Turkuaz Restaurant & Bar in Crawley

Our first visit and it will not be our last. We came for my 14th/56th birthday on 29th Feb 2024. Friendly staff and delicious food and drinks. I recommend the hot sharing starter and the chicken shish main, with a couple of glasses of smooth Malbec. Delicious!! A lovely atmosphere, can't wait to bring g some more friends next time. Thank you. ❤️

We popped in for a quick lunch last week, and were shown the weekday lunch menu. Three courses for under £15 a head, is an absolute bargain. Our server was yasmine, who was attentive throughout our visit and a credit to the restaurant. The food was excellent and whilst the beer is a tad expensive I will definitely visit again.

We booked on the 13th online for the a Valentines meal at 17:30 the next evening. It was reassuringly busy with a lovely atmosphere in one of the older buildings in Crawley down the High St. we started off with a bottle of Pinot followed with Crispy king prawns with a mayo dip & Baked camembert with cranberry sauce (both with salad). For mains we had Lamb Sarma Beyti (minced lamb wrapped in flatbread with cheddar served with yoghurt) & I had fillet of Sea Bass with mashed potatoes with mixed veg - both were excellent & plentiful. The portions are pretty generous so we shared Baklava with ice cream then Turkish coffee. The staff were attentive & the overall experience was memorable - we will return, probably one lunchtime.

Fantastic restaurant. I recently celebrated my birthday here with my family. The food was amazing, the portions are huge! The staff were just lovely, really welcoming and the atmosphere is great. Thanks for a lovely evening, we all enjoyed it so much and will definitely be back.

If heaven had a restaurant it would be Turkuaz. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We didn’t have a booking but were lucky to be seated immediately even though it was busy. The freshest ingredients cooked to perfection. This is not our 1st visit and each time we enjoy ourselves more and more! The belly dancer is gorgeous and my son and partner were very smitten 😍 Turkuaz thank you

Hard Grisly Fatty Lamb Shish. Ordered starter - perfect. Service - perfect. Main - No 7 Mixed Kebab. Chicken Shish, perfect & soft. Lamb Shish, hard fatty & grisly. Knife just about cut into it. Very hard. Had a couple bites full of fat. Put me off the lamb kofta. What started out to be a nice meal out became sour & wishes I never came here. The worst shish kebab I've ever had. When paying the prices you would expect soft lamb meat, not hard fatty grisly rubbish which should never be out on a dinner plate. Will never return to this restaurant. Should be ashamed of yourselves The worst shish kebab ever!

Excellent place to dine, with fantastic customer service fantastic ambiences and delicious food. Enjoyed the evening with colleagues. Will definitely go again.

We went to Turkuaz Restaurant in Crawley to celebrate our son's 30th birthday. We had a lovely evening, great service, staff very welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious, the portions were generous and we all enjoyed our meals. The staff brought out a birthday dessert for our son with candles and sang 'happy birthday ' to him 😀 Will definitely be going again.

Had such a lovely evening here catching up with a friend. The atmosphere and service were brilliant, and the food was incredible. We had the hummus, halloumi, crispy king prawns and garlic prawns to start (a lot for two, but everything on the menu looked incredible!), then goats cheese salad and chicken shish. I would happily order any of those dishes again and will be back to try more!

Fantastic authentic Turkish cuisine, in the Center of Crawley town. Beautiful food, very friendly staff and fantastic prices. We booked for 12 for a 30th birthday party and we enjoyed everything! Highly recommend, this could be my new favourite restaurant in town! 😋
