staff here are informative and lovely. Umar was very helpful and brings a great atmosphere to this kfc. Harish was also fantastic; he delivered over and above what we expected and his service was second to none. Will be coming here again when I am in town and the family and I had a fantastic meal here. Thank you Umar and Harish.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! WENT IN WITH MY YOUNG FAMILY TODAY AND ORDERED OUR MEALS ON SELF SERVICE POINT, FOOD CAME QUITE QUICK HOWEVER IT WAS DISGUSTING! CHICKEN WAS OVERCOOKED DRY AND TASTELESS WITH NO COATING! KIDS MEALS WERE UNDERCOOKED WITH SOGGY FRIES EVEN THEY LEFT THEM! WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO THE YOUNG LAD HIS REPLY WAS ITS THE SAME RECIPE AS EVERY WHERE ELSE! THERE WAS NO APOLOGY JUST ATTITUDE REALY POOR CUSTERMER SERVICE! 😕 ALSO IT WAS LIKE A OVEN IN THERE THEY ONLY TURNED THE AIR CON WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT! WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

Popped into KFC for a sit in. Wicked variety bucket meal and fanta with a friend 🍗🍟. Lots of great food. The staff were great and friendly and gave us extra containers to divi up the left overs to take home. Thanks KFC Tewkesbury

DON'T BOTHER. It's KFC Chicken is what you get, you can eat in or take away, has pre-order station's, plenty of seating inside, have to say very fast service, there is limited parking on the high street. Otherwise reasonably priced in this day and age we would all like it to be cheaper. I am having to update my review of this branch of KFC, food is very very poor chicken overcooked dry or has just been sat keeping warm for way too long, soggy fries the only thing not bad was the drink, but let's be honest how can you mess that up, staff need to stop rushing and concentrate on fresh cooking, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED This is definitely my last visit to this branch.

Better than Cheltenham one by a mile

One of the worst experiences in a fast food joint. Went here for a quick bite with kids en route to Swindon. After waiting for half an hour food came sans chicken fries. The service person in said he will bring them back later. Which indeed arrived another 10 min later half cooked, oily outside and raw inside. Too tired to complain and wait longer we just binned them.

all went smoothly until… my friend (who is in fact vegetarian) opened her bag of chips and it it contained chicken. then when i went to go eat a chicken fillet it had a long piece of blonde hair stuck in it as though it was cooked in the chicken. this is not acceptable however it was nice overall thanks

New branch. I like the electronic ordering screens (you can still pay cash at the counter if you wish) Service was reasonably quick and the food is the usual KFC quality. Prices have gone up a lot in the last 12 months but I guess that is general.

The food was great and me and my friend only waited 3 minutes for our order to be prepared. All the tables were clean and the staff were all lovely and there was a great atmosphere

We got a takeaway last night. We were unable to order on the app because i think they were having technical problems so my daughter went to order and take away. She said it was busy but there were plenty of staff so the queue moved fast. The food was equal to the best KFC i've eaten in the past. I would much rather there wa a queue... a busy restaurant usually means the food will be good. I've been to quiet ones and the food has been dreadful! I would highly recommend this KFC.

I am amazed by my visit here. Not only the service is the best out of any kfc I have been to but the food was excellent! I am excited about my next visit here
